Really delicious Italian cuisine with fantastic customer service. The portions are served generously and full of flavour. I had the bruschetta and a vegetarian pizza. I'd definitely go again for a tasty evening meal. The waiters were very hospitable and the manager came out to greet us which I found very respectful. To top this off we got a 10% discount for being students. If you're craving an Italia meal then La Veronica is the place to go.

We think This restaurant is the best Italian in our area. The food good is really good. The owners and staff are welcoming and very friendly. They just want you to have a good evening out. Thankyou.

Lovely little Italian restaurant, came midweek and although it was quiet the food and service was exceptional! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! Nas our waiter/bartender/duty manager was fabulous, a lovely gentleman who went out of his way to ensure we had a great evening! All the food we had was to the highest of standards, reasonably priced, and the wine was beyond belief! Everything you could possibly want in an Italian restaurant, I highly recommend La Veronica! It deserves to be busier than it is with the outstanding quality of food. Give it a look if you’re in the area, I can assure you that you shall not be disappointed!

Have eaten here twice the second time being Saturday and had lasagna. This is the best restaurant lasagna I have ever had. Usually it is swimming in bechamel and tomato sauce and it its so sloppy to eat. This is just like the lasagna my mum and dad used to make. All the food we had was great and there was a family atmosphere. Will definitely make a third visit.

Great night Really good food, the starters were all good portions, well cooked and really tasty. Very good service and felt genuinely italian. The main were less generous, no salad with the lasagne. £60 for four starters main and drinks.

Amazing!! Service and food! Would highly recommend a visit! The lady and gentleman there are very friendly and welcoming, really nice personalities! The food was absolutely gorgeous & beautifully presented and quite a lot of complementary food items was nice to see a restaurant giving and not just taking, taking your time to make sure customers have an amazing experience for me makes the visit a lot better, definitely deserves a five star rating and more recognition! well done guys keep it up! Lovely food fantastic service. The staff was really friendly and made a real effort to engage with you. Wasn't rushed like you feel in most restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Decent food from a small but well done menu. This is a good thing, much rather fewer well executed dishes than lots of average ones. Very good service also. We'll definitely be back.

Don’t let the location (in Frizinghall) put you off. The food is good and freshly prepared, the portions are very generous so bring a big appetite. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only problem was that at the end I didn’t have room for a sweet, but that’s my problem. I would like to eat here again.

Quite disappointing, service was ok, but food was poor and certainly not worth the prices being charged. Unfortunately when we were there there were 5 big flies flying around the room and one customer even swatted one very loudly. Having flies in the main restaurant made us wonder how many were In the kitchen. It's February and a strange time to see so many! Definitely will never visit here again
