Had a lovely short trip here. We stayed at The Lookout for my birthday in January. The lodge was very nice, cosy and comfortable. It also felt nice and private, especially compared to some of the other lodges we walked past on the way up there. Of course, the weather was dreadful! We made use of the hot tub whenever possible - it was a decent tub with a nice view... when the clouds dispersed! The trees did block the view a little. Because the lodge is up on a hill, the storm winds really battered the place, it was honestly a bit scary and I didn't sleep at all. Not their fault, just a warning. The only downside is they forgot to tell us where to get the fuel for the fire, so we had to go without, I believe there was no-one around when we tried to ask about it. We purchased a towel pack, but it was a waste, there were loads of towels there!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the weekend with friends. The owners very friendly, informative and accommodating. We stayed in foxhollow lodge which is well equipped, spotless and so cosy with the log burner! The hot tub was also amazing with picturesque views! Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Me and my girlfriends had an excellent time at Faweather Grange. We stayed in the lovely Foxhollow cabin. I would recommend it to anyone! The staff were very welcoming and the beds / duvet / pillows were super comfy.

Stayed here in Foxhollow cabin. Lovely place to stay with great views. Ideal if you have dogs as lots of field space. Not great for pushchair as located down steep steps. Couple of bad points, showers need updating and the water pressure is very low. Internet doesn't work and the bed is small with wooden block at the bottom so no good if your tall

We have just got back from our lovely holiday here! We stayed in Serenity which was perfect for couples. It was spotless and quiet. We really enjoyed it as you could get to lots of little towns such as Ilkley and Harrogate. Would definitely come again! If I could make anything different probably would update the TV system but apart from that…PERFECT!

Had an absolutely lovely weekend break here in The Nest, The lodge was clean warm and had parking right next to the lodge, the hot tub was wonderful and the sauna a nice touch. All you could want from a self catering hot tub lodge, staff were friendly, easy to locate although sconce lane is a tiny little bridle path with just room for one car at a time, the view from the nest hot hub was lovely and private and we spent a few nights soaking looking at the stars. wonderful!

A very well presented holiday village. However the road upto the cabins could cause problems as it's only wide enough for 1 vehicle with no passing bays so if a car was coming in the opposite direction it would be difficult to carry on

I was expecting luxury as described but unfortunately they were not. Pretty tired Lodges although unique and back in the day I think they would have been but have not kept up with the times. Bed very small. Thick dust on top of plugs under bed side tables. Bathroom shower lukewarm and not very powerful. Sink in the bathroom takes a while to filter out water as has a pump mechanism to take the water away, leaves a little bit of a smell. Kitchen is dated as all wood which is in keeping with the theme of the lodge but would have thought more up to date for money. Hairs from previous dog on rug. Bite Marks from previous dog that chewed the side of the table. Hot tub had grit and dirt at the bottom of it and when you turned on was like sitting in a tub of matey bath bubbles when it got going. Not sure if too much cleaning products used... Cigarette left on side of windowsill from last visitor outside. I think giving people a couple of extras such as complimentary welcome pack and logs for fire would be a nice touch considering lodges aren't high end luxury but these were all to be paid for and added on to bill. Dog was extortionate at £40 for two nights. We normally pay £25 for a week and that's for a luxury cottage. Thought that the higher price might be because lodges would have to be cleaned more thoroughly but as we found dog hairs from previous visitors not the case. Just cashing in on people not leaving dogs in kennels I suspect. Deposit was extortionate also £200 and then you still get a table with chew Mark's on...why wasnt someone else's deposit not used to replace it...plus you domt want to turn up and pay for this on the day this should all be paid for prior to stay so nothing to worry about. Also as dogs allowed thought would have had a gated garden so as not for the dog to wander off onto the road but not the case so we had to keep dog in the lodge whilst we were in the hot tub just in case she wandered onto the road Pleasant enough stay but not luxury and not sure why so many 5 star reviews?! Bizarre ...

Quiet and nice views. Bedrooms small. Lodges tired looking with dated decor and furnishings. Dark inside. We didn't have good weather when we stayed so didn't make use of the grounds. Nice walks over the moors from the lodge. Slow internet and had to pay extra for WiFi each day.

Stayed here for just two nights, very 'last minute' but thankfully, very easy booking process. Lots of pre-arrival information arrived via email which was so helpful. I just wanted to give my daughter a little relaxing break and this turned out to the the perfect choice. We had so much fun and loved the cabin and the hot tub was a revelation! The location was beautiful and peaceful. The staff really friendly. Can't wait to return!
