Stayed with the hotel for two evenings wile on a course! The lady in the evenings on reception was amazing, ever so polite, always wanting to help people. Had a smile and positive attitude every time I walked in. Nothing was any trouble for her! This alone made my stay amazing! Well done! I think her name was Ellie!

Stayed here many times with no issues, the last however was a complete disaster on the hotels part! Tried to complain but the customer service isn't interested and basically told me to "F" off!!!! After using the premier inn many times for work and leisure its safe to say I will never return! Sad thing is, they don't care and my opinion means nothing to them. Customer service needs to be seriously sorted out! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!

I had minor issues earlier with service but sorted by Claire and we were well looked after then. Staff helpful and friendly, good sizes rooms and clean.

Less expensive than many of the other premier inns in the area. Large car park, suitable for bigger vehicles. Just outside the low emission zone. Maybe a little too well suited for wedding party guests returning after the big night out!

Not the best Premier Inn we have stayed at. The room was clean, but the light bulb in the toilet was off and the toilet tissue holder had not been replenished. The member of staff whom I asked to get these problems sorted was excellent though. I have to compare every Premier Inn against Warrington South, which was excellent.

Came here with my friends for dinner. Although we didn't have a reservation, the staff still managed to book us in which was great. The food was delicious and has certainly improved a lot since I last visited and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend 👌

Ideal for a weekend in Brontë country! Excellent location for visiting Haworth and the Keighley and Worth railway. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean family room for a great price. Would definitely recommend!

I had a good stay. When you visit a Premier Inn you know what to expect and this one is no different.

Stayed as we had a wedding to go to nearby. The ability to check in early was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet so I got a great nights sleep. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Easy to find, good parking. Handy for trains. Ate and drank at Airedale Heifer 10 minutes walk away rather than Brewers Fayre next door. Recommended

Recently stayed here in the family room. Ok, rooms don't have air conditioning, that is normal in the UK, However during a cool period (around 18*C outside) we stayed and, due to the fact the window only opens 1", our room peaked at 30*C during the night. Premier Inn state the rooms are not sold as cool rooms, no air con etc so interior heating conditions are not covered under their Good Night guarantee. Mentioned at 01:30 during the night to the receptionist who stated they are aware of this as an issue and we were to wait for the manager to start shift. 2 fans were already in the room on arrival which is a strong sign of an ongoing issue, although both were very poor to use and gave off next to no circulation. We were then asked to contact customer relations who have dismissed this as a concern. I stay at Premier Inns all over the country, this is not a general issue and is a local one. Shame customer relations don't accept that. 4* for service as the local staff do what they can with the product they have.

Rooms are nothing special but nice and clean, extremely hot in the hot weather would of thought a big company like Premier inn would of invested in some air conditioning by now, the staff however are amazing so friendly and will do anything for you, checked in on 7/9/23 and the staff on that night imparticular the lady on reception and the lady working in the restaurant were so so friendly and had big smiles on there face even when they were short staffed, rushed off there feet and in the middle of a heatwave, would definitely stay here again.

Staff ensured that one room was suitable for a disabled person, the other room was great. Both rooms very clean and well presented.

Stayed for 4nights 5 days we were moved after the first night as we found some 8 leg past in the room but the staff were very helpful and helped to move us ,only given a 4 star for service as you have to ask for your room to be cleaned daily or it is not done automatically

3 nights here. Never in my life have i ever woken up expecting someone in my room to be looking over me. But the floorboards from the rooms either side, above and from the corridor sounds like someone is in your room. Woke me up both nights. Comfy bed. Warm room despite being 1⁰ outside. Went to bed earlier than normal. Woke up tired. One night to go. Makes you try not to move in your room. Can hear the room above turning in their bed at 4.30am. Nice hotel. Great staff. Rusty towel rails and funny smell in bathroom. But is ground floor and near reception. Probably better on top floor. Walking distance to only one great pub Airedale Heiffer. Adjoining Brewers Fayre looks closed down which is why it's empty probably, but staff are good.

An overall good place which is great for families. there is a play area inside and outside so the parents can do stuff i dont want to explain in their rooms whilst the kids have fun. a nice area too, nice food, friendly staff, good support if there is any problems ( highly unlikely) But the one bad thing. the last time i stayed here with family in the summer was a bit of a disappointment because the rooms were hot, but you get what you pay for i guess. but the only thing keeping us cool was a tired, old, wonky pedestal fan. although that was a bit of a problem, everything else was really good. and my advice for future visitors who are going on a summer vacay, BRING A FAN.

The room had a very musty smell, which was very unpleasant. The pub next door is very tired and needs updating. The choice of food is a bit limited.

