What's with this fast food chain going downhill? There's no help with refunds for missing items and items that don't even arrive. You spend £25 worth of food and you lose out on it as the drivers shrug their shoulders and don't even help you to sort out your orders, you ring up and they don't sort your order and it says it's delivered when it's not even arrived. Shame on you, ripping off people. What are we suppose to do when we spend our last bit of money on a treat and now you have to starve over it and what about us with autistic siblings / kids who have preferences over foods and only prefer McDonald's etc.

I was shocked at the pathetic size of the McSpicy burger. For a limited time item it was tiny. It should be on the saver menu for £2!

Awful. Asked for double egg. Got sausage and egg, staff completely not bothered, went into the store and witnessed the prep guy cross contaminating everything. Not washing his hands after touching meat products and then preparing veg food. Not vegetarian friendly.

An absolute joke. None of the order terminals were working. Several minutes of fruitless tapping to confirm that. Got to the desk to order to be asked cash or card. To be told cash only, then that there were no fries... Several people before and after followed this frustrating process. MANAGER Post a member of staff at the door to inform patrons upon arrival that your franchise has fallen over. This is called customer service. Look it up.

This Mcdonalds is well staffed and the food is usually hot. It is a clean place and much better the other Mcdonalds near by. Girlington is a shocker. Steer clear of that one.

Friendly and helpful staff foods always good and they make the best hot chocolate

Grabbed a strawberry milkshake on my way past, and it was one of the best I've had. They should all be the same with the perfect thickness and ratio. The only downside is that the drive thru was really busy, so I ordered on the app to pick up. When I went in, I waited around 10 minutes! Come on surely, if people just order a drink, get these done straight away and out the way it takes 10 seconds!

Food was ok. Restaurant was very untidy. Considering it was very quiet in there i cant understand why it was so unclean. The drinks were flat and had to be exchanged but not much better after. The toilets are vile! Absolutely disgusting. Both mens and womens were unusable, we had to ask for the disabled toilet key as we could not let our children use the usual toilets. Theres plenty of staff here not doing alot, theres no excuse. Makes you wonder what the hygiene is like in the kitchen. Wont be visiting here again and advise others to avoid.

They rectified uber eats messing up our delivery in an instant. Brilliant service

Standards have dropped drastically, too many points to list! Mixing meals with meat in them with non-meat food, placing them in the same bag after emphasising separate bags be used! Accusing me of taking two drinks when none were given, constantly having to repeat my order at the drive-thru because the staff dont hear it, because they're too busy chatting in the background & not paying attention to you ordering! Some staff are not properly, the list goes on..

I've seen cleaner maccys, filthy tables outside, floor was dirty as were some of the tables. Cleaner was in the men's so doing something. App did not work, said restaurant closed, supposedly 24 hr ! Went hungry.

Gave me four chicken nuggets instead of four cheese melt dippers, not impressed

Every McDonald’s is doing peel sticker to win , went through drive through in the evening on 22nd April and ordered 4 drinks, none of them had the peeling sticker which staff replied-they don’t have them at the moment, however we were parked up for next 10-15 mins and people who went in were all having drinks with peel stickers. What kind of unfair being was that or discrimination as they didn’t like extra questions🤨

I placed an an order wanting to take part in Monopoly promo and only received 2 stickers instead of 6 so next time I went I asked if I could get the stickers that were missing previously. I was told they can't just hand out stickers which I was ok with. I opened my new meal at home and what happens? 2 stickers are missing this time

Waited in long drive thruque for 15 mins and then got told there’s no ice cream or McFlurry. Maybe put a sign up at the beginning to stop people wasting their time in drive thru que. Once your in you can’t get out !!

Food was ok however the drinks were totally flat. Even asked them to replace them and leave out the ice but what came out was still flat. Men’s and ladies toilets were disgusting. Asked to use the disabled toilet was ok but we had to ask to get in. Wouldn’t use again I’m afraid!

I have the worst customer service by 2 young asian girls on driv-thru and i was shown disrespect from her Line Manager too which wasn't ready to listen to me and she didn't even acknowledge me where is customer first. Then on window 2 i was againg not acknowledged by the staff and i think the staff need to be educated to respect their cutomers. VERY VERY BAD i am an asian pakistani if any doubt. The girls are very you and really tarted up and the mananger is a guffys sister.

From my experience, the staff is absolutely lovely. The two times I ate here, a customer threw a tantrum and the staff dealt with it with the patience of a saint. The fries were crispy and hot, and I was served swiftly. I just found the limited edition burger I got to be not flavourful enough.

they seem to have forgotten that chips need heat to cook, not just dipping in oil and then serving... This past 6 months have seen McDonald's fries being served white, not browned at all, and not cooked. The order machines are never in working order, and the staff lean over you and your food whilst you're eating, which is an absolute no no in any food service establishment.

£20 order and no monopoly stickers, apparently you don’t get any on a big tastey, despite referring them to the menu behind them that clearly shows 6 “no that’s 6 game pieces not stickers”. This place just fails across the board lately, only get hot food on request .. not kidding! Won’t be coming back

The staff there is lovely and cant do enough for you! Excellent food as well as delivery time to table/drive thru. Nice and clean there are always staff cleaning and making sure that the tables are clean and hygienic.

I was waiting in the drive through for my order to be taken when the lady said one second she’ll be with me. I waited ten minutes and no one spoke when the drive thru was empty!!! Once they took my order I had to wait another 20 mins for my food THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY! APALLING IM NEVER COMING BACK

Terrible McDonald's, rude staff and waited 12 mins for 2 normal cheese burgers and loads of Asian men with beards and not 1 covered up. I work in a catering factory and if I don't have a shave for 1 day I've got to get my face covered. McDonald's should be ashamed.

Well I ordered a Big Mac meal I received the chips and the drink but no Big Mac ??? So just eating the chips realised I didn’t even receive the correct drink I got strawberry milkshake instead of vanilla. Now they won’t even answer the phone.

Peaceful envoirnment. The macflurrys are soo good! The staff are really friendly and it’s nice to have colouring sheets and crayons for the little kids! The competitions are also very fun to do!

Good customer service. Cleaner Julie cleaning the tables untidy appearance, had the cloth scrunched up in her hands for over 30 mins, no disinfectant or cleansing spray. walking around picking her nose and using the same cloth to clean the tables, and then wiping her hands on the same cloth, repulsive. Couldn’t even swallow my food. This needs sorting. If environmental health entered the building and seen this, it would be a serious issue.
