The Luton Mall is a great place for the locals to shop and dine. Many different types of restaurants, bakery and coffee shops. There is also a Tesco Express and Lidl for groceries. Everything under one roof. There is a lovely town square area where food trucks are parked. Paid parking car park. Wheelchair accessible.

A good place to shop. A good range of shops and very clean. It's good to see The Mall thriving. A lot of the seating has been returned to the walkways and it was very busy. The Mall is now becoming a very busy place to shop. The only niggle now is the LOUD music they play, it's too much, do they really need it in the toilets that loud? Sorry, still only 4 stars!!!

Wide variety of major retailers along side smaller independents. Whilst some units remain vacant the landlord has made a valiant efforts in allowing the small independents traders in. It add character and uniqueness to this shopping mall. Sadly many of the traders at the indoor market were closed. Ample parking at a reasonable price.

Pretty basic actually. We stopped over as we were on route from one city to another. Won't be visiting Luton in a hurry 😐

Terrible shopping mall, staff-members are amongst the most rude I've ever seen in my entire life. Their bathrooms is what disgusted me the most, let's just say that they don't know the meaning of hygiene... Shops inside this mall aren't much rich of things to offer, I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Went in hoping to find a cafe that did a breakfast and they have a information desk where the lady pointed me in the direction of the “Corner House”. It’s just off the main “street” going towards McDonalds. Reasonable price and exactly what I was looking for.

It was an amazing experience to visit in 'The mall', I like the place very much, going to visit again definitely, good place for shopaholic ones like me, lots of varieties for clothing, shoes, accessories, food etc. New look, Primark, H&M, tk max, jd, sports direct all under one roof. The surface area of the mall is very huge.😃😃😃😃

If reputable retail companies were to invest in The Mall, then this shopping centre would retain it’s values of yesteryears. For now, it serves it’s purpose for essential needs. However, The Mall empty units are being filled with cheap and small retailers; nothing to draw in big groups of customers.

Luton has a terrible reputation especially with the demise of Marks & Spencer and Debenhams from what was originally called the Arndale Centre. My last recollection of this mall, one of the first to be built in the UK was years ago. Imagine my surprise when I visited it in its new guise as ‘The Mall’ a few days ago and saw it as modern attractive vibrant revitalised centre. This is a large shopping complex with a unique integral but seperated covered market and anchor stores. It’s well worth revisiting!

Good place for some local entertainment and timeout. The mall had enough security staff to remind everyone to wear a mask. Markings for social distancing etc were nicely done. The lady at Ask Me desk was able to give good advise when asked about NHS Lateral test kits and activities for kids.

The Mall in Luton is very easy to access because there's car park and pedestrian. It helps people with special needs to access as well. You can find almost everything in the Mall. It's less stress when they're rule to follow because I realise it when the Covid-19 disease started. The cleaners work very hard to keep the place clean from inside including the toilets. However, outside needs more improvements with cleaning. You can find transport at the train or bus station whenever you need. There is certain times the Mall and some transport close so always check your journey and travelling also expenses. If you haven't been or heard of the Luton Mall then what are you waiting to reserch it or visit it one day. My regards

This is somewhat a good mall, with good store. But however this mall has bad crime rate and a lot of people get robbed in it. Over time this mall has start to look warn-out and as ‘old fashioned mall’, specifically as it was built back in 70s and 80s. I liked how the mall did a renovation around 10 years ago, but dislike how it changed minimal thing inside the actual mall. I wish the ‘Luton 2040 vision’ will improve Luton, not just for me, but also for the 200,000 people living in Luton, and the future generation.

Out of London, nice place for shopping. Easy access because it’s just next to train n bus station. There’s most of brand stores of fashion clothing, shoes, cosmetics, home furnishings, electronics etc as well as food stalls n places too. Good to go there again for my window shopping.

Large Shopping centre but poor selection of well known shops. Could do with some good shops like Zara, MS FoodHall, White Company etc...The car parking is awful! Could do with a large extension and some well known restaurants to bring some life to the area.

