I have stayed here at Holiday Inn in Bradford with my family a number of times, and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming that we absolutely love coming back again and again. We have had a fantastic stay each visit and all the staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly. The rooms are so clean and fresh, the shower is so clean and refreshing. The breakfast is absolutely high quality. That’s why we come again and again. Our dilemmas are easily dealt with and I would like to mention that JAY AND JODIE have been absolutely brilliant and super friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help us from sorting our key cards and if we need drinks and towels or anything then they have done that absolutely brilliantly and we can’t fault them. Definitely will come again here on our future trips. Loved everything about Holiday Inn.

Just returned home after a one night stay here and absolutely loved it. Professional and friendly staff. Shout out to Jodie who worked the reception yesterday (10/6/23) to this morning. She was an absolute star. Great smile and great personality. My sister and myself loved her. See you again chuck. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

Thank you to Amber 🥰 we stayed over as it was my daughters birthday Amber was so kind, really made the kids day over something so small 🥰 The room was nice and cosy. Beds were comfy and theres lots of towels. Great TV kids really enjoyed it. I have seen a few reviews about the noise from traffic outside - not sure why as it's clear this hotel is in the CITY CENTRE - obviously there is going to be sounds of the traffic, we shut the window and we couldn't hear anything, but then we opened it again because the traffic sound was actually really nice and therapeutic - the windows are large so you get a really nice view of the city lights at night. I guess if you want 0 sound then best booking in a countryside or in a forest. I believe there is a nice cosy bar there too at reception with the large viewjof the city, and reception is kn the 2nd floor so it's a nicer view. Breakfast was nice, there was a hot breakfast buffet and cold, staff are all really friendly and the dining/lounge area was so warm and just so Christmasy, the 🎄is beautiful and it was just a really nice cosy hotel -I've stayed in Hiltons before and I much prefer Holiday Inns vibe. The location is really good, right next to Hollywood Bowl, Nandos, Funzy Inflatables, The Cinema and more. Car park was just £4 and it makes it clear its a single entry only. Thanks so much, will definitely be visiting again.

This may have seen better days. Staff were good, but the building and rooms need some investment. The swipe cards are not good and you need them to gain access to the floors before you get to your room.

It's cheap for a reason, it's very dated hotel and no .a.c. just a fan and electrical heater. The bathroom is a decent size. The beds are ok. The location is spot on central to most places from shops to restaurants. Parking is a scam if you leave the car park and come back you get charged £.3.60 each time. Better of plan a head of where you gonna eat and so on and save on parking fees. Or park behind the premier Inn where is £5 all day leave as much as want. Rooms are clean but dated carpets so slippers

The staff were fantastic, really helpful for local knowledge. The room was big and really clean. The bed was comfy and the tea/coffee facilities were more than ample for 1. There were 2 negative points: 1st - rooms felt rather stuffy but having the window open meant really loud road noise ( we were on the 4th floor ). 2nd - although the breakfast is deemed complimentary ( built in the price of the room ) a continental breakfast is not a breakfast to me

Nice rooms which are big by modern standards. Good bed and bathroom. Spectacular views from bedroom window. Breakfast was good. Staff all seemed keen to help. Much better than a lot of similar budget chain hotels I've visited.

For the price, this was excellent value for money. It's very obviously budget but no complaints about the room or breakfast. The staff were super friendly and the room had all amenities including cheap hairdryer, iron and coffee and tea. Just a heads up, the area itself although close to town is a little bit lonely and down and I wouldn't have felt safe travelling alone but nothing to do with the hotel. We stayed twice and the first room definitely could have been cleaner, smudges on the mirror and a stray hair kind of thing. But the second room was excellent. Beds are as comfortable as you would expect on this budget...

Location good, once you figure out you have to arrive at level four of a certain car park. Parking is 3pounds a night or 10 pounds for a week. Security good, access cards to room and entrance slightly testing. Staff extremely, kind and friendly. Atmosphere warm. Overall nice stay to add to our addition.

We stayed here on the very busy August B H weekend. We were welcomed at Reception by a really friendly young man. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and large. The car park was only a couple of mins away from the hotels main door, easy to find. Great location for a music festival that we were attending. Lots of chain restaurants on the door step and loads more a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was really nice at the hotel, good choices, food was constantly being replenished as things were used. The staff were all extremely busy but always had a smile and were always helpful. Well done to this super team, we didn't get all their names but Josh, Joanna and Dylan were all great. Thank you.

The staff on reception were amazing. nothing was too much trouble for them they went out of there way to make us feel so comfortable and welcome. We have stayed in hotels in bradford before but we always felt uncomfortable but your hotel was like home from home the staff there are a credit to the hotel 🏨 we will without a doubt be coming back again and again best hotel ever

The things that makes this hotel are the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful, from checking in to checking out, they are busy but never too busy to stop and chat, answer any questions or recommend somewhere to eat. Comfortable nice size room, clean, maybe a little dated but nice enough for what the hotel charges. Great location as straight in to Bradford center just a 5min walk away. There's Hollywood Bowl, Pizza Hut and Nandos in the same complex too. Biggest bonus aside from the staff was our two night stay parking only cost £3 (£1.50 per 24hrs). Definitely would stay again.

