    Do not buy anything from Currys, the so called returns policy is an absolute joke and is breaching consumer rights bought a laptop changed my mind within 14 days but because the seal was broken on the box they will not give exchanges or refunds. Who the hell buys a product and doesn't open it and takes it back for a refund because that's basically currys return policy. If I went direct to Apple they state "Standard Returns to Apple Retail If the item is returned in the original box with included accessories, we will exchange it or offer a refund."

    Pre ordered my S22 from carphone warehouse in Feb. They requested a pac code and explained what would be happening however, due to a delay with samsung (not currys fault) my ac code expired and they told me it would work and my number will be switched and old contract will end. When phone came in they set it up which took 2 hours, they told me once how it was going and just left me and my 5 yr old boy sitting there. This was not the case days later. I rang my old network suplier and they said it had expired and i now have 2 phone contracts. So i ended up doing all this myself. Poor service and staff were not very knowledgeable at all. Shocking as ive had better service in the past.

    If you are after good quality tech then you can't beat curry's, always bought tv,s from there over the years and it may be a bit more expensive from the likes of argos but the quality is worth it.

    Good to search for electronic devices. Quite a good range. Staff friendly and willing to help, but lacking the expertise that you might require when trying to decide what product would suit you best. Nice to look round though. Plenty of free parking.

    Curry's is Curry's. You know what you want before going there. You visit them simply to 'look' at the product. Sometimes, sales staff can be wonderful, but often, those behind the 'help desk' seem to be focused on simply obstructing you when there is a serious issue or question. It's as if they are programmed to "deny everything" and cause maximum inconvenience. So, products 10/10 : Aftersales 5/10

    Bought online and in store on the same day items never arrived loads of messages back and forth, ended up getting full refund and shopping with Argos and I'm glad I did better product and cheaper

    Very disappointed with the service and the customer support. I purchased a curry’s home brand microwave 3 weeks ago and asked for the receipt to be emailed to me. Microwave is faulty and don’t have paper receipt, emailed copy wasn’t sent to me. Went in store with time and date of cash purchase, even showed them my ring footage with the curry’s brand box in my hand. The general manager found my receipt on the system but was on some kind of power trip and refused to exchange the microwave without a paper receipt, even though she found my purchase in the system. They made a mistake by not sending me a digital copy and I got told it’s my own fault because I should keep a paper copy as well. The General manager was extremely rude, arrogant and selfish. Worst general manager I’ve ever come across.

    Today two really nice guys came to fit my fridge freezer in the cupboard, they were so nice, I'd also bought a small fridge with smaller freezer compartment from curry's they asked if I wanted them to take the old fridge away which the other guys who took the old fridge freezer wouldn't take the fridge, I wish I had got the names of the ones that came today they were so nice and helpful.     Bought a vax hoover from curry wrexham on 22 2 2023 it stopped working last month so took it back to Currys was told to get in touch with manufacturer myself as it wasn't they responsibility I thought my contract was with Currys most certainly won't be dealing with currys anymore. Been a customer there for years whats happened to your customer service. Still without a hover not funny when you have a dog that moults.

    Wrexham curry’s store. Staff ignored us after I had approached a member of staff and had asked for assistance as we wanted to purchase a tv and printer than carried on what he was doing after telling me he would find a member of staff for us. 95% member of staff on their phones ignoring customers. Best staff member in there was Fiona. Wasn’t her department but she was absolutely amazing and brilliant and got us everything we needed and told us where to get a product that was out of stock with them. She went out of her way went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend her. She went out the way for my mum who was struggling to use her blue light card.

    Shocking refund policy. You can't take items back after you've opened or inspected them to see if they even fit in the place you wanted it!! Staff instore and unsympathetic and towing the company line rather than putting customers at the heart of the business. We will never buy from Curry's again.

    I went to buy a budget phone. The lady who was trying to help me probably knew her phones inside out but had no idea about people whatsoever! She was monosyllabic and getting the info I needed was like pulling teeth. I think that the concept of talking about budget phones was beyond her. She seemed bored and uninterested and spoke to me as if I was stupid. I may be compared to her level of knowledge about phones but surely isn't that why she is stood there supposedly helping people?! 🤷‍♀️

    I got bullied into buying a cover for my air pods even though I had repeatedly told the male assistant that I didn’t want or need it. He went on and on and on talking and was so desperate to sell it I ending up buying the cover just to get out of the shop. The up sell in there is shocking that the staff are literally forcing customers to take extra cover out that they don’t want or can’t afford. I went back in the next day and got a full refund on the cover!! So eventually I got what I wanted which was NO EXTRA COVER. Which is what I repeatedly said when I brought them. Beware of the forced up sell! Don not be bullied into buying it if you don’t want it.

