Great indoor shopping centre. Lots of shops and lots of top brands available here! A very large John Lewis and M&S on either end of the long Shopping Mall. Ample free parking available, plenty of disabled bays, child bays and normal bays. There is a wheelchair borrowing scheme here - shopmobility, but you have to collect from downstairs in the car park. A brand new, good sized play park outside of the Boots entrance for the kids to burn off a bit of energy. Bus station at the John Lewis end of the Mall - complete with live bus times just inside the door. Toilets are always clean and plenty around. Lots of places to eat and drink. A soft play on the very top level in the middle of the Mall. It is quite expensive for the amount of time the children get to play though. A good day out and something for all the family.

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway - Very busy plenty of parking. Anchored by flagship John Lewis and M&S, The Mall was developed by Baylis and M&G and opened in March 1998. Hosting over 140 retailers including the likes of The White Company, Hugo Boss, Superdry, Next and Hobbs , The Mall at Cribbs Causeway has established itself as the South West’s premier shopping and leisure destination - and is jointly owned by Baylis, M&G and Intu plc. The Mall extends to over 800,000 sq ft with 7,000 car parking spaces.

Great place for food and shopping. The new kids play area at the front is brilliant for small children. Take a towel for the kids. They can have a splash.

Absolutely fantastic Mall and was a great day out. We travelled here as we heard it was good from about an hour away and we weren't disappointed. Will be making this an annual trip now to stock up on great Christmas and Birthday presents for the family 😊 10/10!!!!!

Very nice place to go shopping, lots of variety of shops, eating places, coffee shops, children's play area. Fountain looks amazing and the stairs with the water is really cool and you can sit on a sunlounger outside on a sunny day. Great experience, kids loved it.

A good Mall in Bristol, all the usual shops you would expect plus an Amazon Locker which is located in the Food Court section next to Slim Chickens at the end. Plenty of parking, Recommend!

Lovely clean vibrant extremely large Mall. This mall has been around for a while but still feels fresh. Loads of free parking including disabled. Very good disabled acess throughout free WiFi too. You can very easily make a day of it with a cinema and ice skating nearby.

A good out of town shopping centre with lots of shops from John Lewis to Marks and Spencer with many food outlets. It gets very busy before Christmas but there are usually plenty of parking spaces. There is currently a Mog trail which will delight all those who are young at heart. There is a bus station at one end of the first floor and nearby toilets. Disabled access is good with lifts and level access into shops.

Great time with my Wife, Faith, Hope, Psalm and my in-laws. We felt very welcome, @ John Lewis I had a go at baby carriers, had our eyes on a few baby essentials. After a brief walk about the Mall Nando’s Chicken became a place of choice as it reminds us of South Africa, there as well we were welcomed with warm smiles from the Staff.

Loads of parking space. Even though I went on a Saturday (sales and day after black Friday) lunch was an issue, most places had bookings. And no room for walk in customers. So ended up in center section where the coffee was superb. Plenty of shops to choose from. Staff were helpful and polite in all stores. It feels light and airy there with the glass roof. Will definitely return.

Clean place, especially toilets. Good selection of food served within. Good access to neighbouring retail parks. Well, equipped, full rage M&S at one end, and John Lewis at the other. Great place to come with kids, especially around Christmas time, there are always attractions like ice rink or up side dome hut in the parking lot. Fantastic sunsets from the restaurant passage.

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is a large out of town shopping development. It has bus transport station that links with Bristol and the surrounding area including Bath. It has two large anchor stores at either end of the development Mark's and Spencer's and John Lewis. Most of the major retailers are here, WH Smith, Boots etc. There is no Primark here yet! The carpark is enormous, top tip make a note of where you park using the letter-numeric parking signs. The Mall is on three levels with lifts, escalators and stairs joining each level. There are cafes and coffee franchises throughout the development. Marks and Spencer has at least one cafe. John Lewis has two cafes, a small cafe in the basement and a much larger one on the top floor. Toilets are near to both cafes.

We went for lunch at Chopstix, lovely food, good value & swift service. The mall was quite busy & lots of people were not wearing a mask, despite being inside. I guess things have changed.

