Had
a
lovely
short
trip
here.
We
stayed
at
The
Lookout
for
my
birthday
in
January.
The
lodge
was
very
nice,
cosy
and
comfortable.
It
also
felt
nice
and
private,
especially
compared
to
some
of
the
other
lodges
we
walked
past
on
the
way
up
there.
Of
course,
the
weather
was
dreadful!
We
made
use
of
the
hot
tub
whenever
possible
-
it
was
a
decent
tub
with
a
nice
view...
when
the
clouds
dispersed!
The
trees
did
block
the
view
a
little.
Because
the
lodge
is
up
on
a
hill,
the
storm
winds
really
battered
the
place,
it
was
honestly
a
bit
scary
and
I
didn't
sleep
at
all.
Not
their
fault,
just
a
warning.
The
only
downside
is
they
forgot
to
tell
us
where
to
get
the
fuel
for
the
fire,
so
we
had
to
go
without,
I
believe
there
was
no-one
around
when
we
tried
to
ask
about
it.
We
purchased
a
towel
pack,
but
it
was
a
waste,
there
were
loads
of
towels
there!
