Had a takeaway to celebrate our anniversary and holiday. Food was very poor. Cheap chicken used, covered in oil - more oil than actual curry. Peshawari Naan, cheap chunks of ???. Onion bhaji more like onion ring. Best bit was the poppadoms.

Buffet on Sunday early evening. Big disappointment. Not in our local area but every time we pass we say "we need to try here". Having been to other Aggrah's we thought the Shipley one would be great. How wrong were we. The food was terrible! Cold, oily, and bland. what a disappointment. We cannot even say 'regular standard' because it was the worst meal out we have had in many many years (we eat out weekly). We shared our experience with staff (without being critical or nasty) and we got a "sorry", but still paid full price. I can still taste oil in roof of my mouth a few hours later. It was an unpleasant experience and one I hope not to repeat for many years to come. Our experience is tried, never to try again.

Beautiful food served in a nice restaurant. Service with a smile is all I can say. Atmosphere created here by the great staff is amazing. Decent choice of drinks and a huge menu. Onsite parking if you input your vehicle registration. They also do a buffet upstairs if you want something less formal.

Amazing food and service. The lamb chops were so juicy and tender also the mains were amazing we had Karahi chicken and it was full of flavour and the right amount of spice also Nan bread was soft and puffy. Waiter were very fast and made sure everything was perfect for us. Will definitely be back

Easy to get a table as only a couple in but i suppose most people must go upstairs to the buffet. Food was good as always, service very good, waiter was very attentive and we didn't wait long at all for food.

Fabulous meal this evening at the Shipley branch. The food was lovely and all the waiting staff courteous and polite. This was a competition win for me so all on the house. We've been many times before though as paying customers and always have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Shipley Bufett. It was very quite as lots of people would have been watching the football on TV at home. We had not been here at the Shipley Buffet for ages. The food was a bit on the cold side and not quite as tasty as it was last time we went. They have a much nicer and bigger selection of tasty food in the Garforth branch.

Been 4 times in total to the A'la carte restaurant, Unfortunately standards are very down, Old cooking oil which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Chips supposed to be hand cut but we're from frozen, made worse with the old oil. Naans definitely need improving, not nice at all, Meal was nothing special at all. Decor looks very dated and tired, would recommend a refit or sprucing up and general standards for this restaurant improved. Plenty of nice places to eat in Bradford hope Aagrah becomes one of them again.

Used to be great but no longer worth a visit. I have been told, due to allergies, they no longer use coconut. This evening I had a peshwari naan with glacé cherries and pineapple - disgusting and not at all authentic. Prices have increased and quality has diminished. Such a shame as it used to be so good!

Came here for dinner with a group of friends. The food was scrumptious! Lovely atmosphere and great service. And prices are reasonable. Will definitely recommend 👌

We have been eating from here for two years now, and every time the food hits the spot! It is delicious and fresh, and always delivered faster than estimated. Lots of flavour, and plenty to choose from on the menu. My favourite place in the area to order from.

The buffet was excellent. All the food was delicious and such high quality. Chicken wings and lamb chops highly recommend. We went for my husband birthday and the team brought a cake out put happy birthday music on. Every table was happy and loud. Brilliant place, can't wait to go again

The food was lovely. Served hot and all was tasty. Lots of choice. Lovely, clean place. The waiters (1 in particular but didn't catch his name) were lovely particularly with the kids 🙂 Will definitely be back.

Just enjoyed a really nice meal here with the family. Decided to eat downstairs in the restaurant rather than in the buffet. A great choice all main courses really tasty.

A good curry. I have been here a few times to the buffet, but I decided to try the a la carte downstairs. I had the karahi chicken, and it was really good. The service was quick, too. Overall I would recommend you go here if you are in the area.

We came quite late, food was quite good. Lamb was out so we asked for a bit extra. They served a huge plate, which we obviuosly couldn't finish. We asked if we could take it with as in to not waste it. We of course couldn't as it is a all you can eat buffet. What is a shame is that we ate all our food. What was left us what they served, and now they just throw it all out. Very disappointing in 2023 where food waste is a pressing issue.

Been here on a few occasions but the dish I had tonight was outstanding, King prawn achar. With steamed rice it was the cleanest and freshest curry which still has me salivating over. The flavours were a joy to the tastebuds and so good I will go back tomorrow and have exactly the same dish. As it was almost 9pm on a Monday night, the restaurant was empty and where the chef I am sure was probably looking forward to finishing for the night he produced a dish of magic, the prawns large and succulent, just cooked to perfection. All the flavours of lime, fenugreek, chilli just left me wanting more. Fabulous.

Visited their buffet, all of the dishes were very tasty. It was almost 20 pounds for adults.

Not what I was expecting. The Karahi was tomato-y and a bit sweet with 0 spice, the paratha was flat and solid. Food took a while to come out despite our table being the only one still ordering (there were 3-4 other tables of guests but they already had their food when we got there).

Aagrah is one of the best Indian curry houses around. Went multiple times for family birthdays and evenings out and this place never disappoints. The buffet has a diverse range of curries as well as delicious desserts! Would recommend this place to anyone from the area who was looking for a good quality curry house, will be hoping to see this place quite shortly 👍

Went for the buffet!! Not a great deal to choose from and very little lamb on the joint board, glass of Cobra not cheap either from the pump. £24 in total. The time we went was 6.15pm and not many people in which is not surprising, a couple of years ago it used to be very busy and you had to book.

One of the most delicious food l ever tasted. Food is very authentic good portion, good value. Staff amazing! I would recommend very highly. Many thanks

The food was standard for Bradford’. Not a lot of options for almost 19pound per person. We went on a evening week day. Service was good but won’t come back as food was basic.

First time here and will be the last. Buffet was poor, poor choice, Luke warm and definitely not worth £18.95pp. Pudding wasn't much better either hardly any choice such a shame as have eaten at other Aagrah's and always been spot on.

Be careful what you order, poppadoms were offered but they charge a £1 each and charge for the dips. We felt ripped off. The serving staff were not rude, but not overly friendly. Some of the food lovely, some overdone and a bit greasy

My first visit (non-buffet family meal). Delicious food and excellent customer service. Nice, welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant with interesting internal decor. Mix grill, starters, karahi meat dishes are all mouthwateringly delicious 😋

This restaurant is not as good as other Aagrah’s I’ve been too. We had the buffet and it was a very limited selection, I didn’t see any dal or veg side dishes. The dishes that were there were tasty as I would expect from this chain. But some things weren’t fresh they had been out a while like the chicken wings and the lamb chops weren’t as charred and grilled as I’d expect it’s like they had been stewed so were melt in the mouth but not how I usually like them. They did cook us a fresh naan.

Best curry & nan I've had in Bradford area. This is no mean feat because South Asian cuisine is not exactly a rarity around here. Nice one.

Food is OK not to bad. But the attitude on some of the waiters.. The midpoint is the same good food but the waiters need to be nicer

İt was delicious. I enjoyed starters and the main dish. Also best peshawar naan as well

Food was ok I guess we went for the buffet, everything from the starters to the main were limited in variety. I liked the roast beef but i found it to be random for an Indian restaurant - it's something you'd associate with Sunday dinners. Also there were like 4 curries for the main and some barely edible desserts but the service we found was good though which doesn't matter as the food wasn't up to par.

Great choice on buffet. Not too busy, attentive waiters and lovely fresh food. Decent price for the choice, drinks are reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend

Came on Mother's day, was full but not too busy. All the food was hot, fresh and tasty The waiters are helpful and very good at clearing the tables. Would recommend this place if you want to try out the different curries they offer.
