I came here for a 2 night stay with family for a wedding event. When we checked into our room we discovered there was no hot water and not only that there was a massive spider crawling on the carpet!! We told the receptionist right away and he said all the rooms are booked out and to wait til tomorrow and so we did. We didn’t get a new room til late afternoon but we was out for the most part of the day yet the could of at least cleaned the room up whilst we stayed the night!!

Cheap room but with flaws… Looked dirty from the start so the stay was not enjoyable even for the short time we had there. The sofa against the window was covered in stains from humans or food and made the stay uncomfortable and the sofa eeky to sit on as no chairs are available… The shower hose was loose so when turned on spouted in my face (who checks this…) housekeeping?? The beverage sachets were cheap and minuscule so the best option was to vacate ASAP The bed was fairly good but no blankets in sight but who would use in case similar stains on linen?

The room was basic, clean and adequate for stay. staff under pressure and could not keep up with busy restaurant, service very poor, but staff polite. Room was adequate, location was Bradford town centre, not the best, but good cheap parking near hotel

All reception and bar staff members provided excellent service. The BIGGEST issue for me is room windows do not open. God forbid if there was ever a fire in this hotel with the inability to open your room window (if trapped) you have zero chance against smoke. Learn your fire escape route inside out and know it blindfolded!

This Premier Inn hotel is as Premier-Inn as it gets. It's your usual purple experience here. Aside from the tacky color, everything is pretty decent. It's basic yet functional as you would expect it to be. The location is super convenient as it's so close to the mall and the station. The service is somewhat limited though. There's no phone in the room to contact the reception desk. For the most part, you need to get things done yourself.

Very very clean room. A fantastic view from the 9th floor. The bed was so comfortable and the room was warm. Breakfast was a choice of full English or continental. Both were an extra charge of £7 per person. Parking was in a secure multi storey carpark and the hotel was just a very short and pleasant walk to the centre of Bradford. I will be delighted to go again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting my daughter. The room was nice and clean. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sonia(and think that wad her nam. She was the lady who was moving house). Also thank you to the man who sorted out my remote control. Also it was great to leave my luggage there until I caught my train. Thankyou all for a great welcome. I will definitely return

Great location near city centre. Plenty of car parking in the area and very affordable. Great check in and as usual lovely clean rooms. Didn't have breakfast as we had an early start. Would recommend and use again.

Loved the overnight stay at Bradford Central Premier Inn with my queen while attending a wedding. The breakfast was “all you can eat”. Wished I had two tummies. Thanks Premier. P.S sorry I took a yoghurt and apple out to eat later when hungry 🙈.

On arrival I was met with a grumpy flustered manager who was berating another member of staff on the phone. And proceeded to tell me she had. I was spoken to in a sharp tone and made to feel like an in convenience. Interupting het day. The room was large an clean. Everything was in good order, I had no problems with the room. To be honest the thought of interacting with any more staff, put me off from going to the bar, do i stayed in my room. Breakfast, oh my, the concierge, was inpatient and rude. Again I felt like I was interrupting his day. There was no cutlery, and asking for a napkin, felt like I asked for a dose of covid. The full breakfast was cold, and although all you could eat, and even though i had a long day ahead with a slight chance of any thing further to eat, I opted out. I felt physically sick. I did not complain at the time due to the attitude of the concierge.

Disappointing stay after a couple of good previous visits. The room we were given had dirty scuffed walls and looked like it may have been trashed and then refurbed at some point. The staff were trying their best but only 1 staff member on Sunday night to run the bar, restraunt and front desk wasn’t enough.

Staying for business for a week, only on 2nd night and not impressed, was told we didn't have to book a table to eat breakfast and dinner only to find out that they are only serving booked not walk ins, got a huffy stressed waitress, that's not my fault, treat every customer as important not a hindrance, was also told majority of the menu isn't available anyway and no pumped drinks, so we ended up at a local kebab place which was amazing, hope I never have to stay here again

Don't pay Leeds Hotel prices when the cricket is on at Headingley 🤔💯 Bradford is a much cheaper option with great bus and train links at reasonable prices. Usual Premier Inn standards and fare - guaranteed comfortable bed etc

The house keeper tried her best ! ... but When we went in the room to wash our face in the bathroom the water was green and different colours got me disgusted. bed was stained and the kids bed was stained with Pee not throughly washed. Never coming again children hate it here. And we don't wanna come ever. Not recommended for you or family

Nice clean hotel situated in town centre with a convenient multi storey car park with in 2 minutes walk. Presently has building works going on outside and around which is a slight inconvenience for access. Restaurant is of a decent standard and beer at a fair rate. Enjoyable break

Excellent location. Lovely rooms and funny, helpful staff. Love the door security, but don't forget to ask for an extra room key otherwise you might get locked out! Breakfast as usual was unlimited and lovely. 5 stars! 😍 Would highly recommend.

