Great day out for all the family. Plenty of things to do before purchasing credits look around see what tickles your fancy.just found that staff were limited and some things weren't open available to try. Over bought credits and that could only be used on the day. Shout out to Sam a member of staff that went above and beyond for us. He is definitely an asset to the park .biggest reason for visiting was that the park was dog friendly x

There’s a lot of shops under one roof and a link to the bus station. Gutted Debenhams has gone sadly there used to be amazing gifts for 🎄 Also Swansea hasn’t got a good shopping centre like St David’s I like Schuh, Kispy Crème and JD Also sadly Game has gone but when I went past the other day they were building something new. I like going with friends too

It just feels a little run down. Parking is cheap, but the carpark tight with vicious speed bumps on the entrance and exit. The shopping centre only has one set of toilets that had queues for both men and ladies (Friday afternoon). The range of shops is ok, but it just feels like another dying shopping centre.

Decent shopping centre, public toilets are available that are somewhat easy to find.

Great selection of shops and retail experiences...and a multi-storey car park, to keep the rain off. Just a short walk too, to the undercover Market, packed with great fresh, local food...

The Quadrant is not the same as it used to be. A few empty shops and some that seem rather pointless. Since the heart of the Quadrant (Debenhams) closed, it can be quite depressing walking through the shopping center. It seems to be getting better with more shops opening. However, the space Debenhams was in is too big for any shop considering how many people now rely on online shopping. I believe the only reason the Quadrant will stay relevant is because it is attached to the bus station.

This is a great shopping mall with a good variety of ships. The only let down is the lack of toilet facilities and that they are only located on the top floor. There is a lift so it is accessible however, these get very busy. There is onside parking here but it's not to far from any other carpark

Average Mall With a good range of shops and cafes it could do with a renovation at some point apart from that everything all under one roof

Centrally located in Swansea with a variety of stores inside such as Boots, HMV and Clarks. Popular with locals as well as tourists. Connects onto Swansea Market.

Why let animals go into a shopping centre, and certain shops. Im now unable to bring my daughter to swansea shopping due to her allergies. I went into one shop 2 weeks ago and could smell a dog too. Wont be buying in any stores that allow dogs.

  • 4/5 Tom M. 11 months ago on Google
As with so many Town Centre shopping areas there are empty spaces that are crying out to be utilised. The Quadrant does offer a good mix of chain stores with the niche offerings that make a worthwhile visit. Swansea City Centre is having a difficult time (just like most city centres). It is still worth a visit.

Nice big shopping centre with a great market hall full of lots of different shops from clothing jewelry, sweet shops and gifts, cafe's fresh fruit, vegetables and fish mongers. Also card shops I'd say there is something for everyone at this market hall.

  • 4/5 David T. 8 months ago on Google
Decent shopping centre with some roadside disabled parking places very close that allow a few hours free parking

  • 5/5 Rebecca M. 8 months ago on Google
The quadrant is an indoor shopping centre that has many shops attached to a multi-story car park, an easy to use bus station, and a market. There are many shops, including HMV and Boots. The bus stop is undercover and the heart of Swansea. It has an information desk with helpful staff The multi-story car park is easy to use, conveniently placed, and all undercover.

It's gone awful there pointless shops with no proper cafe plus worse of all no ground floor toilets for the aged and disabled a lift isn't always an option bring m& s in and bonus marche and primark shops that are for all age groups for just for the young since debenhams has gone the quadrant has died Carmarthen is much better

Clean, bright, well decorated but desperate for units to be filled especially the sorely missed mammoth Debenhams store

  • 3/5 Linda M. 11 months ago on Google
Very pleasant, plenty of shoppers, welcoming, friendly and nice variety of shops, however lacking Very much on ladies fashion retailers!!!!!.needs some big names to entice shoppers to spend, personally not anything there to tempt me to spend any money.

More and more stores are closing in downtown. Soon there won't any left. This redevelopment is an overly expensive bust. It was better when it was budget type shops. But the council is pricing everyone out of there. And the posh stores won't rent there. Update 4/2023 it continues to deteriorate.

