My daughter was visiting me over Christmas. We went into Bradford to look for somewhere to eat. I have lost count of how many times I have passed Zizzi but my daughter suggested we eat there. What a good decision 😊. The restaurant is very nice and comfortable, the staff were warm and friendly and the food was very tasty. I will definitely be going again.

We order regularly but no more. You guys have great food but if you will charge £5.45 for Bruschetta and send millions of tomatos with a piece of bread I will call it stealing from customers. Very disappointed.

This is the second restaurant I would be reviewing in Bradford and I must saw I absolutely love the space and ambiance.We made a reservation for 2 for 5pm and arrived promptly. We were greeted and given menu’s we place orders and they surprisingly arrived timely. The food was okay although the pasta wasn’t as spicy as was indicated, the lasagna was a bit burnt but okay and the drinks and dessert were okay.

Went for 3 meal course. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed

I ordered from them. They accepted order. I paid. They sent the order to the wrong address which was 5 miles in a different direction. The driver phoned me to tell me that Zizzi's gave him the wrong address. The driver went to "Avenue" and not "Place". I then got another call to tell me that my order has been cancelled and I wont get a refund. To Zizzi. What you did was dishonest. I could see on the live map where the food was sent. You should have made it right. Not just taken my money. Be better...

I dont know what happened v zizzi. One year ago I liked food and everything. Menu was different. Yesterday we came it says 50 percent offers. Half tables empty she didn't want take us. After she said ok you can seat outside. Came lot of people after us she didn't take anyone. She said we are busy. But tables were empty. Food horrible for this prices. Menu I think they changed because of this 50 percent discount. They dont want feed people with good food for half price. After when we left. I understood I paid full price with no 50 percent offer. I won't come back there again.

I've never been as unwell with sickness and diarrhoea following a luke warm meal at this place. Another member of the party had the same as me also luke warm, and also got sick. Not interested in ever stepping foot through their doors again!

Lovely pizza and pasta , don,t waste your time on the food court in the Broadway try this place.

Food was good, but service time far too long for the price you’re paying. Waitress who was initially serving our table, begun working the bar, and we got forgotten about until we made a point of it, even after that. Waiting time was too long. Many times we’d finished our drinks and was left thirsty, with table full of plates from previous course.. oh and they need to turn the heating on, was freezing inside 🥶

Arrived at the restaurant and was asked by the server if we had booked a table which we had not. She led us to a small table and we sat down. We were given complimentary pasta twists which I do admit was generous. The time we arrived it was fairly quiet so asked if we could move to the booth as it was more spacious, waitress said no as it was already booked. 20 minutes later and another table was seated next to us who then also asked to move there and the waitress happily let them. Food was nice. Service overall was disappointing. As time progressed tables began filling up. There was one waitress serving everyone. Asked her for the bill and 10 minutes later still waiting. We were not even given plates so asked for them and received a kids size plate to eat pizza off. Table next to us was still eating when we asked and the bill was brought over to them and they had left in the time we were still waiting. We were completely ignored. Eventually had to ask for the bill another two times. No apology was given by the staff. Very underwhelming experience.

Went here with my family the service was appalling only the man in charge had any personality the rest of the staff with multicolored hair and sullen faces were as miserable as could be. The takeout orders took priority over the diners we never got asked if we wanted another drink or how the meal was and to top it all we had to wait 30minutes for my 5year old twins ice cream which we left before it was brought out due to the fact we had a theater to attend and couldn't wait any longer. I myself have worked in the restaurant industry and if this was my restaurant I would seriously be giving the staff customer service training.We will not be returning to this restaurant .

Came here two times and ordered once whilst working in Bradford. Service was great both times and the food was brilliant the first time. Whether I ordered wrong the second time I don't know but the meatballs are not great. Both times I ordered the same wine, second time it tasted uncorked, so being an italian restaurant thought they would simply swap it. Which they did in the end but it was a hassle to get this done. Understandably takeout option not so great.

Whilst visiting the theatre we checked online to book a table for 5pm , the only good point was they said they would hold the table until we arrived up to an hour . After seated we visited the toilets and was not impressed with the hygiene standards in both male and females areas. We had to request drinks after being seated a while , however we did receive our starters in a reasonable amount of time , however the service went down hill from this point -no one came to up date us on any delay on food , we wasn’t asked if we would like more drinks ! There seemed to be a large focus on deliver food !!!!! We finally received our food 1and a half an hour later -however the food was a disappointment !

