We have arrived at the hotel after we have booked on accor website and the reservation was confirmed. It was very late after traveling with the car from a long distance. The reception person was very ruth telling us that there is no room available for us and to leave the hotel. The person just said "I don't need to explain why there is no room for you" "Now you must leave" They didn't want to share their name or functions or to give an official letter explaining that. They said that we should call the customer support if we need to make a complain and that they will not give us their name.

A nice room with pleasant staff. You get what you paid for but would he better with other necessities like more soap and a kettle. As long as your tired and wanting to sleep there should be no problem here at all.

Last minute booking after our fly was cancelled and couldn't get a hotel closer to the airport. The staff was very polite and helpful even printing some documents for us The rooms are like a hospital room very basic with just a bed, tv and sidetable i wasn't expected much more for a budget hotel. I was slightly disappointed that no shampoo was provided and you had to buy a lot separately if you needed anything.

Receptionist had a cold attitude and just gave us the keys and showed us the directions to the room after taking the money, it was around 10:30pm. What an appalling service. Room: When we entered the room, we were shocked to see it was a disabled room, full of cobwebs in the room and bathroom, plenty of spiders on the walls and floor. The floor was full of leftover food, used earbuds. The linen was full of dust and the bunk bed was full of hair and leftover food. One of the lights in the room and toilet was out of order, which made the room dark and dingy. The sink tap was loose and would revolve around. The shower bracket was broken and was hanging. The shower drain was full of hair. The room and the bathroom smelled as if there was a dead rat. I went to the receptionist and asked why I was given a disabled room and she told me "You requested a bigger room." I never even asked for a bigger room, I asked for a quieter room. The room was very noisy as it was next to reception and facing the main road, opposite to what I requested. I asked to change my room due to the above conditions and they told me they were fully booked and gave me a hoover to clean the room myself. It took me 45 minutes to hoover the room and bathroom. After finishing the cleaning around midnight, I went to reception to ask for the wifi as it wasn't working. I saw two other guests standing there already asking for the wifi and they were not happy. The night manager told us to use our mobile data as he's doing the same. I think Accor needs to look into it as I think this kind of attitude is not acceptable. I could not sleep as I could feel the dust in the linen. Due to the smell in the room, we decided to open the window and we could hear the noise of cars all night. Housekeeper came to my room next day as I requested for the linen to be changed. She gave a me very dirty look as we were still in the room and she told me that they only have 8 minutes to clean the room and very few staff and this is a cheap hotel and what more do I expect. I was shocked as she was literally screaming in the corridor. I told General Manager of the hotel on departure about my experience of the room and showed him pictures I took. His attitude was no different then his staff. He told me that apparently Bradford is a tropical place (hilarious), hence we should expect spiders in the room. I'm a Le Club member and always stayed in Accor hotels with my family. However, this is the first time that I'm really disappointed by the hopeless service provided by this Franchise hotel, quite contrary to Accor standards and promise.

Very very very basic No jug kettle in the room. Very tight spaces. Although reasonably clean. If you are driving will have to pay £3 per day for the parking. Free WiFi Staff is generally friendly but some of them can be very nasty. So be careful. Would rather pay a bit extra to get better service

Disgusting room. Dirty toilet. Uncomfortable foam slab mattress (not memory foam, no springs) smelled of damp. Cramped, shower door didn’t close properly, so sprayed all over floor. No shower mat, so you got water everywhere when you got out. No hairdryer unless you want to pay to use a basic primark one. Toilet was basically in a closet with no room to manoeuvre should you need to (I am disabled, so this was hard) No kettle, no tea or coffee. I know for £30 you shouldn’t expect much, but honestly, this wasn’t even worth that.

Really nice hotel for the price. The staff are very good, friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night when passing and the online booking messed up through another company but the staff were so helpful and managed to make space for us as our room wasn't secured previously. Very thankful and would definitely recommend the company/place to people due to that.

I stayed here a month ago and where do I start? We primary bought the room because it advertised having AC. When we got there the AC didn't even work, when we complained to the receptionist, he said 'Why do you need AC and pointed outside', we requested another room which to our surprise the AC still didn't work. Baring in mind, it was a very warm day. We decided to leave it as we felt there was no hope. Then as we walked through the room, the floors were so sticky and we didn't feel comfortable taking our shoes off. It's a very basic room which a bar of soap included. Won't be attending again.

I've seen better prison cells as rooms. Staff was much of muchness. The door was damaged had bits peeling on the inside. The bed was broken. Suspicious stain on the bed (luckily only seen that in the morning 🤢) Toilet was in a broom cupboard no brush or anything just loo roll. No drink making facilities. Didn't attempt the shower. Sink was just there in room near the bed. Was a wipe your feet on the way out job.

I was given the first room and it had not been housekeeped from the previous user. The receptionist quickly rectified this and got me another. The room was satisfactory. Cleanliness could be better with stains on the walls and the remote control having excess debris on it. Linen was clean. Shower had hot water on demand. TV worked fine. For what I paid for it given the current pandemic, it was good value. Parking normally £3 but free at this time due to COVID-19. Would stay again as cheap and cheerful.

Ended up having to stay here for 3 weeks because it was the cheapest place near my new job to stay temporarily before I found a house to rent. I'm an awkward customer because I brought my dog with me, making my options very slim. Ibis charged £5 per night and I found that to be the cheapest about and very reasonable given I don't believe any hotel is under any obligation to allow animals and have to deal with the potential problems of accommodating them. The rooms were small but had everything you'd expect for what you pay. The real value was in the service - Fridges full off little bits of everything and snacks available to buy without having to go anywhere, and breakfast provided to-go. Connor was extremely friendly and greeted us every time we came and went! We had problems with the room key a few times but they were resolved immediately. Also I don't complain about noise but we ended up having to move rooms because of a constant banging - I know the type you'll find at budget hotels and I think it's unfair to complain at staff for things that are outside of their control. Overall, for the price we paid and service we received including permittance of a dog we are happy. Thanks!

It's basic, but it's clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming - and it doesn't cost very much. OK, so the wardrobe is a post protruding from the wall equipped with four coat hangers and there's no tea/coffee making facilities. There's no drawers, so clothes storage is compromised. However, it's on-suite and the shower is fine. The main plus point is that it costs the same as the small fleapit hotels that get horrible reviews for being dirty and having rude staff, but it is clean, comfortable and friendly.

Really nice staff working here. Very welcoming. There is an extra charge for parking that you don't find out the amount of until you arrive. Would be handy if that was on the website when you are budgeting. Rooms are fine and clean. My heater was working that efficiently but staff did try there best to sort it out when I raised the issue. Would happily stay here again.
