Not
even
one
star
worthy
after
our
poor
experience.
Genuinely
shocked
that
they
won
an
award
recently.
We
had
the
most
strangest
and
rudest
encounter
over
the
phone
and
will
not
be
giving
them
our
custom
again.
An
incorrect
order
was
delivered
with
the
wrong
combo
of
food
and
a
BOGOF
burger
missing.
Luckily
we
checked
before
the
delivery
man
had
left.
He
called
the
shop
owner
who
told
the
delivery
man
to
check
our
order,
bearing
in
mind
the
order
had
been
opened
by
this
point.
The
shop
owner
then
proceeded
to
tell
the
delivery
man
that
no
mistake
had
been
made
and
that
the
order
was
correct,
indirectly
suggesting
that
I
was
making
this
up.
At
this
point
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
shop
owner
who
said
that
he'd
checked
the
cameras
and
the
order
had
gone
out.
I
confirmed
this
wasn't
actually
the
case
and
that
he
was
doubting
a
customer
over
his
own
mistake,
wasting
mine
and
my
children's
time
and
money.
After
the
unpleasant
phonecall,
the
shop
owner
asked
the
delivery
man
to
take
away
the
empty
wrappers/boxes
for
some
bizarre
reason;
I
returned
the
single
burger
as
I
was
stunned
at
the
appalling
service.
Goodness
knows
what
the
purpose
behind
this
bonkers
act
was
supposed
to
be
and
I
couldn't
care
less
tbh,
but
concerned
that
they
accepted
returned
food!
No
apology,
no
solution,
no
refund
and
extremely
ill
mannered
service
-
I
couldn't
believe
this
shop
won
an
award
recently.
AVOID.
