There was no table to eat from except a coffee table. No chairs to relax in only to dining chairs in the apartment. Ceilings in the rooms were very low have to crouch down, I hit hy head a few times. We lost a key, security guy let us in & said don't worry about the replacement they won't charge you for a £3.00 key. Well they did, £50.00. No where to put or hang clothes in the bedroom. Could right 3 pages of issues. Expect the worst & you won't be disappointed.

Absolutly disgusting place to live at Nothing is luxurious.. no level of hygiene there was hair and curry staind on the tap sink in the bathroom, there was hair inside the toilet.. also there gave 1 towel only when its a booking for 2 people. Very squeaky floors and doors.. no lock in the bathroom no handle on the bedroom door inside...no microwave plate and inside very dirty. No protected covers for pollows and matresses and duvet.. not happy will never come again and not to recommend it at all. Also the sofa is rubbish uncomfortable and the tv is too high up the wall... the windows are not safe as they can widely open anyone can come in..

The room smelt like sewage when we walked in. The heating didn't work properly, sofa had stains all over it. The bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't waste money on this place.

After spending so much money on 1 night in these luc apartments there wasnt even a television or heating.. neither radiators worked, continuously called to report and get help to make it warm however it got to 2am and i had to go to sleep in the cold! Woke up freexing with a cold... never again!

0 stars booked an apartment and they didnt let us in and still charged us £300 for a room plus deposit on something we didnt even use. Do not reccomend at all they will scam you go somewhere else !

Never will I book with this again !! Shocking on phone can’t speak English hardly , mess you about putting you from one person to another don’t give you truth about booking till once you’ve paid very hardwork company won’t be using again !!

We stayed Lux Aparts Bradford Central for business purpose in the last year on December. Perfect location!!! The staffs are very professional to deal with also the guys are very helpful.

All sweet on the phone when u booking but after u pay they dont even answer your call and the beds were dirty other people hairs on the beds very rude and not professional would not recommend to my enemy stay away!

My family likes this place, the bedrooms have a great space, very nice property. Thanks again.
