Recently
stayed
here
in
the
family
room.
Ok,
rooms
don't
have
air
conditioning,
that
is
normal
in
the
UK,
However
during
a
cool
period
(around
18*C
outside)
we
stayed
and,
due
to
the
fact
the
window
only
opens
1",
our
room
peaked
at
30*C
during
the
night.
Premier
Inn
state
the
rooms
are
not
sold
as
cool
rooms,
no
air
con
etc
so
interior
heating
conditions
are
not
covered
under
their
Good
Night
guarantee.
Mentioned
at
01:30
during
the
night
to
the
receptionist
who
stated
they
are
aware
of
this
as
an
issue
and
we
were
to
wait
for
the
manager
to
start
shift.
2
fans
were
already
in
the
room
on
arrival
which
is
a
strong
sign
of
an
ongoing
issue,
although
both
were
very
poor
to
use
and
gave
off
next
to
no
circulation.
We
were
then
asked
to
contact
customer
relations
who
have
dismissed
this
as
a
concern.
I
stay
at
Premier
Inns
all
over
the
country,
this
is
not
a
general
issue
and
is
a
local
one.
Shame
customer
relations
don't
accept
that.
4*
for
service
as
the
local
staff
do
what
they
can
with
the
product
they
have.