Last month, I had the pleasure of visiting Luton Mall, and it left me with a mixed bag of impressions. Located in the heart of Luton, this shopping destination offers a wide variety of stores, dining options, and entertainment. One of the highlights of my visit was the diverse range of shops. From popular high-street brands to unique boutiques, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed browsing the fashion stores, where I found some stylish additions to my wardrobe. The mall also boasts a sizable food court with numerous eateries, catering to various tastes. I relished a delicious meal and appreciated the culinary diversity available. On the downside, I found the mall's layout a bit confusing, and signage could be improved to help visitors navigate more easily. Additionally, some areas seemed in need of maintenance, which detracted from the overall shopping experience. What truly stood out was the mall's commitment to COVID-19 safety measures. I felt comfortable during my visit, with ample hand sanitizing stations and adherence to social distancing guidelines. In conclusion, Luton Mall offers a diverse shopping and dining experience. While there are some room for improvements in terms of navigation and maintenance, its commitment to safety during the pandemic is commendable. If you're in Luton and in need of some retail therapy, it's worth a visit.

When taking opinion about big shopping malls and local shops, some people think that shopping mall charges higher than the small trader, while others argue that these big retail outlets are the finest places to visit for purchasing anything. This essay will discuss both ideas and establishes my preference. To begin with, shopping malls are expensive locations to buy anything, while small vendors have the same products at lesser prices. This is because the tax imposed on the products is not applicable to individual sellers. For instance, headset purchased from a big store can be of a higher price, while the same product bought from the local shop is inexpensive. On the other hand, most people prefer buying the material from these huge retail complexes. This is because they give good quality products with proper receipts and they have return policies, so if the customer is not satisfied with the products, they can return them. These malls would have various facilities that attract families to come together and buy goods. For example, most of these places have centralized air conditioning along with the food court and a kid’s zone. This makes the family feel relaxed and joyous to come to these places. In conclusion, many people believe that large shopping areas have costly products in comparison to the individual shops, while others argue that they find malls an exciting place to visit. In my opinion, the retailers having the facilities like trial policy, discount, and return policy in addition to the comfort a customer gets while shopping. Thus, I think that going to these places is the best activity for buying things.

Good place in Luton town as jn one roof many brand option available for shopping. good wide range of option available from well known food brand. As university of Bedfordshire is next to this mall and we know plenty of students studying and living there I recommend they add some good Indian cuisine restaurant or small cafe which add good values to the mall.

Is not a Mall, more of an oversized market. Few brands, mediocre quality, poor security and don't even think using the toilets there. Parking in the location and next to it is poorly secured, overcomplicated to use, but of course the council will be happy to fine you. For a big market is OK. For a Mall...

Situated in the heart of Luton Town. Medium sized mall. Has a good car park with reasonable charges. Got shops of almost all the common franchises but comparatively less eateries. Can also enjoy few minutes in the public park infront of the mall. I would say very valuable asset for Luton residents, but not worth to travel from even nearby cities for this.

The Market Car Park was close on the day we visited, a little inconvenience there. The shopping mall itself is nice, clean and tidy. But the car park seem to be in a rough shape, also need more paying terminal as we waited for 5 minutes to pay the parking fee

Shopping centres are meant to be a place where people can shop, dine, and enjoy their time. However, this shopping centre has gained a reputation for being less than desirable due to the presence of numerous homeless people, people using drugs and alcohol, and the abundance of rubbish littering the area. One such shopping centre, located in the heart of the city, has become a hotspot for homeless individuals seeking shelter and food. The sight of people sleeping on benches or begging for money outside the stores has become a common occurrence, making shoppers feel uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition to the homeless population, the surrounding areas are also plagued by the issue of rubbish being strewn across the walkways and parking lots. Overflowing bins, discarded food wrappers, and empty bottles are a common sight, giving the impression of neglect and poor maintenance. The combination of these factors has led to a decline in foot traffic and a negative reputation for the shopping centre. Shoppers are hesitant to visit the area, opting for cleaner and safer alternatives instead. In conclusion, shopping centres that are overrun by homeless individuals and plagued by rubbish are a detriment to the community. It is essential for the management to address these issues promptly and effectively in order to restore the shopping centre's reputation and attract more visitors.