Lots of consumer variety and now a much better choice of eateries. It's an hour and a half from us and although we spend a whole day wandering around the stores, we still tend to come away with very little and when we do, it's purchases from the same stores we have in our own town shopping centre! Figure?

Extensive out of town shopper’s paradise. OK, well that may be a bit of an exaggeration but you should be able to find pretty much anything you want at this complex (and lots of things you never knew you wanted!). All the usual mix of brands from high street to luxury. Thousands of parking spaces but it can get very busy at peak times eg weekends, however try visiting later such as after 6pm for an altogether more relaxed experience. Plenty of food choices and boost bar to keep fuelled up.

Brilliant place for shopping. The place is huge, it has a great number of shops to buy whatever you need and a food area to recharge. If you drive, there are quite a lot of shops and restaurants outside of the Mall which are worth visiting too.

Nice size, a good choice of shops but really could do with more of them. Small food court, but free parking a bonus. Can imagine the queues at Xmas trying to get into the car parks though? 🤔

  • 4/5 Bentley P. 1 year ago on Google
There is a really big car park - so there is no need to worry about parking at all. The shops inside are really nice, but I can often find them on my doorstep :( . There was a nice variety of stores, however. The mall itself was huge - absolutely huge and it is (surprisingly), relatively easy to navigate around! I would like to go again sometime - really nice shopping and dining experience.

  • 4/5 David B. 4 months ago on Google
Some parking restrictions in place but still plenty of parking mid week. Some rotating entrances closed off. Areas are clean and resonable to good with both larger and smaller selection of food and retail offered

Prices seem to have shot up in the Countdown to Christmas but we were still able to buy most of our Christmas presents. A visit to M&S was particularly fruitful. The mall was fairly crowded and getting help from assistants was problematic.

Good range of shops and new ones opening to replace the empty units. We enjoyed the free beach today, the Gromits and the playground outside Boots.

  • 5/5 Spencer V. 5 months ago on Google
We called in for a walk around after a heavy brunch at Millie’s diner. We had been warned about traffic but getting in to the car park was easy and there were plenty of spaces. We had a good walk around and we’re impressed with the selection of shops and other facilities. My daughter loved the eyelash vending machine and the Wallace and Gromit shop. After a good walk around we headed back to the car fearing it would take a while to get out; it didn’t and we were heading home quickly. Easy to park, loads of shops and restaurants so we’ll be visiting again when we’re next in Bristol.

  • 5/5 Alice S. 6 months ago on Google
Free parking, loads of spaces, lots of options for food and coffee, lots of variety of shops (this is better than it used to be, though could still be improved upon with more male clothing stores and non clothing/chocolate/jewellery stores).

  • 5/5 Ken L. 6 months ago on Google
This is a beautifully clean shopping mall. There is a huge Marks and Spencer store. All of the other outlets, such as Tiger and Waterstones, are pristine. There is ample parking, but do make a note of where you leave your car. Cribbs Causeway occupies a massive area and offers many outlets, including a John Lewis store

  • 4/5 Matt I. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of shops and plenty of places to eat, the toilets are usually really clean and the whole place is kept tidy... rated as 4 stars just purely for the photography stand that is incredibly pushy.. Best to completely ignore them, maybe they'll go away one day

  • 5/5 Peter L. 4 months ago on Google
Good shopping experience. Free parking. John Lewis is one of the best department stores. John Lewis was born in Shepton Mallet and lived to be 92 years of age. The Mall is Glitzy and Bright, full of interesting and well kept shops. Plenty of food and Coffee places to eat and drink.

  • 5/5 Kate B. 7 months ago on Google
Staff were friendly. You have to order and pay through an app, so there's not much interaction. The food was tasty and didn't take long. The salad bar was a good fresh selection. Unfortunately the ice machine wasn't working whilst we were there.

It is full of shops, no empty spaces and contains a good variety of shops. M&S and John Lewis are of course stand out shops in terms of quality and reliability. But there is plenty to interest most people. It was mid-week but still busy, but not to much so.

  • 5/5 Nishtha S. 8 months ago on Google
Great location, so many options for shopping and food. Gromit Unleashed store was the highlight this time, but no matter when you're visiting the Mall you'll always find some sort of attraction. Clean and well maintained toilets. Some of the signboards weren't helpful in locating the Toilets. Car park suggestion - better to use B, C and D car parks, as A is almost always full on weekends and there's definitely some waiting time.

