    Horrible surgery..... I have been on the phone and sometyms been caller number 46 eventually when being on phone over a hr they cut it off... I am not with this surgery personally my parents are and they can never get an appoinment my mums not been weel for over 3 weeks and still cant gey an apppinemnt

    I don't understand how they still exist. To arrange for the appointment is a miracle, phone line is always busy when you get true they cut off when you no. one in queue. Administration is useless when you need any paper work is about three to six months waiting period.

    Why is this center still running. 8am till 10am i tried to call 174 times but it's showing me busy. What a useless surgery.. shut it if no one can get appointment for weeks

    Never answer the phone. When you are the first caller they cut the call off. Always offer telephone appointments when NHS guidelines have changed to face to face appointments if you have no COVID symptoms.

    How is this surgery still running !!!! Disgusting service they ask you to arrange your own appointments with radiology and dont even send the refferals. Cant get through to these people over the phone and they blame the phone line but whenever i go into the surgery no one is answering the calls. They expect kensington street to answer they phone calls. Advised if you want to complain it needs to be in writing as they do not have managers in their surgeries

    I rang for my neighbour, when it was 22 min I was number 26 then when it was 1 hour I was number 2 then I was put on hold I rang at 8 waited for 1 hour 10 minutes didnt pick up I was sold to ring in the morning my neighbour cant speak English so I rang for her. I was disgusted waste of time surgery should be shut I

    The worse ever service i have seen in the UK.. the staff is very rude. The appointments are never available. The phone number is always busy... can't get appointment in weeks sometimes a month.

    Minus 5 stars of that was an option! Absolutely appauling partnership. Every time you ring the practice (for us it's mostly Kensington) guaranteed you're on the phone for over an hour before it's answered. That's providing it doesn't get cut off part way through the call. I cannot get my head around the fact there's only one telephone number for everything associated with the practice. Even for basic general practice information/non appointment queries, it's still over an hours wait. Lately, my mother was informed by the A&E and the UKHSA that she required further emergency vaccines for a ongoing condition that the practice nurse would be able to do without an issue. All my mother would have to do is arrange an appointment. Well, over 2 hrs on the phone and 3 seperate visits later, my mother was told that they (Kensington reception) didn't know what she was talking about , they had no record of her and simply go away! The girl on the reception wouldn't even let her explain the scenario, nor did she even make any effort to investigate etc. The lady from the UKHSA was also unable to get through (she started ringing at 11am and by mid afternoon, still not able to speak to anyone) and gave my mum her number to pass on to the practice - that request was also refused by the reception! This is not the 1st time we as a family have been through trauma with this practice. We have now decided enough is enough and to withdraw from this shamble partnership and join another practice. I would encourage all those effected (Inc us) to contact and lodge your grievance in writing with the CQC. Any complaints sent to the practice manager are brushed under the carpet!!

    Not my usual surgery but I went today for a vaccine and blood test. Only came to review due to the lovely young lady who did our vaccines. She was very friendly and explained everything so well, took her time and made us feel at ease, she also made sure she chose the right arm to avoid bruising unlike other times where I was in and out and left with bruises. Dr Mughal has also had telephone appointments in the past and helped a lot.

    This surgery needs closing down. It certainly shouldn't receive any further NHS funding. Never dealt with staff as rude. Unable to contact them 90% of the time. Ridiculously bad service.

    one of the worst surgery in yorkshire.if there was an option of minus star I would take this 1 star of them, not a surgery its chat box for receptionist. don't answer phone calls at all most of the time thier phone got busy tone in morning and queue after 9 and if you are lucky to get through after 2 hrs in queue then there is no appointment available.Staff customer services is Pathetic.

    Reception staff were really helpful, saved me a lot of time and helped me book an out of hour doctor appointment for the weekend.
