First photo shows me calling the number off booking.com when I booked the room asking me to contact his colleague on a different number, the owner has the same name and address as accommodation Bradford same photos of the rooms and facilities my review was removed I believe something dodgy is happening here please feel free to browse and view, appauling place will never stay again . You get exactly what you pay for. Don't trust the room descriptions either. I had bed bugs crawling all over the headboard in first room. Couldn't get a refund so was moved floor. On the new corridor there was someone living there, someone smoking weed every night and a sex worker rented the room opposite mine for a night. If you can afford anything else, go for that instead.

After finding the following on night 1, day 2 we were about to make tea in the kitchen when we found a mouse! A happy little fat mouse living under the fridge! We immediately phoned and complained. We were offer another floor but we left the property after asking for a full refund, that had still not been received!! 1star is too much for this place!! Avoid!! Avoid!! The room was clean, basic but comfortable. The kitchen was clean. The cupboards and fridge were full of food, leaving little space for my bits. Looks like someone was living there. The car park only fits 4 cars with no on street parking available. A dead rat in the car park. The wifi didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. No safe. No toiletries. No hairdryer. Only 1 towel. Overall I wouldn’t stay again due to the lack of adequate facilities described when booking. Being alone without TV or wifi is quiet boring!

Arrived at 4pm for check in, got in room at 5.30pm, ordered 16 rooms with TVs only a few actually got one that worked.. rooms are fine bed was comfy..the only time in 4 nights we seen cleaners was check in waiting for rooms. The cleaners looked shattered. We were spread over 4 corridors that all had kitchens not one had a microwave and the facilities are far from the pictures shown and only used once to make a brew. I personaly wouldn't stay here again and neither would any of my colleagues. The price was ok and some great local takeaways but parking was an issue aa there is only room for 6 to 7 cars and already a lot of live in residents and a very popular mosque across rd that overflowed on to street parking

Shady at best. travel arrangements to stay here were made by someone hosting my group, breakfast was supposed to be included, but as we had several rooms on different floors, it wasn't clear where we were supposed to get this breakfast. Another guest was arrived while I was meeting someone at the front entrance, he asked where the reception desk was and I said we just meet the host out front. His room had be canceled without his notice.

It's a student let, there was no lounge and the kitchen was disgusting rubbish every where. You couldn't even make a drink, it was take away coffee, tea and food. I wasn't pleased with my stay.

DO NOT BOOK HERE They changed my reservation when I arrived at the premises and told me there was no room even though I booked about A MONTH IN ADVANCE, made me move to another place (walking, 2 miles carrying my luggage) because he said “it was not far away” and when I arrive they tell me I have to pay extra £50 to stay or I’ll be kicked out. I was kicked out

Was abit scared when first looking at trigg hall and after reading the reviews. But after my own experience in apartment 7 none of the bad experiences of other customers applied. Slept amazing all of the nights with nothing to complain about. Didn’t see anyone with a black eye or anything unwanted.

Very disappointed due to bed wasn’t cleaning and bugs everywhere. Wardrobe falling apart. No blind. Waited 25 mins before we could enter the building. No towels in the shower. No channels on the tv. Very disappointed I wouldn’t come again

Too much smelly .. Nothing was provided no shower gel no tissue No service TV was not working Too much noisy Smell is like hell can't breathe
