On
arrival
I
was
met
with
a
grumpy
flustered
manager
who
was
berating
another
member
of
staff
on
the
phone.
And
proceeded
to
tell
me
she
had.
I
was
spoken
to
in
a
sharp
tone
and
made
to
feel
like
an
in
convenience.
Interupting
het
day.
The
room
was
large
an
clean.
Everything
was
in
good
order,
I
had
no
problems
with
the
room.
To
be
honest
the
thought
of
interacting
with
any
more
staff,
put
me
off
from
going
to
the
bar,
do
i
stayed
in
my
room.
Breakfast,
oh
my,
the
concierge,
was
inpatient
and
rude.
Again
I
felt
like
I
was
interrupting
his
day.
There
was
no
cutlery,
and
asking
for
a
napkin,
felt
like
I
asked
for
a
dose
of
covid.
The
full
breakfast
was
cold,
and
although
all
you
could
eat,
and
even
though
i
had
a
long
day
ahead
with
a
slight
chance
of
any
thing
further
to
eat,
I
opted
out.
I
felt
physically
sick.
I
did
not
complain
at
the
time
due
to
the
attitude
of
the
concierge.
