am
utterly
disgusted
by
the
behavior
I
encountered
at
this
store.
Both
Jacob
and
another
staff
member
displayed
shocking
rudeness,
refusing
to
refund
an
item
despite
me
using
the
same
card
for
the
purchase.
Moreover,
the
virtual
visa
account
number
was
clearly
displayed
on
my
receipt
and
confirmed
on
my
phone.
Despite
this,
the
staff
insisted
on
a
physical
card
with
the
same
number,
showcasing
sheer
incompetence
and
a
blatant
disregard
for
my
consumer
rights.Only
after
the
intervention
of
another
manager
did
the
lady
reluctantly
agree
to
process
the
refund.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
I
wasted
a
staggering
50
minutes
of
my
valuable
time,
only
to
be
told
to
come
back
again
if
the
refund
hadn't
gone
through
(which
it
hasn't
as
of
yet)
due
to
a
supposed
system
issue.
This
experience
has
not
only
left
me
seething
with
anger
and
frustration
but
also
deeply
concerned
about
the
blatant
violation
of
my
consumer
rights.
The
disrespect,
inefficiency,
and
lack
of
regard
for
my
time
have
utterly
appalled
me.
I
demand
immediate
rectification
for
this
ordeal
and
a
sincere
acknowledgment
of
the
importance
of
upholding
consumer
rights
in
this
establishment.
