I went there to fix my watch last week there was a pin missing from the wristband and i asked to a lady worker ( Blond sounded Russian or polish with her accent ) how much would it be for the pin and she told me 5£ i asked her for discount as it is only a pin which was missing she told me no the price are fixed and we are high quality jewelers, fair enough, meanwhile she was charging me a man with his lady walking inside looking to their jewels talking on the phone (NOT LOUD) and the lady worker who was charging me told him te go outside or not talk on the phone and the guy got angry walked away ( could be gained customer ) i was happy until she talked to the man in a bad manner, i told her she did wrong and i thought by my self that if you are so high quality jewelers you should know how to respect and talk with education with your clients. Im not doubting to give 1 star to them because of this lady. i hope that they improve their service ( Workers with education ) in the future. Maybe 1 day i will just enter the shop to check if they improved their service.

I bought a nice ring on 2nd of April 2019. Honestly stuff were very friendly helpful. Specifically lady SAIMA was very polite, helpful. She provided some genuine advice & advise, that's why i was able to buy a lovely ring for my anniversary. Apart from SAIMA, lady Rebecca(manager), gentle lad Harjeeth were very nice. I personally like F. HINDS. Really their collection is high standard, Quality, and to buy effortable.

Went there about 4 or 5 times and was always well served even when I was constantly asking to look at more and more engagement rings. Very pleased with the experience. Will recommend.

Impressed with sale service on arrival disappointed I would have to wait a week for my ring to arrive but then after a month it still not arrived staff were very rude and unhelpful just fob you off saying another week no apologises hung up on me 3 times. I do not recommend this store at all

Amazing customer service! I ordered a wedding ring online for myself to pick up from the Bradford branch and got an email to let me know it's estimated to be ready to collect by Thursday 1st December. I rang on Friday to double check that it had arrived and could be collected on the weekend, the male staff member on the phone - who was very cheerful - had a check and assured me it's ready to collect whenever convenient. My husband and I went on Sunday to collect the ring, and although we intended to go much earlier some things came up and we ended up arriving at the store just over half an hour before closing time. Saima served us and was super helpful and friendly throughout, I didn't quite like the design of the ring in person and felt apprehensive asking to have a look at a few other styles with less than half an hour until the store closed, but Saima's attitude really put me at ease and she was brought out a brilliant selection of similar rings for us to peruse through straight away. Whilst we sampled the different styles, she provided great advice and sincere compliments and really made our experience at the store a fantastic one, a stark contrast to the awkward uncomfortable experience we had with the staff at the F.Hinds branch in Trafford Centre, Manchester. In the end, we left with a different ring than the one I ordered online but one that I was much happier to look at on my finger; furthermore it was a similar price to the original - perfect! I really recommend this particular branch of F.Hinds and it's purely due to the staff members that I had the pleasure of being helped by. Thank you very much for all your help Saima, I love the ring you helped us pick out! :D

The bracelet is really nice. I was served by Saima who clearly appeared to have came from the heavens above as I have never witnessed beauty that impeccable. I did get rejected after asking her for her number but hey that’s a part of life I guess. Customer service was great and so was the purchase.

Very lovely staff with amazing customer service. I came to ask for advice after one of my earrings broke in my very clumsy hands... lovely girl serving me walked me trough the process of sending my earrings back for evaluation and the process of repair. In 3 weeks I will have my earrings back.

Made a specific trip into bradford for sole purpose of going to this store on Sunday, I checked the f hinds website to make sure the store would be open and the site said opens at half ten on Sundays. Got there and it was shut, found out from one of the precinct security guards that the store no longer opens on Sundays. What an example of ineptitude this is, surely whoever made the decision to change the opening hours should be making sure that the website is updated to suit.

Worse place ever to buy jewellery from ,i ll never ever go back to this place ever again.i ordered my engagement ring from there and i was promised by staff that it will arrive on the date i needed it by.Today i been to collect it and it was not in thr store to collect. My event is in 2 days but they made to come tomorrow to collect it becoz of there own fault.on top of that staff was soo rude and not helpfull ,litterly she told me to get my money back to leave.honestly its the worst shop i ever been to.i will say to people not to trust them as they will not provide your order on time and will spoil your event

I initially went to Ramsdens to get a quote for some gold I wanted to get rid of. The staff at Ramsdens were ignorant, rude and tried to scam me so I went to Hinds to see what they had to offer for my gold. I got treated with respect and courtesy and what they offered me for my gold was hella more than Ramsdens upstairs. Hinds customer service is great and I would recommend anyone to give them a try, rather than get ripped of and treated with disrespect by Ramsdens upstairs.

10/10 service , extremely happy with my experience at the Bradford branch , I was served by Jay and Saima , was having a big crisis with a ring size and needing it for a certain day and they were able to give me exactly what I needed.