Nursery advice service - I just wanted to thank Sally who provided us with some fantastic tips and advice from our pre-booked free nursery advice appointment. She really did go above and beyond helping us to understand the products and options better. It's great to get hands on the prams, baby carriers etc and try before we buy. Also some great advice on other products and tips for sleeping, feeding etc. Thoroughly recommend booking your appointment and thank you once again Sally :-).

There are a lot of building/road diversions at present which can make the approach to parking confusing especially the John Lewis side, going central D park is easy. Lots of shops, nice atmosphere and choice if you like this particular group of retailers. The Wallace and grommet shop is lovely, there is a food hall and plenty of coffee shops, I think it has something for everyone even if just to flaner

  • 4/5 Stella J. 8 months ago on Google
Wide variety of shops including M&S, John Lewis and Fat Face, with a massive car park. Wide variety of places to stop for coffee and cake or a more substantial snack. It indoor shopping so great place to shop when it's raining and/or cold outside.

  • 3/5 David H. 8 months ago on Google
Typical large Mall with a good range of shops. Airy, nicely presented and clean. Was busy, but didn’t feel crowded. Small food court that isn’t big enough when busy. Biggest downside is parking. Car park is well signed to help find your car, but finding a space to park is incredibly frustrating. Roads around Mall are slow to stationary, with no traffic control, making leaving the Mall equally frustrating.

Always plenty of parking spaces and never so busy that you cannot move around effectively. In terms of covid protection plenty of sanitizer stations and all the shops give it the attention that it deserves. The cloakrooms are always clean and maintained. Great selection of shops

Clean, tidy, well laid out. Sad to see many empty shops but they look like they may soon be filled. Disney removing their shop is a huge disappointment though that is not the fault of The Mall.

The Mall, Cribbs Causeway has always been our go to shopping centre. Free parking, clean facilities, large food court and plenty of shops with great variety. Everything is also indoors so ideal when the weather is cold/wet just before busy shopping periods like Christmas

  • 5/5 Brian H. 2 years ago on Google
It was delightful to visit here last week only popped in for a new dog tag at one of the concessions. However the smells aromas and general feel of happy faces wandering round this great building again after the long closure of so many shops during the peaks of covid was really good. I was pleasantly surprised at how many shops were open. Glass's windows polished and welcoming interiors beckoning with friendly, helpful smiling staff. Unlike Bristol no charge to park ones car. Coffee bars, food outlets. stylish clothing, shoes, etc etc. So good to see the place buzzing again. Long may it last. Shame the plans to extend the mall were thwarted by other Towns jealousies. South Gloucestershire rules.

  • 4/5 SA 2 years ago on Google
One of the better shopping malls in Bristol, Parking is really good and well marked out. Plenty of food, drink and retail outlets to make a good few hours here. My only complaint is they allow the dodgy Clifton Photography to have a stall inside here.

  • 5/5 laurynas f. 2 years ago on Google
Big shopping centre with loads of different shops. Spacious, clean and welcoming! After shopping at super dry I had an amazing and surreal experience at the upside down house that's just outside of the shopping centre by the car park. A lady, member of staff, with red hair was extremely helpful and pleasant.

  • 5/5 Carley-Jayne D. 2 years ago on Google
I used to prefer centre of Bristol and liked shopping at Primark, now I'm getting older I prefer quality over quantity and much prefer the shops located here. Its all indoors so no need to worry about the weather, parking is free, easy to get to and get in and out, not massively busy which is nice. It's big, clean and tidy, staff are so lovely in all the shops don't have a bad thing to say about the place I love shopping here now

  • 5/5 Montko 2 years ago on Google
Visited couple of weeks ago, shopping for school supplies. I was pleased we've arrived early, as had plenty of parking spaces to chose from, but car park was very busy on leaving, around 1pm. It was convenient, entertaining and easy to complete our shopping, with variety of shops available and we have enjoyed lunch at one of many restaurants.

  • 5/5 Alex F. 2 years ago on Google
Loads of free parking and plenty of shops to choose from. Not only that your right next to the retail park and entertainment park AND just off the M5! You can’t complain about that. There’s a food court with plenty to choose from and an area to relax in outside when weather is nice with a water feature. There is also a park but at the point of this review it was being re-designed so was closed.