Perfect position for a stop over in central Bradford, rooms are clean and a good size. Beds are very comfy, breakfast is basic but good. Will use this again 😀

We stayed at the family room. All clean, mattresses are what they are but we had a few hours of sleep (kids slept well though!). Breakfast and staff 100% available, very kind and helpful. Parking around the corner £2.5 for 12 hours. All good 👍

I'm being harsh because I don't understand how these hotels haven't gotten round to offering alternative milks with our hot drinks in the morning! Staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast lady (this morning). Room was too hot though, air con didn't seem to do anything, couldn't open window either.

Very nice experience, Central location close to train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Very comfy bed! The room was very quiet. The cooked breakfast was made fresh and excellent quality.

Great stay especially the amazing breakfast and staff service. Neelam and Zana were friendly and attentive to us as a big demanding group, thank you! Also great veggie options, warm pastries and good coffee. Beware we'll be back!

Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent and delivered service with a smile and it made for a great little base. The windows don’t open so you are reliant on the air conditioning but parking is cheap nearby, the lifts are great (no waiting even when the hotel is full) and very happy to recommend!

The rooms are very comfy, the staff freindly and polite. I would like to be able to open a window marginally as I sleep better with fresh air. The internal menu nerds more lighter options for less than £10

Every member of staff is polite and keen to know whether you the guest are catered for. They are very accommodating.and very professional. Best Premier I've stayed in. I will be going back to Bradford to find out more about the place, mainly because of the welcome I received. Thank you all.

We was travelling over 250 miles to Bradford and was badly let down by bookings .com hours before we arrived, we worried sick as we were travelling with a six year old and was expecting to arrive around midnight I had called different premier inn and the staff were very helpful, we ended up booking with this one as the location was better for us, I don’t normally leave reviews but Claire from this hotel that worked last night was an angel and helped ease my mind reserved us a room, everything went perfectly from them on so a very big thank you again to Claire

The location is handy, the rooms were clean. This is a standard premier inn, some staff are ok but slow service, the food knocked a star off unfortunately, and the smell of cigarettes one night wasn't great (however I did see one member of staff dealing with this). Overall you get what you pay for.

Great staff, great service and will definitely stay here again…. Special thanks to Morgan who helped in anyway to make my stay perfect! Also Alex the cook is great who also made me feel very comfortable during my stay!

Very good Premier Inn, right in the centre of Bradford. Very handy for the train station. Only 15 minutes from Leeds by train but much cheaper to stay here than Leeds on Saturday night.

We have used premier inn hotels many times, (Heathrow and Stansted) this time we are very upset. Receptionists needs to be trained better, only one girl was professional, most of them seem not have a clue of what to do or how to deal with customers. After a day out we came back at 11pm and we found out that our room has not been cleaned/tided up also towels not replaced. And this happened to other customers as well. We complained to the reception and we have been offered free breakfast. We spent 2 nights, the first we did not sleep because we heard everything from the close rooms. The shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The carpet dirty. The soap dispenser in the reception toilet was always empty. Bad experience!

Very disappointed with check in. No staff, one girl on reception having issues with key cards and her lack of communication was very frustrating. Almost 45 minutes of waiting then another young lady came and she seemed to be better. Unable to get key coded so walked up to room to let us in. Room usual standard. Clean and comfortable. Very hot despite no heating on, and unable to open a window. Tea and coffees but no milk, they should mention this so you can take own. Seems to have gone down hill as stayed in loads of hotels. Hope they can improve.

