Ordered a Japanese teapot. Spout was broke on arrival. Sent email with photo. Great service from York Emporium. New tea was sent out straight away. I recommend this company

I switched my normal coffee supplier to York emporium on the basis I realised my last supplier sold the awfully cruel "civet"coffee. I couldn't see any with York emporium for sale and the website was so easy to find what I wanted, I gave it a go. The coffee came the next day when I used to have to wait a week, excellent packaging, no waste on that either .The coffee is outstanding! Most people say they're no expert when leaving a review , I however have only drank specialist coffee for years and this new order is as I previously mentioned - outstanding!

Superb quality coffee….I having buying coffee here online for over a year - and we Love it . The care in roasting is phenomenal , simple packaging , but such a great smooth taste . Try a few different ones and make your own blend . No wasteful packaging either , easy checkout and good delivery .

Outstanding coffee and service to match. As a commercial customer I have never had a supplier as flexible and accommodating. My coffee machine broke within a day i had a temporary replacement while mine was fixed. I forgot to place my coffee order within 2 minutes on the phone they added it to that days delivery route NO extra charge. This is just how they work like a dream. My only criticism. Their coffee is so dam good it makes everything else taste like dishwater. gone are the days i can stop at a large chain coffee shop without being heavily disappointed.

Excellent! These guys really know their coffee. Lauren and Lawrence were fabulous hosts. They were very generous and we sampled a variety of different beans, all delicious. We also tried their Tanzanian chocolate which is to die for!

Exceptional, there is no other words for them. I've only ever ordered coffee online but their selection is great and competitively priced. I've been elsewhere but always go back and I've been a member for over 5 years now. Some of my favourites are Australian skybury, Jamaican blue mountain and monsoon Malabar but there are so many more. Try them out, you'll never go anywhere else afterwards

I've been here for walk-in purchases of coffee. Very knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful. The coffee, which is customisable (whole roasted beans or ground to your specifications), is fantastic quality and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place for your caffeine highs and taste adventures.

Ordered Blue Mountain. Delivery was good but couldn’t get a decent brew from the coffee. Contacted York Emporium whose reply included the following; “This is the only occasion we have received this feedback on this coffee also, which leads us to question the validity of your feedback”. I was disappointed with the coffee but appalled by there customer service. They get no recommendation from me on either. A more reasonable approach might have been to ask me to return the coffee before they dismissed my complaint for reason that it’s the first of its kind.

Called in today on my way back to Manchester having had a couple of nights away in York. Really friendly, helpful guy sorted me out straight away and even gave me a free sample sachet. Tried some of the Ugandan coffee as soon as I got home and very impressed with the depth of flavours.

Really good freshly roasted coffee! Really good customer service too and convenient collection spots. Happily recommend!

I've been ordering from York Emporium for over a decade, tried lots of other coffee roasters but never found any that compare. They just know exactly how to get the best from their beans. Hi I ordered ground coffee by mistake and sent the ground coffee back BUT they refused to exchange it for beans , because the ‘system’ would let them ! Pathetic Mark Wynn
