Great service and very welcoming staff. Room was very large with a fantastic view but tired with old decor but still very functional.

Have to give them five stars because they've survived the last 18 months and maintained a good level of service. Nice hotel in a quiet location. Comfortable rooms with character and an excellent breakfast cooked to order.

The five-star for the couple running the hotel. The hotel itself is a 3 star. Don't forget with the pandemic, they are struggling couple , trying to keep afloat. I would recommend the hotel anytime. I would like to say thank you again to the who did everything in their power to make out stay enjoyable after my partner had a bad fall and ended up in the a&e

The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included a standard, freshly cooked full English. Upsetting to find masks abandoned by owners and most guests from Monday July 19th. If you have no car and the weather is hot, it's a slog uphill from town, though the canal path is a pleasant alternative.

Small hotel with character. Relaxed atmosphere a clean rooms. In quiet area and well place for exploring Bingley or easy access to venture further out by car.

Couple running it very pleasant. I appreciate covid will have affected their income greatly. So can understand that they don't have disposable income to spend on property. But place very tired needs some TLC. Breakfast only average. They suffer because online advertising is misleading about it having a restaurant and being a boutique hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was beautiful The 4 poster room wasn't worth £125. Mold in the tiles, a very basic bathroom and decor. Disappointed in this respect

Lovely setting, excellent breakfast, easy parking and friendly bloke who seemed to be running the show. Room had tired decor and bathroom was cramped. Public areas were clean. Was it worth more than a Premier Inn? Probably not.

We booked the whole hotel for our wedding and both our families loved it. Breakfasts were amazing and the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful towards my elderly mother. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yorkshire. Beautiful garden and a few hundred yards from the famous Five Rise Locks.

This is no longer a hotel but for some reason the owners haven't removed its listing. (Edited after feedback left by owners)
