Really nice meal. Very friendly service from a lovely team. Close enough to walk to. Would highly recommend it.

This was the first time my husband and I had been back to the Fishermans since it changed hands (yet again). We were extremely pleased with our Sunday lunch. The staff were excellent. Great place to stop after a lovely walk along the canal. We will definitely be back.

Walked on canal from shipley to Bingley and stopped off for a drink. Ended up having Sunday lunch. Beer and food excellent. Staff also excellent definitely go again

Absolutely amazing....The food was delicious and portion sizes were fantastic. All the staff were really friendly- even our lovley Labrador was treated to a treat of roast beef for her 14th birthday! Thank you so much, absolutely 100% recommend. 5 paws!!!

Amazing food, the ribs are not for the faint hearted, but when hungry they will definitely fill you up. The flavours are excellent, lamb shank melts in your mouth. Would highly recommend. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and best of all, the Fisherman’s Pub is pet friendly. It’s a must for a visit whether you are on road or canal. 😁

Nice pub. My husband enjoyed a couple of pints of white rat. We shared a pepperoni pizza, and it was a bit disappointing, not very spicy. But the beer was good. Just choose the wrong meal.

New owners have really turned it around, food was excellent, the service best i can recall for many years and the setting is idyllic, top draw

Great pub, with an enthusiastic landlord really trying to make it a success. Situated next to the canal a great location. Good range of ale's. Dog friendly. Great food. I had the best burger fries and slaw ever. Presentation was excellent and the ratio of bun to burger was spot on. Would certainly revisit.

This is our local, under new management again. The food is lovely, we had the veggie platter last time. Staff are friendly, also a bonus as dogs are welcome. Nice place to stop if taking a walk on the canal.

Amazing food, friendly staff and the largest BBQ ribs we've never seen 😄 The braised big cheeks where so soft with the creamest mash and lovely veg! Can't wait to come again

Excellent food and presentation, pub now busier with new chef, only negatives would be sharper cutlery, lose the sign inside the gents, and some staff could be more attentive.

Just had a late lunch here with my wife. Staff were polite and friendly. The place feels spacious and airy. We both had the Sea bass. Perfectly cooked with wild mushrooms and new potatoes. Absolutely delicious. Our first visit but definitely not our last

Went on a Sunday lunch time and had roast beef. The plate sizes are on point if you are a bigger eater or combating a hangover. It's dog friendly, with dog treats and water bowls. Good parking and right beside the river.

Popped on for a beer and stayed for lunch and another beer. Service was excellent with very pleasant and helpful staff. Food quality is fine. Reasonable prices, lovely canal location and clean toilets (smile). A recommended stop that I’m pleased to endorse.

Extremely nice staff, and the Fish and Chips were very nicely dishes out but the chips were half cooked and the fish was tasteless. We would definitely return for drinks, but not for food. They don't seem to have high chairs for children.

Very nice pub called in on the off chance and were lucky enough to get a table straight away, we called in at lunch time had the fish and chips with mushy peas and it was lovely. It is on the canal side between Bingley and Saltaire. If I visit the area again wouldn't hesitate going there again.

I went there shortly before 10pm having checked the 10.30pm closing time on their website. I was informed that they were closed and I had missed "last orders". When I pointed out the anomaly the bar staff laughed This was all despite people still drinking in the bar

Went to The Fisherman's Inn twice in two days. Found the landlord charming and genuine. He talked me through all the local beers with enthusiasm. Next day we had a lovely meal, look at the pictures of the Sunday roasts. I had the Fisherman's Fish Pie which was a delight. There was also music on the Sunday, from the very talented Daisy Wardle.

Been for birthday meal with family. My fish was lovely but the chips I had to leave due to the poor taste. My friends scampi was well cooked and delicious. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and dealt with my complaint with care and a positive outcome. The chef came out to speak to me and he was friendly and explained things with respect. Would definitely come again to try something different

Really friendly pub, currently not doing food on a Monday night due to winter trade. But lovely beer and atmosphere with views onto the canal. Dog friendly too with a warm fire on

We booked a table for 15 family members at the fisherman’s pub and everyone of us had a lovely Sunday lunch. The food was just great and we had a good choice of Sunday roast or other meals. The Sunday roast was a beauty. Service was excellent we were all served together which was brilliant. The video be is a real friendly atmosphere with a friendly landlord and staff. It’s so good to experience a good pub atmosphere. We live over seas but I know our family will be back for weekly specials and Sunday lunch. Thanks guys 🙏🏽

Excellent food, service lacking. Went for Sunday lunch and the food was lovely and plentiful. Staff not very attentive, we had to go to bar to ask to order and again when we wanted the bill. Asked for another round of drinks which was brought to the table but waitress didn't think to take the empty glasses away. If they can get the right staff this place will be successful.
