Placed an order over the app, previously had no problems with this branch, so no need to check the pizza before leaving the branch. Travelled more than 3 miles for a pizza overloaded with toppings three times the normal amount. Totally ruined the pizza and money down the drain. Rang the branch, the person answering the phone, was the person who made the pizza. Kept my complaint impersonal but he made it personal himself, refused to deal with the complaint and put the phone down with a rider about passing my number to the store manager who will call me back. He took offense to being told to go back to pizza school and needing his head examining (even though I did not direct this at him, but the person who made the pizza, which happened to be him). He claimed i was being abusive. The customer is not always right, but the customer is ALWAYS first. Please send him back for customer care training and a read up on emotional intelligence. As the customer I am obviously upset for being served slop on bread, with too much pizza paste and way too much topping. If you cannot do it right, don't do it at all! Safe to say unless there is a satisfactory resolution including an unreserved apology, I will be voting with my feet and making sure other people who are within my circle of influence do not order from this branch.

I purchased 2 large pizzas - one stuffed crust and one classic crust. I have been buying pizzas from this branch for ages and I have never had a problem . But however today I opened the box to find that the stuffed crust was all burnt and both pizzas had very little sauce and were both extremely dry and chewy. The base was so dry in fact the pizza cutter could not go through it.Normally the pizzas are very moorish but me and my family were however very disappointed as we could only manage one and did not go back to the box for another . I would have preferred any other pizza even an Asda own brand one. I rang up to complain however the shift manager Mohommad Atif was extremely unhelpful and persisted on with saying i was wrong - he kept saying that it was freshly made and would not accept that there was a problem. He told me to bring the pizza back but i have an 8 month old baby and 2 children so i could not . In conclusion, I will most definitely will not be buying from this branch again and think that the shift manager should go back to customer service training . I will be buying from Dominos next time . I now have 3 hungry children to make dinner for.

Ordered pizza... Payment taken from bank 2 hours later no pizza No order confirmation received Pizza hut have no record of the order Called pizza hut shop who said call helpline Pizza hut helpline does not exist due to COVID.... Not sure that's a good enough excuse. Called shop.... Who said email pizza hut... Went to email pizza hut who say I need to wait 5 days for a response.... No good when I need my pizza!!!!! ASAP. Went to submit my email complaint but it will not let me without the order number...... That I did not receive.... Wasted 2 hours of my life and no pizza and really really hate the customer service process. All this and they have taken the funds from my account!!!! No wonder the other reviews are shocking.

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life do not recommend absolutely disgusting. Soaking in oil soggy and minging. Got the order wrong sent out another order still the same. Chicken wings were slimey. Dont waste your money

Went past this pizza hut Had a huge sign any pizza £6.99. Ordered online as thats how you get it for that price. Collection only... You know what your gonna get Quality pizza with fantastic taste. Asked if he could do it a little well done I got the Veggie sizler by the way with sweetcorn instead of jalapeños It was superb. Hot Really tasty Definitely will be back here

I placed an order on Uber Eats and ordered a Medium Pizza which i always order a deep pan. I called to make sure it is a deep pan. The manager started arguing that they do not do deep pan at all to which told him that i literally had an individual deep pan pizza the other day. After this he started talking really rudely and ended up swearing in the end to which i asked him what he said and he started swearing more. I will rate this the worst restaurant customer service. Zero cooperation and extremely rude and uncivilised staff. I hope the owner of this restaurant knows what their staff doing. I’m sure to come down and see them soon.

Arrived warm not hot. Crusts and Pizza very rubbery and garlic slices warm and the same. Second time I’ve tried Pizza Hut delivery and it’s the last. Domino’s just have it right

I order from here every so often. The delivery is always speedy and food comes nice and hot. Which is more than what I can say for other takeaways around here. Best delivery service.

Thought I give these guys another chance after they completely messed up my order last time and the incorrect pizza arrived and Cold However this time round the food NEVER turned up.. When I rang the person who answered started to be very argumentative and wasn’t willing to help as i ordered from Uber Eats and passed the buck onto Uber Eats The past two experiences i’ve had with Pizza Hut especially this branch has not been the best Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had I had to give 1 star as a half star for the rating was not available

Pizza Hut has been an all time favourite of mine since I’ve been a child. The prices are extortionate for a pizza but there’s always some deal that can cater for the needs of almost every budget. Also please bring back your £5 menu.

THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She has got my order wrong twice and when I tried to call back she hung up on me.

If I could give 0 stars then I would give 0, they delivered the wrong order when I ordered online, I also rang to re-confirm the order and was given a wrong pizza aswell as a missing pizza. I found the customer service from the phone operator as rude and abrupt. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience and gave a half arsed apology. Was so disappointing and frustrating. Will never order from the otley road Bradford branch ever again.