Love the pizzas that's all I ever get from there, should really try something else but safe zone it is🤣 good friendly staff, can't go wrong. Would give 5 stars but the soft drinks are expensive for what they are, 70% ice 🙈

My wife and I, along with 2 of our friends, visited Zizzi’s, Bradford, on Friday 3rd of June (2022). It was early evening and the place was nearly empty . We were shown to our table and given menus. I chose a pizza which was delicious. We all enjoyed our meals. Our waitress, a young Polish girl , was superb, very friendly, professional and smiley, exactly the kind of person that a restaurant needs. So many restaurants have waitresses and waiters that clearly hate their jobs and make for an unpleasant experience for the customers, the diners.

Enjoyed a pre-theatre meal at Zizzi's. Welcomed and shown to our pre booked by very pleasant smiling staff. We enjoyed sumptuous tasty meal to start our evening. Food was lovely. Service was prompt. Prices were reasonable. Only negative was that the chairs at the table we were allocated were more like a stool, so not particularly comfortable, nor conducive to spending a lot of time there (annoyingly, other chairs that looked more inviting were available)

Staff excellent n I had the king prawn linguine that was really nice. My friends also enjoyed their food n the staff weren't rushing us to finish. Big bonus that as we were out for girlie catch up

I loved everything. The good was on point and the hosting to very welcoming. Portion s are big however, the quality and taste of the meal isn't compromised. Definitely going again. For families, couples, friends cater for all. Hygiene is top marks.

The Food was absolutely brilliant & thoroughly enjoyed the Harissa King Prawn Skewer as shown in the Photo attached. Staff were very friendly. Prices weren't too unreasonable as my Girlfriend & I had the Set 3 Course Meal. Finished off with a Double Espresso & a Courvoisier. The Food was lovely but, having had the main course, I was totally full but, still managed a lovely Passionfruit Cheesecake.

We were booked as a party of 8, we were contacted several times to make order before we went, told not able to keep a table without and without giving cards details. Not told until we had sat down they don’t accept cash! The place was empty, 1 other table when we got there and none by time we left. 3 people ordered spaghetti Pomodoro, all Luke warm, the chocolate melt after was warmer! This came after 20 mins when they said would bring straight out. As soon as we left at 22.00, they turned the lights out. Only saving grace was our young server bless her who was lovely.

Came here with a friend, and was quite disappointed as usual. Every time I come to this branch of zizzi I’m devastated. We started the order with garlic bread and calamari, the caramelised onions were quite literally on 2 pieces of the garlic bread. Then our main cam, we specifically asked for the pasta to come with no bacon slices however, when the waitress cam with the dish… she had brought us the pasta with the bacon pieces. That wasn’t an issue because she quickly exchanged it. The pasta cam and it so salty and the pasta itself was quite hard, almost as of it was under cooked Then our desserts came, we ordered the Christmas platter for 2. That was honestly the worst thing I have ever ordered. Everything on that plate was store bought. The brownies, waffles, lady fingers and the meringue. It was horrible and we couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know why that was even on the menu.

Amazing food as always . The staff were really friendly and helpful. Service was 10/10 and we did not have to wait long for our food. I highly recommend the meat Sofia pizza ( as long as you like spice ). We have already penciled in our next visit.

Our server Jade was so attentive, she made sure we had everything we needed. My niece loved visiting and enjoyed having her own little menu to order from. Great value for money, will definitely be back

I came here for lunch as I happened to be passing and hadn't been in a long time. The food was ok, I ordered a sticky pig pizza which was half and half different flavours - it was fine but the pork crackling was chewy and not crisp which put a little bit of a negative aspect to it. Other than that, good food and good service. The food came in reasonable time and the price was also ok. It's a beautiful restaurant inside, and there were some great mocktail options! The citrus cooler is delicious!

Staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was really flavoursome. There were eight of us and we all loved it. As well as that, I forgot to pick up my phone in the hurry to get out for the taxi but one of the female staff saw it and ran out to look for our party to give it back. For that, I am eternally grateful, so thank you 🥰🥰

Had dinner before going to the cinema. Was quite busy but service good & tasty food, Delicious chicken pasta dish with perfectly crispy bacon in photo.

