Stayed
here
recently
having
been
a
regular
guest.
Booked
two
economy
rooms
which
were
only
ÂŁ50
per
night.
We
knew
to
expect
rooms
being
basic
and
have
never
had
any
issues
in
the
past,
however
on
this
stay
the
rooms
were
absolutely
FREEZING.
It
was
minus
6
outside
and
the
radiators
were
not
working.
The
rooms
were
provided
with
an
oil
filled
radiator
which
were
not
up
to
the
job.
In
my
room
the
bathroom
Dimplex
heater
was
broken,
so
much
so
I
had
to
shower
in
the
other
room
as
was
so
cold.
My
sister
had
also
booked
this
hotel
at
the
same
time,
separately
and
had
to
change
room
for
the
same
issues...her
room
was
stone
cold
and
no
radiators
were
working.
We
could
have
requested
to
move
rooms
however,
having
checked
in
late
and
only
staying
for
one
night,
it
was
easier
to
grin
and
bear
it.
Like
I
said,
we
had
stayed
in
the
past
and
although
the
decor
is
basic
and
tired,
the
bed
is
comfortable
and
we
knew
what
to
expect,
however
the
hotel
should
not
be
allocating
rooms
where
there
is
sub
standard
heating
issues,
especially
in
mid
winter.
As
I
had
said,
this
issue
occurred
in
three
seperate
rooms.
The
hotel
must
have
known
about
it.
It's
a
shame
as
the
staff
are
lovely
and
location
is
great
too,
but
please
sort
out
the
heating
issues
ASAP!
