Few big shops and an indoor market stalls area. Lots of empty shop units so not a good shopping centre or at full potential. Has a useful city centre car park (£4 per day and cheaper at weekends). Building soon to be demolished.

A quiet, dull shopping centre that houses Primark, Poundland, Sports Direct and not much else. There are toilets but they are well hidden. Some hidden gem cafes in the market but sadly its days are numbered.

Wonderful place to do a bit of shopping with family. Nice and clean. Not to busy. The shops have hand sanitizer which is needed during these times.

Accessing this shopping centre is easy and rather enjoyable, as the main entrance leads customers upwards with an escalator. It also has multiple floors and a connection to the market, enabling proper navigation around and to or from the area. I did buy a glittered placemat from the shopping centre that lights up gloriously in the sun, though the glitter is rough enough to not get worn away by glasses and cups going on it!

Very run down not many shops left . Once Primark moves down to the new store on Broadway think this place will be dead as a dodo .

Abuse doesn't have to take the form of physical violence, using non humans for any purpose is exploitation, exploitation is abuse. Stop using animals for entertainment!

This use to be the place to go for shopping but more and more shops are closing and nothing is opening up in place of them . Such a shame .

Still a decent shopping center with a few good stores and a low quality market. Not as grand as the Broadway, but that also means it's generally quieter.

Great shopping experience in the heart of Bradford city centre. With a variety of shops from big name to small independent retailers. As well as somewhere to get something to eat close to both train and bus stations.

After a bit of a worrying dry spell and a fair few closures after the opening of the Broadway, it seems to be picking up nicely again!

    Never too crowded usually

Shops inside are dated and the building looked like it needed a good deep clean.... Escalators were both out of service & the elevator very small for the amount of people who needed it due to being disabled.... I'd suggest going to the Broadway shopping centre instead of here as it has more shops to select and won't leave you feeling disappointed like kirkgate does

Outdated. Poor shopping experience. Poor shops. Needs knocking down and a new one in it's place. Also better shops, market, restaurants, bars etc in the centre. No point doing up Broadway, North Parade and Sunbridge Wells, if the rest of town is outdated, boarded up or empty shops. Here's an idea, stop letting the town be taken over by vape shops, mobile phone shops, discount shops. Failed with Broadway Shopping Centre, would love to know where the rest of the money went. Would be good if the council could come up with better ideas instead of opting to create student accommodation all over. Better shopping experience and better shops should be a priority to attract people to the city. In turn, bars, restaurants/internet cafes etc. Bradford has so much potential but it never seems to deliver.

Please open longer than 9 to 5.30pm this is obviously when most people are working. Forster square is for the most part open until 8pm and Broadway until 7pm so why cant you? At the moment you are deterring people with money besides benefits (I'm not not being smarmy but they should not be your only target customer - there's nothing wrong with living on benefits, but they will not have the same disposable income on average that a working person does) from bothering with the steep walk up Darley Street to pay your shopping centre a visit. The fact of the matter is most people of working age I speak to are already going to White Rose in Leeds or elsewhere. Whoever is running the centre must do better so without rambling on you are losing millions through your reluctance to adapt to modern busy lifestyles and opening later. All this being said with New Look, Primark, TJ Hughes, Deichman etc you are still somewhere savvy shoppers should try time permitting!

Convenient but shud be at bottom of town and more check out staff as the queue is massive and the shop is always too warm. That aside great clothes great prices and a wide variety

It's a shopping centre which is not exactly modern and busy. Really a tired centre with a little too many empty places.

Lovely, lively atmosphere and you can get literally everything from under one roof.