  • 1/5 Little Green M. 2 years ago on Google
Probably the most soulless place in Bristol. Far too big. Designed for cars, not for people. Way too commercialised. Inaccessible for anyone on foot. It will turn out to be a massive white elephant. You could turn it into flats and house all the homeless people in the whole country in there. If you do, I'll volunteer for it.

  • 5/5 Matt Parfitt (Devils a. 1 year ago on Google
The benefits of the Mall are it's being like a small town with all the shops being in one small area, under cover, with easy free parking. There are a number of popular eating options when you need a break and a wide variety of stores in which to shop. Of course it lacks the character of many towns but as towns try to make money from increased parking charges, business rates and more and more from congestion charging it makes going to buy a shirt expensive before you even get to the store. I know which I prefer as an alternative to on line shopping.

  • 5/5 Tommy R. 2 years ago on Google
Great selection of shops high street brands and independent ones. Great variation of restaurants to eat at. Parking was easy enough and the signage off the M5 was spot on so got there quiet easily. I'd recommend this Mall lots of other options outside in the surrounding areas too. Plenty if choice.

  • 5/5 Shilpa D. 2 years ago on Google
A great friendly place with easy access to lifts, shops, restaurants & toilets for disabled persons. The staff are helpful & readily available in the mobility shop, which has a large selection of disabled wheelchairs & scooters. Always plenty of parking & free. Great enclosed shopping area with plenty of eateries.

Disappointing first impressions. For years we visited The Mall with the kids for that Christmas vibe. The decorations outside, the grotto and the outdoor ice rink were second to none. Sadly all that is missing this year. The decorations inside are superb. The centre is clean and about as Covid safe as you can be. Bit sadly not as good as previous years. Still a good range of shops. A very large M and S, and John Lewis, and plenty of places to eat.

Huge mall with plenty of different shops and restaurant, great place to spend a rainy day. There are a couple of fountains (one outside and one inside) and right at the entrance there is also a tiny house which appears to be outside down. Also a plus, the parking outside is free :)

1/2 mile long mall on two levels bookended by M&S and John Lewis on a windy ridge surrounded by a sea of cars. But it's well lit and airy and has the high street shops you'd expect. Jon Lewis is a big 4 or 5 storey store

  • 5/5 Alan C. 1 year ago on Google

Dropped 2 stars as there was no Christmas atmosphere :( the bare minimum decorations this year :( we appreciate there is a worrying pandemic but people need cheering up. Cribbs Causeway Mall have deprived their loyal shoppers of 2021 festivities this year. Hopefully 2022 will see the Mall bursting with cheer as in previous years 🙏

  • 4/5 Tom L. 2 years ago on Google
Always like the mall. Good variety of shops and a few restaurants to eat at. Accessible for all, even those with mobility issues. Clean toilets and helpful staff. With the current covid measures in place, there is a (largely ignored) one way system, but it makes no real difference.

  • 5/5 Beau B. 2 years ago on Google
Great shopping centre, huge variety of shops with the Cribbs Causeway shops, restaurants and Vue cinema all within walking distance. Plenty of parking but traffic can get busy, so plan accordingly. Definitely worth spending an afternoon here.

Huge shopping complex, with multiple shops inside including but not limited to; JD Sports,M&S and John Lewis. Lots of parking but the car parks are large so, remember where you parked. There are also numerous other shopping units dotted around Cribbs as well as the Mall so there's plenty there. Just off the M5 southbound, 20 minutes from Bristol City Centre. Whilst I rather the centre itself, this place has what you need.

  • 5/5 Daniele P. 2 years ago on Google
Went there to do some shopping before Christmas. I do not often go there, but when I do I am happy for the choice. You can find almost everything, as it is absolutely endless. Hundreds of shops, many restaurants including international kitchen, yet there is not a "Good Gelato" to eat in the entire Mall! Unfortunately too many people without face covering mask, it didn't feel good! Toilets very cleaned. If you have never been here, definitely it worths to go! Recommended

Always clean and easy to navigate. It would be good to get more of a mixture of stores - currently a lot of higher priced stores and it would benefit to have a few lower priced stores
