Good value for money..but seriously that upstairs changing room needs an update. Not only can a tall person see over the door, but there's a poorly positioned mirror too. We can only hope the camera at checkouts doesn't cover the changing room as well. Even if you just hang up a curtain so there isn't a massive gap between the door and the frame would fix this issue

3 people in a queue for the checkout with only one till open. The young man asked his colleagues for help several times using the radio. Other staff members came and went including getting security tags from behind the checkout with not one acknowledging customers let alone open another checkout. I left my items in a pile and left. Dreadful experience downright rude. The first rule of business is TAKE MONEY! Impossible if you ignore customers. Definitely won't be back.

Huge amount of different products in. I went specially for trainers with a good sole, and there were so many different things to choose from and a wide range of prices :)

Called into this store today 5/8/19 found what I required for my son 👍 went to pay for the items the lady on the till who served us was wearing false nails now theres nothing wrong with false nails, however these were so long that she couldnt do anything she ended up opening one of the products with her teeth 🤢 so she could take the security tag off. Not very good customer service

I want the public to know the staff in this store are exceptional and helped no end. The products and prices are really competitive.... However, I have to return my purchase tomorrow, as the cashier told me to keep the box and receipt to exchange the shoes (which were 50% discounted) if I wasn't satisfied. I tried the right shoe on in the store and it was perfect but when I put the left one on at home it felt like it was a size smaller. I know I will get them exchanged to the next size up but it made me wonder why the range had been so hugely reduced. Way more choices of products than jd sports. Sometimes you get bargain sales and Sometimes you dont. Cant fault it.

Great clothes and choices. However, be careful not to pay full price when you have discounted items, they often don't realise and charge full price.... Also probably the worst and most embarrassing changing rooms you'll ever see...

Absolutely useless been trying since 11:30am to call it's now 3:30pm and still no answer after 4hrs have all the staff gone home for the day ? there is no way you can tell me that all the staff are too busy to answer the phone 👎👎👎

Called in for some adidas trainers. Lady I spoke to was really helpful she got another assistant to help me. I was served really quickly and the young lady on the till was nice too. Doing a favour for my son-in-law. I should've got names but sadly didn't. Will next time. Thankyou ladies. Lynda.

I went to buy walking sandles. The staff member seemed dustracted perhaps they are short staffed.

Incredibly rude staff. Sister purchased some shoes which unfortunately were slightly different styles, staff did not notice on purchase when she got them home I noticed and we took them back young man on today was extremely rude and complained about having to bring the correct pair, sighing and suggesting we were in the wrong when we had the recipit to exchange the shoes. Not happy with the service at all. The staff should of checked the correct shoes were in the box at purchase.

Cannot fault the value available both online and in-store at Sports Direct although I do find the layout a bit haphazard but, I suppose, it makes you spend more time inside with the possibility of spending more. I do prefer to feel the quality of clothing that I am buying and with sports gear that's essential. This store has a problem with wi-fi signal for mobile phones, maybe it's the area or the mezzanine flooring as other stores on Drakehouse Retail Park appear to be OK.

Plenty of choice. Wanted to buy a jacket and some walking boots. No mirrors to check the coat no one to fetch the boots.

Purchased a hoodie, no staff around. Went to the cashier, after putting the item through the till informed me she wanted to go home. My purchase was left in a pile she then handed me the receipt Not very good service Fortunately I got the item I wanted.

Great prices, really helpful staff and a massive amount of stock on show. Social distancing is still in operation but the queues are quick to disperse. 👍🏻

Paid cash for a 2 for offer, 1 was a top 1 was a bottom both the same price same offer but didn't realise they have to be the same either 2 tops or 2 bottoms returned them for a refund wouldn't give money back only give a credit note was less than 13 hrs bad customer relations.
