Fitted a new engine on my Ford Focus. Really good price, Very quick and even returned the car cleaned! Only one comment would be they forgot to connect the horn but nobody’s perfect. 😆 Will use again.

Had the timing belt and w/pump done on my partners fiesta after struggling to find a local garage to me to take on the job - made the 2+ hour trip and they completed the job that day. Nice staff, and know what they are doing with the ecoBOOM engines! Please do you research if looking to have the wet belt replaced on your 1.0 ecoboost - N.W Engines are well recommended within the ford/ecoboost community.

That’s great news that you phone calls are recorded, because I got told over the phone that it will be a complete engine and everything will work which was a lie when I called was very rude over the phone my car engine has problems and when I called to let you know you tried fobbing me off and tried to charge to me to look at my engine not a good company won’t replace anything they have done and threaten you with the police if you complain I only asked for a refund and didn’t expect my engine for Sale on eBay after having to pay another 300 pound to find what Is wrong with my car!!! SHOCKING you can’t return a phone call regarding the car but can reply to negative google review by the looks of it not the first time !!!!!

I’m a trader and have used Northwest Engines Rochdale numerous times for replacement engines. There office kept me updated throughout the process with every vehicle and even sent over images for my records. It’s hard to find a company who you can actually relay on and have vehicles ready on the agreed dates. This company has not once let me down and they even washed the vehicles afterwords. Don't recommend these. Ordered item waiting ages for it to come emailed them saying I've not received my item took a while to get back to me then when they did to be told it got delivered to another address to be told to ask at the address I did to be told they never received anything I emailed again and again and again for them to say we will send you a replacement item I told no Im not risking it again s it's put me off I asked for refund to be told no it's not there fault etc first time ever ordered from here to experience this so I don't rate these at all now left with not item and no refund so they took my money for something I've not got shocking is a understatement