  • 1/5 Ashley B. 9 months ago on Google
Swansea has declined so much, went in today, lasted 10 minutes and decided to come home. No shops, everything looks miserable, a stupidly expensive car park. The huge empty Debenhams store with no signs of any life any time soon. There is so much that could be done, by forward thinking council and owners but the desire for money takes over. You have the new nice regeneration around the arena. But then an absolute toilet of a shopping area around it. I’d avoid Swansea, even if desperate, go to Cardiff instead.

  • 2/5 Shirley S. 1 year ago on Google
Closed down: Debenhams, Animal, candles shop and possibly others. WH Smiths and Clarks still shop still there. On the plus side, direct access to bus station, and all under cover, but the atmosphere is not the same as it was before all the closures.

  • 5/5 Daniel T. 1 year ago on Google
The Quadrant is clean, patrolled by security and a safe dry place to shop. It is attached to the city bus terminal, and offers a wide range of shops, a café, toilets and access to a multi storey car park, and Swansea's famous indoor market.

  • 4/5 Dawn 2 years ago on Google
At the moment parking in the multi storey is £2 all day, which is fab. The Quadrant is clean and a great hub, there are a few empty shops which is sad and a sign of our times. But there is still a wide selection of shops here.

  • 4/5 John A. 1 year ago on Google
I have to admit that my reason for visiting the Quadrant Shopping Centre was rather mercenary, inasmuch as I used its malls as a short-cut in order to reach my destination, namely "W.H.Smith". In the event I completely missed the first of the store's entrances, since I last visited the Q.S.C., several new seating benches had been installed - in just the right places for anyone needing to rest their weary bones (not that my bones were weary, and also because I needed to get to W.H.Smith before they closed! although from the number of people sitting on the new benches, I hope their weary bones had been well refreshed by the time their owners went on their way)

A lovely shopping centre with many shops of varying content, great that's it's undercover as it does rain often. Not far from two supermarkets or local cinemas, including two chemists and an opticians.

  • 3/5 Michael H. 1 year ago on Google
City of Swansea need to wake up and reduce the parking charges in Swansea to attract more visitors and hence attract more shops to the city centre , don't think the penny has dropped as yet 🤔 🙄 they miss so many opportunities it's unbelievable. Typical local authority.

  • 1/5 James J. 11 months ago on Google
Grossly expensive parking, Lift is usually out of order. Poor toilet facilities and quite a few shuttered shops. Better off visiting an out of town retail park instead.

It hasn't changed much since I was a student in Swansea in the late 80s. They need someone to take over the Debenhams store and the old HMV shop is still empty after about 20 years!

  • 5/5 SJR 8. 2 years ago on Google
Love this place but a lot of the market is still closed from the lockdown. Hopefully they will open up soon. One of the last places you can have a real market experience. There are shops of every kind. Anyone can go in and find something they're interested in. My favorite are the veg and fruit sellers. They have a great range and great prices.

  • 3/5 Leah 2 years ago on Google
Too many shops are disappearing. Swansea could be such an amazing place to shop, but it needs a good overhaul! Especially now the new arena is in town.

  • 4/5 Andy W on G. 2 years ago on Google
A bright, modern, well kept shopping centre with a good range of stores. The closure of Debenhams does not seem to impacted the appeal of the Quadrant too much. Plentiful parking and accessible by bus from the adjacent Bus Station. A good base from which to explore the centre of Swansea.

Large choice of shops, Debenhams is still empty. Clean with plenty of staff available there is a lot of security present. Very little food options available however good choice of shops

  • 4/5 Josh G. 2 years ago on Google
Clean, quiet, spacious. Close to other shops outside of the quadrant but doesn't have that many useful stores inside

  • 4/5 Stephen W. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean and airy, toilets rather small for a large shopping centre but again very clean. Shame about the dominance of the now closed Debenhams store and signage.

  • 4/5 Mitchell J. 2 years ago on Google
It's a good and clean shopping centre and the market is great, just a little small with a small variety of shops but nothing to complain about.