My brother had a good experience with the premier inn in Leicester. So when I came to Bradford I decided to stay at premier inn. The room I was given had dust on the lamps and soap dispenser, there was wrapping and a pencil under the bed. Stains on the side of the armchair and spare bed. No one came to clean or empty the bins even when I requested twice for it to be done. Staff pretend to be helpful but didn't follow through. I paid between £50 to £80 for 7 nights was not happy only thing that was good was where it was situated

Other premiere inns around the country have been fine, but this one was pretty poor. CHecking in took a long time and the person on reception was flustered and distracted. Our room was a bit tired looking, had no towels and it took several calls to get some. Breakfast was somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time. All in all, it was fine at a functional level, but a bit rubbish.

Excellent location. Excellent staff! We stayed here for 2 nights for a football match. All the staff from check in to check out were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Service. You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn. Good location in the Centre, not far to walk anywhere. Car Park just around the corner with decent rates to park there.

Family Room was good and spacious comfortable stay. Breakfast was abit disappointing as we had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for the buffet to be topped up as there was nothing left. I guess every preimure is different but they should take tips from the Huddersfield North premuire inn who take orders for breakfast as they guests take a seat. overall it was good manged to get milk for my little girl at night very kind of Shabana excellent customer service.

I've stayed at this hotel two times and both times there has been a problem with check-in. The first time I was given a room that had not been dressed yet. The second time I was given a room that was already occupied! It doesn't seem very good security to just give out keys to people's rooms so that any stranger can just walk in on them, or steal or damage their property. The door for the bathroom with disabled facilities was very stiff, even for an able bodied person.

Stayed for 2 nights. 2 rooms 4 guests. Room was ok but had a slight musty old smell. This is a problem when windows do not open. No fresh air can circulate. We slept ok apart from an incredibly loud kids party staying a few doors down and decided it would be great idea to run up and down the corridors at 3am and slam the doors. We asked both rooms to be cleaned and the tea and coffee sachets to be topped up. One was cleaned and nothing topped up. Left us with one towel for 2 people. The other room was not touched. We told them at 8.00pm.the receptionist was stressed as it appeared that quite a few rooms were not cleaned and she was the only member of staff apart from one bar staff to look after the whole hotel. Which is utterly ridiculous. So she was looking after reception and the rooms. It was just too rushed and didnt feel nice. It wasn't as clean as it should be. There was no attention to final detail. We normally stay at Holiday Inn as it is alot better but thought we would give Premier Inn try. From now on it will always be Holiday Inn.

After a long day at work. I was delighted to be faced with the staff that was amazing!! They couldn't be more helpful. The room was spot on. And the customer service was second to none. Thank you to asende, Amy, Lena and Marek. Thank you very much!

Only stayed one night in a twin room a double, and like a sofa bed for myself and my daughter. The sofa bed needed bedding, which I only got after the third time of asking. The room itself was a good size but could do with a fresh lick of paint. The evening meal was OK, but the wait to get the plates cleared and to receive our desert had taken too long, so we did without. The breakfast was a much better service with plenty of choice and seemed good quality, including the coffee.

Clean and spacious room. We asked for softer pillows and were delighted to find them in our room when we returned from our day out. Thanks to Angela from housekeeping for making our stay so much better

I go here once a month for business for a few days. It’s a generally quiet hotel and staff are friendly on arrival. Clean and presentable from the entrance. Lifts are alway working. My room is always a double room, non smoking so I base my review on that type of room only. The room itself is spacious for one individual and would be perfectly fine for two. The window doesn’t open at all for safety reasons so you have to rely on the a/c which to be honest isn’t the greatest. On many occasions it smells (leaving the room smelly) and unfortunately it lingers onto you. Just to make it worse if you require heat you have to use this same unit to push out smelly air which really isn’t warm enough. The carpets and walls could really do with a do-over and the furniture could also do with a revamp. I often just sit on the bed as I’m sure it’s the cleanest part of the room. The bathroom is sufficient and clean. Towels provided and shower gel. It’s a shower and it does what a shower is meant to do. There is storage for your clothes, a desk for your laptop and small tables for belongings. Kettle provided with teas and coffees is a nice touch as well. It’s also quiet so you can get a decent nights sleep. The bed is really comfortable. I opt for the breakfast which for that price should be good. (£9.50) it’s a buffet of foods expected at any hotel resort. It’s a good breakfast, no complaints at all. Overall a good nights stay.
