I purchased a cooker based on there reviews and videos. These guys firstly were very good at selling the cooker there service seemed to be very good, updates on delivery etc. However they miss sold by promising us one thing and giving us something else. My colleague tried to contact them and they did not want to take responsibility. Instead fobbing us off. Although the cooker is of OK it was not what we paid for and very poor quality. It will do the job and that’s it. If you decide to purchase a product from Rotaquip, make sure you ask them to confirm in writing what they are selling to you. Ensure they send you exact spec and look and style. Make sure you have the spec and design and pictures in a written contract form!! Otherwise they will take advantage of you. We will never recommend this business and have now put this cooker for sale and decided to go back to a company who his honest and make sure the customer is happy. What a waste of time especially during these tonight times. We don’t mind paying more but at least give us the product we wanted rather them take advantage of the customer. Shame on you!!

Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Very cheap material used. During busy times the cooker makes so much noise due to the cheap material they have used. We have used many cookers before but this is probably the last time we would go to Rotoquip. The other machines may be excellent from these guys buy cooker wise I would not purchase again. I was expecting something much better than what I received.

Should be a minus star they use cheap and nasty materials then lie about everything stay well away guys. Dont use these cowboys stay well away. Worst company to deal with and they are all just spoonfed kids who have just been given a job at their dads business probably never worked a hard day in their life thats why they dont care about customers and are compulsive liars.

Great customer service, I have been coning for 15 years now and the people are great especially the owner Waqas. We have used there machines for years and you cant beat the quality.

I had purchased a grill and extruder with 2 molds. I had to constantly follow-up with them to get an update, they never bother to ever provide an update. My shipment was missing the mold for the extruder and I was told that it'll be shipped within few week back in September of 2020, it's been over 8 months now and I have still not received the mold. I have been told at many occasion that they will be providing the shipment details, however, nothing was ever provided. Now, they are not even replying to my messages. Please be cautious, these grill manufactures are totally a scam, I had dealt with Mustaq foods, toally a scam and now this turns out to be one as well.

Custom built equipment. Very pragmatic. Great service. We got all our catering equipment from them for our catering venture. From extraction system to grills and everything in between. Can fabricate to specification too.

Cheap and nasty quality . Fake knock off copies. Avoid these scammers. No customer service skills at all. Just want ur money and no quality. Beware
