Very very poor. This should not be a hotel, so so dirty i felt nauseous. I could not sleep in this hotel infact i had to book another. The toilet and bath was dirty with what looked like dried phlegm by the shower. The TV remove and window ledge was so so dusty like its not been wiped in ages. Avoid by all means as rooms are above a noisy pub without sound insulation.

It's rated a 3-star hotel and realistically that's what it deserves. The staff were brilliant, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel is really dated and unless some serious renovation work is carried out soon . . . ! The flooring creaks and groans, the bathroom is functional, but the shower attachment fell apart; I'm not overly tall but couldn't sit down properly in the bath but managed with some imagination. In fairness we didn't really expect too much as the stay was reflected in the price - £88 for 4 of us, 2 rooms, we only needed somewhere to rest our heads overnight, after making merry at the Saltaire festival. Any serious improvements would mean the prices rocketing and I'm not sure there would be enough passing trade to justify the cost. I'd stay again next year, simply because it's cheap and the staff were cheerful.

Stayed on business so simple single room. Spacious and pretty standard fixtures and fittings. Nothing bad to say and good value.

Very basic, bland decor, creaky floors and aging fittings, smelt a little damp. That said, the bed was comfortable and clean, slept very well.

Stayed her for one night , residents are moaning Karen's, but can't fault the staff , absolute Dimonds , especially the bar staff, couldn't do any more for you especially Kim and Cory.
