The
slides
and
variety
of
soft
play
here
are
actually
great.
A
friend
and
I
visited
on
a
weekday
with
our
little
ones
and
we
pretty
much
had
the
place
to
ourselves.
Online
booking
was
slick
and
easy
to
navigate.
Nice
variety
of
time
slots
too.
I
rated
it
as
a
two
and
that’s
showing
kindness
because
the
soft
play
did
entertain
the
little
ones
and
the
staff
were
friendly
but
we
did
have
to
be
mindful
of
dodging
used
chewing
gum
on
some
of
the
soft
foam
squares,
fluff/dirt
collecting
in
our
little
ones
hands
and
the
odd
packet
of
old
crisps
scattered
in
amongst
the
ball
pit.
I
was
happy
not
to
bring
food
with
us,
as
it
mentioned
you
could
only
purchase
food
and
drinks
at
the
premises.
And
that’s
okay
providing
there
is
food
and
drink
available.
Signs
and
leaflets
were
scattered
about
reinstating
no
food
on
the
premises
but
when
I
asked
for
a
menu,
I
was
informed
by
the
manager
that
there
was
no
menu
on
the
day
we
visited
and
that
there
was
no
service
of
hot
or
cold
food
for
little
ones
nor
adults
-
other
than
a
cheese/ham
toastie
or
a
pie.
There
was
a
happy
meal
box
for
3
year
old
plus
but
we
did
expect
a
better
selection
particularly
for
babies
weaning.
If
bringing
food
from
home
for
babies
is
okay,
the
signs
and
leaflets
should
be
updated.
And
when
we
asked
to
refill
our
little
ones
water
bottle,
it
was
a
firm
because
we
were
told
they
had
no
sink.
The
toastie
not
only
didn’t
look
great
but
it
didn’t
taste
great
at
all.
And
I
am
still
hoping
that
the
black
marks
on
the
underside
of
the
bread
was
something
other
than
mould.
The
pastry
pie
was
served
partially
frozen
in
the
middle
which
was
taken
back
and
the
lady
defrosted
it
before
serving
it
a
second
time.
Luckily
I
had
emergency
food
for
the
little
ones
but
otherwise
they
would
have
gone
hungry.
With
a
food
hygiene
certificate
rating
of
3,
there
is
room
for
improvement
or
even
reinspecting
might
help
you
identify
what
needs
enhancing.
The
venue
has
so
much
potential
and
it’s
such
a
shame
the
food
is
a
let
down.
In
the
meantime
the
lady
handling
the
money
moved
onto
serving
food
without
washing
her
hands,
with
her
long
hair
lacking
a
hair
net.
The
manager
did
explain
hot
food
is
only
term
time
and
we
noticed
that
the
majority
of
the
electrical
soft
play
machines
and
ball
guns
were
all
turned
off.
