Order breakfast, despite placing order over the phone i still had to wait 20mins in shop. There were no customers or phones ringing still service was extremely slow. All 3 cups of desi tea i had to spill away size was shocking small for 1.50 each taste was very unpleasant. You pay same at chai places and enjoy every sip of it and cups are larger and of good quality. Paraata had salt inside, halwa wasnt good. Wont be going back. Their lunch menu might be better.

I'd ordered some food from here, one curry, a few chapattis and some onion bhajis, took them longer than an hour to prepare the food and the food arrived late. The food arrived cold, and I received a soggy wet salad bag which was full of curry. This is beyond a joke, for a restaurant to take longer than an hour to prepare a single curry and a few chapattis is shambolic. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend anybody to order from here unless you want the same experience as I had.

Food was cold, arrived late, and burnt onion bhajis, salad bag doused in curry, took them over an hour to prepare a single curry a few chapattis and burnt onion bhaji's. This is the worst service I've ever had from a restaurant. I would not recommend anybody order from this place, unless they want the same service.

I ordered a takeaway and although the food was of good quality, the let down was the restaurant took well over an hour to deliver the food and that was when I rang and queried about it. Apart from this I can not complain of the food delivered as it was excellent quality.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I have eaten Pakistani food throughout the UK but I have not ever eaten such poor quality food any where in the UK, the BBQ Platter was not fresh , they had refried the food , from karahi chicken smell was coming, pathetic experience for someone who went to bradford for the first time

We ordered 3 half grilled chargha meal with 2 rice and 1 naan. They made a mess here. They made it with fries. When we countered one of them came that you made this. Then finally reached a solution. After then they didn’t give us drinks. One of them said you have to order it differently. We said meal should be come with a drink. He went inside and talked to someone. After 2 mins one of them came and you you would get drinks with a in unfriendly attitude. I would say horrible experience overall. Thank you. Never ever here * we never changed our order. It was clear order. 3 half grilled chargha meal. 2 with rice and one with naan. It was so clear. I don’t how we changed our order several times. Strange Edited.

Food was great. Mithai old hard as rock. Service respectful and attentive. Your bathrooms need fixing and cleaning.

These mfs have their own rules,they open and close on their own fav times whenever they feel like providing wring information on google,now i have been standing outside the shop for 1 hour because it was supposed to open an hour ago and i keep saying to myself they must be coming now...now...now... well f it cos the food is average the service is very rude n sht anyway,only came here for some dessert i think is good here,but not again in life! If you dont believe,go to the place in morning,it happened twice i am sure it happens everyday ,wait and let everyone know what time they opened and what time was it showing on google they are opened!

I ordered with Shaan through Uber Eats and have to say the time from putting in the order to having it delivered was just about right, not too quick and not too long. I ordered some a portion of onion bhajis, veg pakoras, aloo tikka, shami kebabs and samosas. The samosas are my only complain as there on the small side however that's where the nagativity ends, the onion bhajis were the real deal proper Indian style ones as we're the shami kebabs that were without a doubt the highlight. What really pushed my review to a five star rating is the fact they sent me a free bag of mixed salad, also a large tub of mint sauce and their own shaan sauce that complimented the starters very well. Overall a very pleasant experience, thank you.

I come here every 2 or 3 years when I visit my aunt and the food is always fantastic. They are a bit rough round the edges and don't expect the food to be made in under 30 minutes but it's worth the wait. I feel this place is authentic and the people running it feel real. Great little Bradford treasure, will be back in 2 years time. Negative reviews here make me realise people need to calm down, sit back and have a beer while waiting for some amazing food. No need for the hussle and bustle, chill people :)