Used to be a very good shopping mall with lots of great shops like Marks & Spencer, Debenhams and lots more. It’s a bit of a shadow of what it used to be but still bubbling. Parking is more streamlined as you can just register your car for auto pay.

The sizzling brownie was amazing. The brownie was light and fluffy, but...you guys know to put the chocolate sauce into the sizzler but the pepper sauce was served separately from the sizzler. Would recommend more sauce and to put it on the sizzler first to prevent food from burning. Chips would also benefit being served separately. Otherwise it was a lovely meal. Service was great.

Like walking through a movie set with images of youths (in my mind) attacking each other with machetes! Despite that, a diverse selection of shops and a generally friendly shopper with really pleasant staff. I hold a candle for colourful and vibrant Luton.

Summer holiday or Christmas is never in Luton not Christmas market not areas to play with children it is dirty smelly you are not feeling safe there because there are too many drog addicted and homeless people living on the streets.

Was here to get my Lyca Sim cards for myself, my friends, and my families. Cool Mall. Seems like the only Mall in Luton as it was quite overcrowded. Lol. Luckily, I met old friends I knew from way back, it wasn't planned, just bumped into each other here. So more like blast from the past and a happy reunion. Cool Mall and cool stores.

What I really like about this mall is their indoor flea market? They have food, sellers, leather goods and other various things. If you're in the area, you are to yourself to visit and have lunch at one of the food stalls. Should I find myself in this area? You know I'm definitely coming back. It was a wonderful experience. As for the mall, I'm meh about it.

It’s a long indoor high street with seating areas to eat all the shops and amenities that you can think of and the best part is how multicultural it is. It’s like another world you must go there and see it for yourself.

Loads of shops all in one place is great. Have been going here since I was tiny - so will always be the 'Arndale' to me and my family. Despise 'The Mall' it's too generic and American. Worked on the refurbishment in the 90's so it's sad to see so many units still empty. Still annoying that you can't walk all the way round the upper floor where M&S clothing store has extended out. The shops on the upper level are suffering. Bring back the Flamingos!!

Not a nice shopping centre, more like an indoor market... 2 different car parks that isn't clear and it's all a bit dingey. If you go back in time to mid 80s you may like it. Seriously needs a deep clean, lick of paint and a serious upgrade.

I don't like the no option to pay with cash for parking in the mall car park. Okay variety of stores. Can't complain too much. Great new primark extension gives the extra point.

Quite complex even if not very big. You have market as well at the end of the mall with fresh veggies, fresh fish. The most appreciated is the baby changing space Xx

Very very bustling place! Which is nice, but if you're afraid of catching Covid, is a Nightmare! I 😀 ran in and out as quickly as I could as no one was wearing masks. I was looking for a company doing Covid vaccination for travelling. I asked the desk that was responsible for giving out directions and they were hopeless!!! I wouldn't recommend the service or the Mall. Sorry 😞.

It is a very small shopping centre. You could be in and out in no time. I visited a couple of friends here who are trying to move out of Luton because they are bored out of their minds! They took me to the shopping centre a few times and it was boring! Not many shops and restaurants to choose from. Luton Council needs to invest in their area. People are nice there but there isn’t much to do.

It's a great place to shop, and for kids to have fun. A nice parking garage where you pay 1.5 British pounds to park for 2 hours. Parking spaces in the first four levels are usually filled up so if you don't get space below, there is surely space up.

First of all, the mall Luton is conveniently positioned in the heart of Luton, making it quite accessible from hotels near the railway station, including the Hampton by Hilton, which is a decent 25-minute walk away. The mall itself is exactly what you would expect, with all the major brands and practically everything else in between available. The arrangement of the stores also makes it simple to discover what you're searching for. Overall, it's perfect; take a look if you're in the Luton area.