When for a late lunch with family. Lovely food, staff friendly and helpful regarding a nut allergy. Also I requested a corner table without music due to a hearing impairment which was happily satisfied. Great experience all round thank you! :)

Booked in for a meal online with my family and requested a high chair as I have 2 year old toddler. Arrived at the restaurant to be shown to our table. I asked for the high chair that I had added to the booking to be told there was none available. This left us with no option to leave without having the meal and then trying to find somewhere to eat on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Not happy as high chairs are a basic for any restaurant

Surprisingly quiet for a Saturday afternoon but the service and food were top rate. Really pleasant place to sit and eat excellent food any time of day. The staff were friendly and efficient but were happy to leave me to eat at my own pace There is an extensive menu which can take time to narrow down to a single item but the food is well worth waiting for. Nice to see families in the restaurant too

The price for a three course meal was definitely worth it. The garlic bread was hot and tasted great, the spaghetti cabonara was incredible but filling and the passion fruit cheesecake was perfect to finish the meal off. My partner enjoyed his 3 courses as and we would definitely recommend going here.

Book it for my wedding months in advance. We all was appalled with the food being Italian I wouldn't even feed my dog with that cheap imitation food, not only that they put the price up but failed to inform us which ment I was FORCED to pay the difference for everyone on my own wedding day!!!! Due to there greed, not one of us will ever set foot in there again I'd rather go get over priced chicken from nandos!

Very wheelchair friendly,great service although you cannot tip or round the bill up ,maybe a tip jar for their staff would be better,food arrived fast I can highly recommend the lasagne! Staff very attentive, can't wait to go back again and sample some other dishes on the menu ,thanks zizis for making my first experience certainly not the last really pleasant

Prices were far too expensive for the quality of the food along with the service we received during our visit here. Wouldn't recommend going here as there is a good amount of other restaurants within a short distance from here that are much more affordable & provide much better quality food.

On 14 March, a Monday evening, my wife and I entered the restaurant (without a booking) having noted plenty of tables free. We were told that due to a party taking over the restaurant they could not accommodate us. We enjoyed a meal at a nearby Portuguese chicken restaurant only to walk past Zizzi afterwards, one hour since we were turned away, only to see that that there was no party and the restaurant was still quiet. Bizarre to say the least. Wish I could leave a review for the food!

Paid nearly £8 for two portions of chips to find we both had about 13 chips in a box each. 4. All this food was clap cold. 5 to sum up paying £35 for this meal.. wouldnt do it again. Very disappointed 😞

Lovely restaurant, went here on a Thursday last week to avoid the help out eat out scheme as thought it would be busy. Staff were great and food lovely. Great place!

Vegan meal options and would highly recommend. We had garlic bread which had vegan cheese and caramelised onions which were delicious ( you can ask for no vegan cheese), plus we had bruschetta and chips. Great little rustic environment and friendly waiter. It’s easy to find if you are visiting the Broadway centre. Just head out past Claire’s Accessories, NatWest is on your left and head up about 2 mins on foot then turn left. Worth a visit.

do not recommend buying food from here, the staff was awful to me and i got served frozen cold food that was not cooked through properly. I ordered meatballs and some baguette that was mouldy. plzz don't come here!!!!!!

Reliably delicious. Great Vegan and Vegetarian options. Beautifully presented food. Conscientious chefs. Not always packed-out-busy either on a weekend so nooking isn't always necessary. However, this place can be prone to slow service occasionally - specifically when waiting to order. Maybe it depends on shift changes or duty manager. Basically, don't let yourself get *too* hungry before you go or the hanger will set in.

Informal dining - good service and great food.

We visited a month ago following Slam Dunk Festival and have been meaning to leave a review since. Not only is the Zizzi's menu delicious as you can expect, but the friendliness of the team and how we were looked after was second to none. The icing on the cake for us was a thank you / goodbye shout from even the chef also on our way out. We just gained a feeling that this particular team were so happy to have us on a sunny Sunday lunchtime! We simply couldn't not leave a tip. Keep up the great work guys.
