I was pretty nervous at first, not having used an automatic belay system before but the staff were really understanding and helped me get used to it and then I did very well. The staff are helpful and encouraging and there are plenty of safety features in place, along with an instructional video before you climb.

My eldest loves it here. Been back maybe 5 or 6 times. Staff are excellent and as a parent, it's genuinely a great way of seeing how your kids develop. Each trip sees her tackle a few walls she couldn't do previously. We've only got 3-4 left to master and she's got the full set.

It was clean, it was safe. I didn't realise it was just open to everyone walking past to watch but that's on me and I did not enjoy it, that's also on me but my little one did and has asked to come back

A good place for the little one to spend their excessive energy and get a peaceful night sleep after the activity, my little one loves it

My 2 little girls had a blast here. They were hesitant and were supported by the staff here. A great experience and an amazing team. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent party. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food was really good and the kids got slush and fab party bags as part of the package. They were also able to have a go in the little soft play area where they had their food which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely have another party there. Thanks Rock Up Meadowhall!

Been here today and my daughter started off very nervous especially with the abseiling back down all of the staff was brilliant with her and really encouraged her to climb slightly higher each time, she didn't quiet reach the top but that didnt stop their praise they was so patient with her and understanding even while she was in her head more than climbing

Absolutely brilliant place! My very energetic 4 year old son had his first climbing experience here today... and he loved it! Hes already talking about the next time he comes... staff are fantastic and very patient... they encouraged just at the right times... 10/10 from us.. shall definitely be visiting again... only fault a could find was website wasnt very responsive in places... but that's a very minor thing... highly recommend to anyone...

Really great for the children, not too big of an area but enough climbing walls to keep the children entertained.

The guy at the reception didn’t look very happy to see us for some reason. Bought three lollipops for my kids and one slipped dropped to the floor and broke, he wasn’t too happy about that. So paid for another one. Then my card got declined and he wasn’t happy (though there was no problem with my card before & after I bought the lollipops). I felt it was intentional but paid him cash instead. Not very customer friendly I must say. But the climbing seemed to be very interesting, seeing other kids were enjoying it.

Anna is particularly amazing, she’s always been so brilliant each time we have been. I love the whole set up and the kids love coming here.

We've been 3 or 4 times in the last year, and the kids (4 & 5) love it. Today our littlest managed to reach the top of one of the climbs! Really friendly staff and parents can go in and help the kids clip on. Not really needed when it's quiet but still nice you can be there to encourage. The abseil back down is nice and gentle and the whole experience really tires them out! The sessions are nice and long too.

Amazing value for money. My 6 year old had the best time. Was shown what to do before hand in a safety talk then still got a good amount of time to climb.

This is situated inside meadow Hall and it is great safe fun for kids infant I eas watching and thinking I want to be a kid again it looks to much fun.

The place is very nice for children and adult who wants to climb, but I have had a bad experience with them. I booked one session for my daughter which should last at least 40 minutes, but after 20 minutes one ladies kick her out, so be careful with what you pay and what you take.😏😏

I took my son here while on holiday and Mum was doing some shopping. The staff were very friendly and professional explaining all the safety requirements clearly. They were very encouraging for the kids who have not climbed before. My son enjoyed having his first go at climbing, and we finished off with their soft play area. Highly recommend this place to all parents looking for a great kids activity.

Absolutely brilliant! Friendly staff (especially Charlotte), good safety briefing. Excellent, tall climbing walls with a good variety of textures. Easy to fill in information on the check in screens and a fantastic price. We will be back and we live a good distance away (2 trains).

We had a great time at Rock Up. The place was very quiet and there were lots of challenging walls to choose from. The staff members were excellent, very attentive and supportive. We loved our experience. Would recommend.

Not great! Very expensive too! For what is is, staff are TERRIBLE! Except for one or two. Useless is the the word that springs to mind! Honestly!.Bad attitude, terrible customer service! there's much better more supervised climbing centre's for kids, that are much better value for money. And a much better environment for the kids