  • 3/5 Angela C. 1 year ago on Google
Swansea is not the same without Debenhams, BHS, C&A and Littlewoods. The market is improving on every visit though.

  • 3/5 Claire T. 2 years ago on Google
Even though Debenhams has gone there is still a good footfall and good shops still around, so worth a look.

Shopping center, a bit of a joke since it lost its heart Debenhams. Swansea council take a leaf out of Carmarthenshire CCC , they have opened pop up shops in their old Debs and brought their center to life again. Come on SCC.

An amazing shopping complex, located within Swansea bus terminal. With different kinds of shops, you can do all your shopping here.

  • 5/5 Dennis M. 1 year ago on Google
Good shopping with an added Market that can be accessed directly from Mall. Plenty of buses to all parts of Swansea and outlying areas as well as National coaches . Nearby there is the Grand Theatre and several eating places as well as pubs and many shops, banks, etc. Just opposite towards the sea and a short walk there is the Marina and much to see in the area. There is a cycle path that runs along the sea front for miles east and west of the city and a beach walk that must be seen. Too much to mention but certainly worth exploring Wine street and all surrounding area.

Clean, bright with a good and varied range of shops.

  • 1/5 Michael H. 1 year ago on Google
What a shame Swansea tried to walk to the beach very difficult and some one built a museum right where you should have little businesses and tourists really badly planned. shame on the town planners people are nice but have been let down badly by the government

  • 3/5 Hartland E. 2 years ago on Google
On the plus side looks like some new shops are thinking of setting up there and the bus station is good. Need to do something about where Debenhams used to be. It's blocked off the entrances from the car park. Maybe rather than a big retail unit get some smaller shops to set up and create another way into the quadrant.

  • 4/5 Elliott W. 2 years ago on Google
A standard shopping centre, situated in the heart of Swansea, with your normal high street shops and a few independent businesses too. It does, however, have direct access to Swansea Bus Station which has local buses and intercity coaches arriving and departing from early morning to late night. There's also direct access to Swansea Indoor Market, which in itself is a fabulous place to visit and shop from local businesses! Clean and tidy inside, and fairly modern, however as with other reviews, something needs to be done with the now-derelict Debenhams department store building.

Had lunch in the zinco lounge .. lounge eggs with wilted spinach with cuppa did take the tea bag out as don't like strong tea perfect . Great service and prices reasonable. Quadrant very quiet did however buy what I was looking for x

Isn't as busy anymore due to online shopping. However is still nice, I'd just rather take the journey to Cardiff fir bigger and a various range of shops.

Hardly any shops worth visiting since Debenhams went. Cardiff better option, loads to choose from.

A shopping centre stuck in time! Shops here close by 4, the only saving grace was a really nice Welsh gift shop.

  • 4/5 Gavin L. 1 year ago on Google
Something great shops in there, and always clean and tidy. Since Debenhams went, it seems to of lost something. Still really worth shopping in there

On holiday at Penrice. I always visit Swansea, in particular the indoor Market. It never loses its fascination. This time I also has a proper look around the Quadrant itself. We'll laid out, a goodie of shops and excellent signposting around the place. The latter made it easy for me to get back to the bus station.

Nice place to shop, some shops are slowly filling up the empty units. Always kept very tidy in there, can get busy from time to time but overall a little shopping centre. The only issue I have are the toilets, especially the baby changing area. I was desperate to use the toilet and the baby needed changed as well so I thought I would do that before heading to the shops. I was taken aback by how tiny the baby changing area was. It was a tiny room that had the baby changing area, a sink, nappy bin and a chair in the corner. It was so small in there I couldn't get the pram in or even out and there was no lock on the door for privacy while changing the baby. What took me by surprise was that there was no toilet for a parent to use. Other baby changing places have that toilet for a parent to use but unfortunately the baby changing unit didnt

Located at the heart of city center in Swansea. Having some high street brands like H&M, River Island, Superdry, King Trainer, Clarke's, WH Smith etc. Also home to Swansea Post Office. Gregg's is also there. Directly connected to Swansea Bus Stand.