    Have just been looked after by Jamie, and his team which included Simon and Callum. They listened to my needs and offered me a simple, straightforward approach to my purchase. Callum who I understand has been at the branch for a few weeks was superb and really went out of his way to ensure I got the right TV for me and is a real asset to the business. Great service in difficult times and would have no hesitation in travelling to this branch for my future purchases. Thanks again!!

    I've not been back into currys store itself, but I have been to click & collect after ordering online. Staff are friendly & efficient. Access to entrance looks easy to me. Plenty parking spaces available. Area has always been clean and clear no trouble at all which is good. However the network in the area was poor, it took me a while to access my email before I could let them know I was there. Otherwise everything is great & grand. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

    I did get what I wanted. But the guy on the door needs to wind his neck in as he was shouting at people "what do you want" which is not good for the store, if it is like that again when I go, I will turn around get it from elsewhere. PC world educate your staff.

    Good service from the staff. Not enough high end products Microsoft/Samsung pro and a bit frustrating when you can't turn some of the products on to see screen quality. Same for phones being glued to desk doesn't give you any chance to feel the device or play about with it properly.

    Lewis on customer services was very nice and helpful in resolving my problem with a faulty laptop, great service from him. I was passed on to morgan to help choose another one and he gave outstanding customer service, he made me feel confident in what i was buying. Both assistants are a credit to this company.

    This is a grudging review as I am not a fan of huge nationwide chain stores. However this place does seem to be the cheapest around in like for like comparisons. The staff are also friendly and helpful, I think they should be paid more. Maybe a 25% rise is in order!

    Was greeted in store by a young lad called Joseph who helped me choose exactly the right laptop to suit my needs, was very informative and knew his stuff, excellent service which made shopping at currys all the more pleasurable and left with the confidence I had just bought the best machine for my needs. This was the second currys I've been in today and both the lads I spoke to in each store pretty much gave the same advice.

    Never ever buy again from this stores worst policy ever !!! Didn’t replace my phone after not even 24h off purchase , no other stores do what they do by not giving the money or swap the product if not happy, AVOID!!! Even the staff complained about the store not taking about costumers. Worst experience ever in my life with a shop!!!

    Its a lovely place for all devices and electronic needs. Go online store to go with your physical shopping as items online can be picked up in store or free delivery to your address. Excellent staff and service generally. Flexible payment plan to set up within minutes.

    Compare to Currys in Chester it is kind of weird shop. Its obviously smaller but it also has the stuff differently organised and often not having some of the stuff in stock. As far as its members of staff are concerned it is the same as in any other Currys shop. Quite quickly approaching the potential customer offering assistance. In this respect it is neither worse nor better than any other Currys. During my recent visit the shelves looked even empty. In conclusion, next time I will rather go to Chester.

    Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy Apple Watch, i was at store for 20 minutes nobody helped us. We asked about help and worker told us to „wait 2 minutes”. 4 workers were standing and talking, didn’t care about customers. After 10 minutes nobody show up, we just left The store. I am not going back there. Never.

    Some of the staff need to learnt he importance of personal hygiene, one guy smelt like he hadn't been home from his night out. I was grateful to be ushered to someone else who was super helpful and smelt fresh!

    Gaz was awesome helping me purchase Christmas presents for my son, I had love to shop cards but items I'd seen were online so he made possible for me to use my card and get the exact items I wanted and they getting delivered tomorrow, awesome service, highly recommend definitely be shopping there again

    The Chester store is one of the larger in the area but be clear THE ONLY REASON THEY SCORED FIVE STARS was due to Michael the Philips TV specialist - he has great product knowledge not just of the Philips range but others also. We had some issues with creation( nightmare company to deal with) but he did his absolute best to help us. So Michael the five stars are for you - if I could give zero stars for the other colleagues we spoke to I would.

    The guys from Currys who actually dealt with us were very helpful. We didn't have to wait too long. Better than our previous visit. Normally you go into a Currys and can't find a single member of staff to assist. This time it wasn't a frustrating experience that I normally expect going into a Currys.
