Just used JustEat to order lunch for my husband and myself. I selected a jacket potato with cheese and red onion, it came to £5.50. They sent me a cheese sandwich with red onion. When I phoned the cafe, a woman rudely told me it was my error, I’d selected the wrong thing - I hadn’t. Then she told me I’d need to take it up with JustEat if the app wasn’t behaving as expected. I need to speak to just eat about an app you’ve chosen to use to allow people to order food?? Really? You don’t want to make sure your customers can actually order the right thing? I asked if they could send me what I’d actually ordered, I was told no, I would need to order again. What appalling customer service! I’ve double checked the app and it isn’t even possible to order a cheese sandwich with red onion! A cheese sandwich also costs £3.50! Not £5.50! First time I’ve used them and I will never use them again!

3 large breakfast with tea, great value, and good turnaround, considering we walked in to sit down at 11am. Highly recommended this cafe for sandwiches, etc.

Delicious food with a good helping and friendly staff.

Got a small breakfast that said £3.50 turned out to be £4.50 when I got into the shop as they have an old menu on there Facebook I got an extra egg and an orange juice which brought the total to £6.50 for £6.50 I got 2 egg 2 bacon beans and a bottle of orange juice day light robbery

Fantastic cafe, staff food hygiene all 1st class. Great choice of food that is served freshly cooked and well presented. Highly recommended

Food is alright, for a Yorkshire butty shop I expected more for my money yknow thicker spam, decent cheese...but yeah its alright

Just had a gorgeous, generously filled chicken salad sandwich...everything fresh and it was even wrapped in film so got it home intact. Lovely refurb too!

No one else in the shop, waiting a good 20/25 minutes for the sarney to be at beat average. Won't be going again.
