I would just like to share my recent experience with perfume shop, the service was so poor and the store assistant was so unhelpful just made excuses for everything that I asked for. As a valued customer of perfume shop I felt very disappointed, the customer services assistance just didn’t want to be their, and this has disheartened me, she was very abrupt. Get her some customer service courses to help her in her current role.

Staff in stor are great and try there hardest to cater for you but I ordered and paid for an anniversary present for my wife, it said 3 days for store collection but seven days later and way after my anniversary I'd been on to customer services 3 times but nothing. I felt like a bad husband and so disappointed in the choice Id made. The rude and un sympathetic lady at customer services told me to wait see what happens then said have a nice day then sniggered and hung up on me I was speechless. Be carefull with on line orders.

Amazing customer service, staff Donna was just amazing, her dedication to her job is evident in how she made good recommendations for me. I am definitely coming back for more just because of Donna.

Excellent quality of perfumes, most of all it's reassuring to know that the product you buy is genuine. Some great offers to look out for.

Excellent service by a young lady was really nice helped choose a aftershave for a present and gift wrapped it some lovely gifts here and perfumes also mens friendly staff greated me and my little girl with a friendly smile we'll done ladys.

These places say they are cheaper than main stores but they ain't some products maybe but rest are over priced by £10‐£20

Sochia is very friendly and helpful. I walked in today looking for a gift to my daughter's teacher and she kindly assisted me, recommended a nice perfume and even helped with a personalised gift wrap. Great customer service and good perfume offers.

I went in today and was assisted by KASHIF. Kashif was brilliant,nothing was a problem and he went over and beyond to help me pick a gift. He was very kind, helpful and was very nice to my 2 children. Kashif is an asset to the company.

Went to get a perfume today. Two ladies on front desk. I thought they are a little miserable and didn’t really want to be there.

Visited here with a lady I work with in a wheelchair, really difficult to manoeuvre in store and staff on duty were quite rude continuing to chat amongst themselves while I was stood waiting to be served
