Absolutely appalling customer service from julie and the so called manager jacob!! Didnt deal with my enquiry in a professional matter and were both rude as anything. They should be sacked.

Massive store with lots of items for male, females and children outfits. Also has home ware items

I am utterly disgusted by the behavior I encountered at this store. Both Jacob and another staff member displayed shocking rudeness, refusing to refund an item despite me using the same card for the purchase. Moreover, the virtual visa account number was clearly displayed on my receipt and confirmed on my phone. Despite this, the staff insisted on a physical card with the same number, showcasing sheer incompetence and a blatant disregard for my consumer rights.Only after the intervention of another manager did the lady reluctantly agree to process the refund. To add insult to injury, I wasted a staggering 50 minutes of my valuable time, only to be told to come back again if the refund hadn't gone through (which it hasn't as of yet) due to a supposed system issue. This experience has not only left me seething with anger and frustration but also deeply concerned about the blatant violation of my consumer rights. The disrespect, inefficiency, and lack of regard for my time have utterly appalled me. I demand immediate rectification for this ordeal and a sincere acknowledgment of the importance of upholding consumer rights in this establishment.

For such a big store it's quite tidy. However for someone more on the plus size side it's quite difficult to find the right sizes since they usually go first. And as always they sometimes have a really nice selection of clothes and at other times there's not much at all. But yeah, I do wish they had some more in bigger sizes and a slightly bigger section for men as well

Im a size 14 but not in Primark here im an 18 . sort your quality out and your people who sew . not a good confidence factor. You cant justify raising prices when quality is bad. A size 12 14 and 16 coat all exactly the same. Had to buy an 18 . i weigh 11stone and wear a 14 . if i could give a zero i would 0000000

Not as good as the leeds one, bought 3 pairs of leggings from there and all ripped in inside leg straight away. Half the stock seems old too

Good variety and good price. There is a good amount of space around the racks for people to walk around. Always so busy. It takes longer to pay then I takes to shop. Goes to show how popular the place is.

Well laid out. Good choice available in store. Staff were polite and friendly. Store had plenty of customers inside, but it wasn't too busy. The queue for the tills went down quickly.

The usual chaotic Primark. People pushing, shoving, and queues for the tills that go completely round the shop. Definitely one to avoid on a weekend if you're wanting to have a good look round.

The queues as ever are too long. We no longer go in for a browse because we fell that you will not queue for a single item. It feels like a sales ploy to make you purchase more. Lost is appeal.

Amazing. Has everything i need expecially when it comes to makeup and beauty! Sometimes what i need gets out of stock very fast but when i went today i saw what i was looking for months ago so i grabbed a lot of it in case it ran out again! Lol but staff are great. The fact that there's so many tills to customers is good as there are alot of shoppers eveytime i go there!

Staff are more interested in chatting to each other rather than helping customers.They also dont reply in English when spoken to. Wondering what the spoken language in Bradford is!

They don't have really big clothes and shoes for big people. Every time I go there I don't always get my sizes. It's really awful.

It’s an ok store. I just find it totally over stimulating, it’s too bright. There no order to any of the stock so you just end of circling around feeling completely lost and confused

Staff extreamly unhelpful. My gran 85 had taken the twins aged 9 shopping. Accidentally picked up wrong size. Girls didn't have a receipt when they got home. I spent over £200 in store so proof I'm not a £12 trouser thief 😤 fuming label still on everything really unhelpful manager. Doesn't know head office phone number or address "just Google it" his advice. Never since that store opened have I had an issue exchanging when the receipt isn't in the bag. It happens with full bags. They say receipts in the bag, the bag that's often not on the counter but on the floor behind counter where the shopper can't see it go in. Not happy. Store stank hardly any staff Q half way around the shop 🙄 untidy hard to find items 😑 won't be going again

Good selection,employs alot of disabled people which is a refreshing change to see an employer who actually is disabled friendly,great idea for priority till for disabled customers too,staff helpful in finding things,always been cheery, could do with more sales and more selection though but always a pleasure as a wheelchair user to visit 😁

literally the worst primark i’ve been to. extremely messy and far too hot. all of the management are appalling, feel bad for any of the staff members that have to work there.

Closes too early, made worse by tannoy announcements and staff relentlessly shouting for you to leave from about 20mins beforehand. Always a mess, never seem to have special promotions, might try turning the AC on once in a while.

Primark has cheap clothing which are sometimes made of good materials. This shop gets too busy in seasons and weekends. So make sure to do your shopping beforehand. Also, it closes too early which is frustrating.

Staff are ok not so helpful, they're to busy chatting with each other...but I will say the till staff are nice it's the floor staff that are kinda rude

What a lovely place, large collection for trouser,pant,shirts,t shirts,kids cloths,baby chloths,house products. The quality is good for the price. As I visited this time for my work clothes unfortunately my size wasn't available. They should open the FITTING ROOM ,there is no more COVID now. If you take the chloths home then you have to return for any reason it's a big hassle. It is silly to keep closed the fitting room now.

I love primark but bradford has one of the worst branches. I hardly ever shop in person, but whenever I do, I Can never find any shoes in my size. Everything is all over the place. Kids clothes are shambles. I know most of the shoppers are to blame but the organisation is terrible too. They have section for kids per their age group. But then they have another section all the way across the floor on the other side. Wouldn't it make sense to just group them together. It's always so mixed up

Great store to visit if disabled, very disabled friendly , they have a section at the tills for people who would find it difficult queueing . Staff very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store .

Cheap clothes, long queues, dreadful service. Lazy managers love hanging out chatting near the tills while the queues grow and their underlings work their backsides off trying to serve customers. Went in near closing time and they closed every shutter except the one that was as far from the tills as possible and meant I had to use the escalator, go upstairs then walk all around the Westgate centre just to get out and escape.

3rd time is as many days, went here to spend £100 but the queue is just insane, 2 people serving? Went to new look instead. Also the hand rail on the escalator in the store hasn’t been disinfected ever! One of those “wipe your feet on the way out” places I think. If you want a good retail experience don’t come here, if you like the brand then try the one in white rose, at least it’s clean

Very good price wise it's just pity things that l liked were only in sizes S and XS. There were many collections like that unfortunately.

The lady Superviser was really rude i have a special needs child who threw two pairs of clothes down as im about to pick them up she says no dont do that theres loads of clothes all over the floor as it is. my 2 year old child I WAS PICKING THEM YOU SPEAK TO ME THE PARENT NOT MY TODDLER LIKE THAT

Went to look at homewear as used to have a nice little section, however choice today is poor and mainly aimed at gimmicky branding and no home themes. Clothing for women and children is great although they dont do plus size women or men and mens clothing anyway is dire and more akin to what your middle aged 40+ dad would wear, hardly fashionable menswear hence 3*. Sadly I didn't purchase anything and left disappointed.

Cheap clothes, nothing bad to be honest. The only thing I don't like is the fitting rooms were not opened at the moment of my visit it creates negative impact in the customers because if it not fit to you you have to exchange so have to return and make regularly long queues. But besides that is nice shop.