We were visiting Bradford to see Life of Pi at The Alambra Theatre. We were also celebrating my wife's birthday for the weekend. From first arriving at the hotel, we had such a warm, friendly welcome from both Jenny and Josh who were on duty. They stored our luggage until such time as we could book in. Everything about our stay was positive the rooms were lovely clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly suprised for a express. Great location next to cinema, bowling, a couple of restaurants. Our room was very clean and tidy. Looks like it had been recently refurbished. Staff lovely. What is a total bargain is the on site multistorey car park is just £1.50 for 24 hours. Other cities should take note and charge the same!!

Basic rooms, definitely in need of some TLC. Carpets and bathroom can do with a deep clean. The lifts are always broken and take forever to go up and down, really temperamental. The breakfast options are limited and often cold, vegetarian options even more limited and not great. It was cold and the heating was not working in the room

It's a holiday inn express so you expect it to be basic at best. The location is good, but takes a while to workout where to park and how to get to the hotel. The room was ok I suppose, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was chaotic, not enough cups, glasses, staff, food, drinks, cutlery,.....I could go on. Premiere Inn is across the road, if I need to stay in Bradford again, I might try that instead.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Bar not overpriced at all. Rooms good for the price. Best of all the breakfast was awesome. Yes I'd stay again.

I am a fan of Holiday Inn , That is my preferred hotel, We love the fact that breakfast is available in the morning without extra cost. The only downside to this Bradford branch was was the building itself. It was rather confusing as you have to get on to level 4 car park for the hotel. Then in the lifts reception is on level 2 And our room was In the 100s It would be on the 1st floor. Once we were inside the building it was just too much hassle to go oit was just too much hassle to go out on all those to go out again. But the hotel itself had no problems with.

Stayed here for the first time this week. Firstly, ignore the sign in the lift saying it's cheaper if you book direct. It was £15 more expensive on their website. The room was comfortable, the bed was great! Breakfast was okay, ran out sausage but the bacon was divine. The weird layout is interesting, but gives stunning views from the restaurant. Will definitely come back

Good central location. Spacious rooms with comfy bed and good shower. Welcoming, friendly staff. Rooms with even numbers face onto a busy main road meaning there is a lot of traffic noise. Price includes a modest but adequate breakfast though disappointing that only instant coffee is served.

Rooms are the average holiday inn express, I felt the hotel could do with a good clean up inside and outside. The breakfast plates and cups where dirty on a regular basis, there was no inspection done after washing the dishes this seriously needs to be attended to. However apart from the hotel it's in a great location very close to malls and shops and train stations

Room was too hot, no ac or fan, window barely opened and it smelled of takeaway from a previous guest. Breakfast is pretty dire but serves a purpose and comes with the room, it’s a buffet of Luke warm beans, dry scrambled eggs and bacon and something pretending to be a sausage. There’s some other continental bits, pastry, yogurt, cereals etc which are fine. The area is Bradford city Center, proceed at caution, conveniently there’s a Nando’s and Pizza Hut right outside and plenty of delivery options locally. The parking is a multi-storey opposite at £4 per day. Staff were all very nice here. If you have other options I don’t recommend this place.

Staff were helpful prior to our stay and on arrival. They did not serve a cooked breakfast throughout our stay which we were led to believe this would be available. Breakfast was cold items such as pastries, toast and cereal so would be disappointing to many but was sufficient to get our day started. No issues with the room and iron and hairdryer were available in each room. This was not a quiet hotel and lots of noise around 11pm and early morning but that was down to inconsiderate people.

Unfortunately, an experience that me and my family would rather forget! Booked a double room for 2 adults and 2 children, upon arrival we find out the room has a random door in the middle leading into next room?! Although this door was locked you could hear the next rooms conversation as if the was in the same room! The lack of privacy and feeling of insecurity I had to leave the hotel at 10pm! Before departure, we come to realise the toile is faulty and quite poor maintained! Taps faulty, toilet faulty. The room its self was tiny compared to rivals with cheaper booking fee! Overall a very poor experience and given the price it's shocking this hotel was fully booked! Lady at reception was very nice and she did try her very best to defuse the situation but at the end, all of the four rooms we booked had to be cancelled due to the poor standard of delivery.

The only good thing about the hotel is its Location. Else not at all recommended 1) Dirty room. There was dust on the fan . The area near the toilet roll seems never been cleaned 2) No sound proofing . You could hear from nearby rooms , corridors etc 3) A very limited breakfast choice . We were in another Holiday Express in Chester a week ago and it had a Full English buffet 4) as a chain Holidayinn express seem to discourage kids in their hotels, else why would they make the Bathroom Basins so high and hand wash even higher. This is the second hotel I have seen the same

I have stayed here many times before the pandemic, however it has become a bit run down both in the rooms and generally. The staff were all new and there only seemed to be one person who knew what they were doing. Leading to bottlenecks at reception and customers being served out of turn.

+ good breakfast spread, continuously replenished spacious and clean room safe and bright when walking back at night from the town centre close to the station :) - wifi is an open network!!! very not secure poor noise insulation - natural wake up alarm from neighbours kids room could be brighter, with the lamps having the same warm-white colour temperature for consistency and aesthetics bathroom could have more heating - and a heated towel rack would be good too kettle in room smells funky - time to replace it? overall a pleasant stay! HIE Jakarta was much better but this is quite alright.
