After viewing at least 20 wedding venues in the North West, we fell in love with Heaton House Farm as soon as we saw it. We wanted somewhere with separate rooms for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception and also somewhere with a nice outside area- all of which Heaton House has! However, it is not just the beautiful venue that makes this place so special, but the staff and atmosphere too. Our wedding coordinator, Harriet, was fantastic throughout the planning and also on the day. Everyone we have spoken to since has been very complimentary about the seamless organisation and flow of the day. The catering staff, bar staff and all other members of the team are also amazing and more than happy to help. The food from Stable Yard Catering is also fantastic. We would highly recommend Heaton House Farm, in our opinion, and the opinion of all of our guests, it is worth every penny!

We got married here in September and it was absolutely breath taking from start to finish on our special day. The planning and preparation beforehand was well done, especially considering it was during a pandemic. The food from Stable Yard catering is fantastic and they were very helpful with us as we asked for something bespoke, the venue is sensational, the staff were very kind and helpful and this venue offered so much more than other venues we looked at. We highly recommend. Also, their recommended vendors were fantastic! 10/10, please can we go back and relive it?

Heaton House Farm and the wonderful staff there were just amazing not just on our wedding day but the run up to it too. With all the changes and COVID restrictions and postponements they kept us fully up to date remaining flexible and working with us helping to maintain our confidence and ensuring our wedding day was everything we’d dreamed of. They were just so friendly but also ultra professional. The Venue itself is just stunning and so versatile you could literally make it whatever you want for your wedding theme. The views are stunning! Though on our own wedding day the heavens opened all day bar about 20 mins when we finally got our pictures with the iconic Heaton House Tree and grounds. You would not believe the weather looking at the photos. I would highly recommend Heaton House Farm and their wonderful team of staff 100%. There is not one member of staff who did not give there all for us and they were all so helpful and pleasant and particular thanks to or Event Co- ordinator Chloe who did the most amazing job of making sure all was seamfree on the day. We Love Heaton House and their Fabulous Team you will not be disappointed if you choose them they’re just amazing 💞

We had first visited Heaton house Farm in 2019 and right from the start we felt welcomed into this family owned business! Everybody has been so helpful with our wedding journey and one thing is for sure you will be blown away by how incredible it all is! The venue has the most beautiful views and the fact you have the whole venue to yourself is perfect! They are incredibly organised and their attention to detail is second to none. You will be looked after and one thing is for sure everybody will be talking about this venue for years to come!

What a stunning Venue with an amazing team! We got married here last week, after Heaton House being only the second venue we looked at - it was love at first sight! Simply stunning with perfect designated areas for each stage of your wedding day - no waiting around for rooms to be changed over etc. The rooms are just beautiful & the attention to detail is incredible. Although a 5* venue - the winning factor for me is the team of amazing people - never too busy to help & so friendly. Special thank you to Lindsey who was an Angel on our day - a true asset to Heaton House. If you are wondering whether or not to book this venue for your wedding - go and see it, I guarantee you will say ‘I do’ here! We've been there over a very hot weekend and we've found the much desired coolness in the shed of beech trees. We've walked along the shores of the Rudyard Lake, and we've even cannoied there one afternoon. We've very much enjoyed our stay, and in the end our dogs didn't want to leave, so much they loved the thick carpet of fat grass. Very attentive and accomodating host, very good facilities, we highly recommend it.

We were delighted with our choice of Heaton House Farm, for our wedding in summer 2022. The Heaton House team were very attentive both in the run up to the day and on the day itself. Lindsey, our wedding co-ordinator was outstanding in helping us to create the day we wished for. After leaving all our wedding items with the team on the day prior to the wedding we were left with nothing to do other than to enjoy the day itself. The team took care of every aspect. The pamper room for bride and bridesmaids is a wonderful aspect to the venue as was the private garden for photographs and the opportunity for guests to camp on site for the wedding. Our guests all absolutely loved the venue, with it's modern yet rustic feel and outstanding views over the Cheshire countryside. They really were stunned by the setting! The guests enjoyed having space to explore around the venue, with multiple areas opening up throughout the day, and those staying overnight particularly enjoyed the beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast the morning after. We really couldn't have asked for anything more from our wedding venue. Thank you Lindsey and Heaton House Farm!

We had our wedding here on the 7th May and it was absolutely perfect. All of our suppliers commented on the professionalism and running of the venue and quote “best wedding venue they’ve been to”. As a bride and groom we couldn’t have asked any more, Harriet looked after us so well, kept everything smooth and absolutely nothing went wrong. Stableyard catering are incredible at what they do, we had soup, chicken and brookie and I think every plate was completely cleared, it was delicious! The venue itself is set in a stunning location, the pamper room is a dream to get ready in and the hotel rooms are so comfortable. If i could relive that day again i would and I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you so much to everyone who helped us on our special day, lots of love to you all xx

An amazing venue, beautiful surroundings and really lovely accommodation. The staff from early morning, throughout the day and evening were so helpful and polite. The meal was truly lovely. You made my daughter and son in laws wedding day into something magical and all about them both. I would definitely recommend this venue for others to share their special day with family and friends. The best place to have a wedding. The team were absolutely fantastic and were in contact with us constantly from day one of booking the venue! They gave us a stress free wedding we wanted and could not have asked for a better place to get married at! The honeymoon sweet was also amazing and comfy to relax in after the wedding! Food was excellent too! All in all an amazing day from an amazing venue!

We had an amazing day that we will never forget, the venue is stunning and the views are amazing. One of the key features is the staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Someone was always around on the day if we needed anything and throughout the whole process, the staff have been very good. The venue speaks for itself really from the stunning view, the amazing barns and the rooms are exceptional. We fell in love with the place from the first time we saw it. Chloe from Heaton House Farm and Anna From Stable yard Catering were exceptional and the food is amazing. If you want a DJ they recommend Tom, please book him the best DJ iv ever seen at a wedding or anywhere. We wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else it's perfect.

Absolutely fantastic evening here on 10/12/2022. Best works party ever. Fabulous venue All done out in Caribbean theme. Fantastic. Wonderful round tables so the 10 of us sat around it could all chat to each other. Well done for that. Superb food Really enjoyed that. The organisation that went into serving about 350 people piping hot food was phenomenal. Congratulations. The staff worked so hard. The DJ was great. The entertainment was brilliant. Heaton House Farm was the perfect venue for our big day - we fell in love with the stunning countryside backdrop and scenery on our first viewing. Loved the fact that the venue was partitioned, so rooms could be flexibly adjusted to the size we needed and the lighting has so many options. What made it even more memorable and a magical experience was the staff - they were attentive without hovering too much around guests. They anticipated our every need; Harriet, Lindsey and Joanne were patient and answered all our questions in the run up to the big day. We were kept well informed and Joanne especially was so helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly and held my very long train for our photographs in their private water gardens. Would definitely recommend and would like to thank all the staff for making our wedding the best day!

We arrived at Heaton House on Friday afternoon. The wedding we have been invited to started at 14:00, same time official check-in started. The nice staff at reception allowed us in our rooms half an hour earlier - great service. Overall the whole event was well organized and there was lots of staff around helping the wedding guests in every imaginable way. Service was quick and always polite. We had a great wedding party and rooms afterwards were clean and modern.

We had our wedding in April this year and Heaton House Farm made it such a special day. All our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was and the grounds are stunning. Our wedding organiser Harriet was amazing on the throughout- from answering my 10000 questions before the day to keeping me calm on the day itself. She was kind and attentive and the day ran so smoothly thanks to all the staffs hard work. So grateful to everyone at Heaton House Farm for making our day so special.