We stayed here the night before and night of my wedding at East Riddlesden Hall and it could not have been a better experience. Do not underestimate a Premier Inn - the staff helped work out in advance where to book everyone so I (bride) would be with my bridesmaids and away from the groom, and that we’d be in a room big enough to get all the girls ready. They organised breakfast to be sent to my room, they left cards and little favours in all rooms of the wedding party, and they couldn’t have worked harder to make sure it was a wonderful stay. We chose it because of convenience of location and we always know a PI will be a good night sleep but this was above and beyond. The bar was great for guests socialising before leaving to go to the venue and overall it just felt like a really welcoming friendly place to be. We couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Receptionist was polite, professional and friendly but unfortunately this was the only positives from my stay. Requested a quiet room, given one next to stairs and kitchen to the adjoining restaurant. Deliveries and staff conversations were disturbing. The room hadn’t been cleaned, an empty water bottle and sweets (skittles) on the floor. The bed was not the usual premier inn standard. Lumpy, and sounded like sleeping on dry leaves/twigs it creaked with every turn. Door handle to bathroom came off in my hand

Rooms were very clean and had ample towels/spare pillows ect, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and we even got a gift of chocolate and Sweet's on arrival. There's plenty of information on things to do around the area in the room if you get stuck for ideas, I would definitely stay again

As you'd expect for a Premier Inn. Swift check in, clean bedding and generally fresh. The only gripe I had was the bathroom and I find this with many chain hotels, the cleaners tend to use the same mops cleaning cloths etc across all their rooms which leaves a little stench in the bathroom. Basically sort of like having a wet towel and then scrunching up and leaving to one side for a few days, it has that damp kind of smell, I think it's simple just down to the cloths/mops used. Apart from that a good job.

Overall had a reasonable stay, room was clean, good amount of parking and friendly staff (in the hotel and restaurant) but let down by a poor night's sleep. I understand that the A/C isn't on due to the situation regarding this virus but a room that 25 degrees Celsius during the night when outside its 10 degrees isn't a good environment to get a good amount of rest. Having the option to have the fan on and a window open doesn't help much as the noise from both is enough to keep you awake, although not much can be helped about that. Perhaps it would be a smart idea to have thinner duvets on the bed until the rooms can be temperature controlled again. Apart from that it was a decent stay and if I were to come this way again I would look to stay again.

First things first, the lady on reception as I arrived at 7.30pm on a Tuesday evening was really pleasant and friendly. Took reservations for breakfast and sorted out a room key card quickly. Biggest issue with this hotel is no aircon in the rooms and just a very tired pedestal fan and a window that barely opens. 28C in my room overnight on both nights and VERY unpleasant as a result. Rooms are spacious in comparison to other hotels I use and comfortable. No lifts either, so pack light.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room has a king size double bed and a single bed. The bath has an over bath shower. The bedrooms have heating, but not air conditioning. Two fans were provided during the heatwave. The Hotel has a ground floor and first floor with stairs to the first floor. The restaurant serves excellent food and has air conditioning. For breakfast two price options are available: a continental breakfast or full breakfast with cooked options. A soft drinks and snacks dispenser is available in the lobby.

Unfortunately there was no AC in the room, only an open window with the sun streaming in and a fan blowing hot air about. Room therefore was very hot the whole time we stayed. Appreciate that this was stated on the website but still uncomfortable. Reception did provide a sheet as an alternative to the duvet which helped somewhat. The fan did provide some relief overnight which was appreciated. The Premier Inn felt tired in places, in need of a lick of paint in the corridors for example. The floors in the room creaked which was not expected and the noise from above and around us was noticeable and intrusive at times. As for location it was good with easy access off the main roads and the site had a very pretty outlook.

This was a business trip, the reception staff were great, including moving my room because the heating didn't seem to be working. Bar and breakfast staff were helpful and polite. It was exactly what you would expect from premier Inn.

Most likely the best hotel experience ever. The rooms were best quality, the staff were kind, the food was AMAZING and so much more. I highly recommend staying at premier inn hotels.

Having booked many Premier Inn stays at their hotels without air conditioning (including two immediately before this stay) i wasn't concerned that this site didn't have it, big mistake. Our room was in the newer extension end of the hotel and the temperature in the room failed to drop below 27 Celsius over our two day stay - despite the ambient temperature outside rising no more than 21 Celsius . There is clearly an issue with the building and its inability to shed heat and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good quality premier inn with helpful staff. Abdul helped sort a problem for us. It's a premier inn the bed was good the water hot and the parking free.

The staff here are friendly and helpful Generally, the place is looking and feeling a bit tired. Comedy of errors really with key cards that stopped working and a machine that couldn't make new ones. The family room was a mishmash of beds so a bit of a lucky dip for comfort. Hygiene a bit lax but generally ok. Ample parking and easy to access in a really useful location
