A lovely buying experience. Peter was friendly and very knowledgeable on the item we purchased. There was no pressure and we were shown various watches to help us make our decision. We would definitely recommend a visit to this store if your considering making a jewellery purchase, customer service at its best.

I've visited Berry stores in Nottingham and Leeds, the staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Been in the Leeds store today where Rod and Debbie were fantastically helpful, the store has the best selection of watches that I've seen anywhere, not stuck up like you can find in some high class jewellery stores, really relaxed and easy atmosphere. If you are looking for something special then you've got to give Berry's a go, highly recommended.

Having searched for months for a ladies Omega for my 50th Birthday present I finally found my dream watch at Berry's in Leeds. From first entering the store the customer service was excellent from Rod and Hazel. They made the whole experience really special and I would highly recommend this store for such a luxury gift purchase

Very impressed with Berry’s : Louise the Assistant Manager responded quickly to my e mails and sourced a lovely IWC Pilots watch and did her very best to meet my trade in price for my Tudor watch. Alas, Berry’s could not quite reach my trade in price and we could not finalise a deal. However, I have been very impressed with the level and professional service provided by Louise who went out of her way to help me. I totally recommend Berry’s as a first class jewellers with a high level of service. I am sure I will be paying Berry’s another visit in the future.

Troy was extremely helpful in ordering in the exact watch I was looking for, which no other shop had availability with, very quick to get in touch with me to tell me the watch had arrived and reserve it for me to view. I visited the store with my brother looking to buy an Omega Moonwatch The sales team were all very friendly and professional. The salesman Rod who served us was very knowledgeable about the watches and he went above my expectations in gifting me a bag full of goodies to go with the watch. Excellent experience at Berry’s. I bought an engagement ring, and dealt with two members of staff - Troy and Emma. I’m not usually a fan of speaking to people in-store, but both were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great selection of rings, and I left the shop having learned a lot! Almost a shame I only intend to buy an engagement ring once, but I would definitely go back if I needed something else, like a watch. Highly recommended.

We returned to Berry's Leeds to part exchange a watch we previously purchased in store against a new model. From the moment we entered the store, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The whole process, from the valuation of our trade-in, through to the purchase was a positive experience and the staff were really supportive and informative throughout. It was also testimony that the member of staff we dealt with had originally sold us the watch we were part exchanging, probably 12 years ago!

Had several watches in the past, can't do enough for you, very helpful with no pressure at all. Took a watch in last week with a minor repair, was expecting it to be sent away but they took the time to sort the problem there and then even when the store was busy which surprised me. Would recommend anytime.

Great service, fantastic stock range and superb value for money

Great jewellery and very helpful professional service. Staff concentrate on the personal touch here, but it can take a long time to complete transactions, especially if you intend to haggle. The quality of the product is worth it though, particularly if you want something personal and different.

My husband and I shopped all over Leeds for my engagement ring and ended up purchasing at Barry’s due to quality & selection of their sapphire rings and the attention to detail & service. The selection was easily twice a large as other stores and the quality was immediately apparent. Our salesperson was very attentive and knowledgeable. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Very well presented store, all the staff friendly, we were served by Chinda Jim, helped us choose a Breitling from the large selection displayed in their shop in shop, the selection of products was representative Of the entire catalogue for all the brands and allowed an easy choice to be made, Chinda was excellent in his approach and highly knowledgeable on the products we looked at and very professional too, would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are in the market for Breitling, Omega, Iwc, bremont or the large selection of fine diamond jewellery Would happily shop at the store again in future

I visited this store yesterday with my husband to buy a watch for his daughter and would highly recommend Berry’s. We had very satisfactory service and such a great choice. We bought a beautiful Omega Constellation for my step daughter and even ended up buying a ring for myself.

I was recently on the search for an Omega Speedmaster but my local stores in Edinburgh were not particularly helpful and over priced. Chinda from Berry's came recommended via a colleague and I have no regrets. Not only was the watch priced extremely competitively, He was able to arrange tracked next day delivery at no extra cost. Regardless of where you live in the UK, If you are after a watch I'd highly recommend picking up the phone to this store. Chinda was very knowledgeable and his level of customer service is something that is hard to find these days.

Perfect service - I enquired about the availability of a particular watch, and as promised, as soon as the watch was in the shop I was contacted to let me know. A mutually convenient time was arranged to view the watch and it was very well presented and exactly what I was expecting. The whole purchasing process was extremely simple and the functions of the watch demonstrated perfectly. From start to finish the process was seamless and I cannot recommend Berry’s highly enough. I will be purchasing more watches over time and will definitely be using Berry’s again👍

Saw a well known watch appear in the shop window when passing and decided to enquire.. Served by Dom who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Walking in to enquire, it was clear I wasn't an existing customer but I was treated well, nice atmosphere and not uptight like 'undisclosed competitors'. Was given the opportunity to inspect and wasn't pushed for a sale at all. Given contact details if I wanted to complete the purchase to hold the watch which was a nice touch. Phoned up later that day, gave a holding deposit over the phone and watch was removed from the window and polished up for collection the next working day. Complete box, paperwork etc.

Went in to drop a watch for service. Ended up spending £3500 on a new watch!!! Great service from Jacob. Really great. Nice atmosphere, not at all uptight. Manager went above and beyond to help get me an extra watch link there and then. Can not recommend highly enough.

Went in with a shortlist (longish) of watches to try, Jacob the shop assistant was only too willing to help with no pressure. After trying a few models settled on a watch which I absolutely love. Great all round service in a relaxed atmosphere, thanks Jacob 👍.

I just got married last week and I called up the store to see if they had a specific Tag watch I had had my eye on for over a year. Deciding to treat myself, Chinda explained that they do not do Tag watches in that particular store however he could get one in for me to have a look at. I was beyond pleased and excited to visit the beautiful store and see the watch. Having made an appointment with Chinda he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the Watch. It looked absolutely beautiful and the service was so exceptional. If you you wish to order anything it is worth calling and seeing if they can get it in for you!!!
