😠 If I could give this surgery a 0 I would. Was refused an appointment after going into the surgery at 8am and was told to ring. Called over 200 times and the line was 'busy' if you ever do get through, the appointments have all been taken. You could be dying and they wouldn't care. Reception staff do... Reception staff do not even bother to help just shrug you off and want to get rid of you. You pay your national insurance for this? The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. You'd rather pay money and go private. This is the worst surgery probably in the whole of West Yorkshire.

THIS PRACTICE MAKES YOUR HEALTH WORSE This is the epitome of WORST service. Called the prior day only to be told appointments can only be made at 8am for that day. So called at 8am, making hundreds of calls to the surgery, no exaggeration, phone was on constant speed dial. The line was constantly engaged for 1 hour!!! Eventually got to a recorded system, and joined as caller #20, then it went up to caller #23!!! How does that happen?? And then had to hold for another 45 minutes, before I got to a live human being being If you have no job, no life and no intention of doing anything all morning, you may have a chance of getting through to the surgery. However, it's a chance, no guarantees. The mental health impacts due to the stress of calling is also immense. When I have to call the doctor's practice, I have anxiety all night and wake up early so I can improve my chances of getting through. Instead of doctors helping your help issue, Kensington Partnership cause anxiety, stress and mental health issues. APPAULING service and system.

my child temperature has been 38 for 3 days, it is impossible to call, then magically he is no longer registered, the system cannot find him, the woman who asked for the date of birth 100 times and still rudely replies that we cannot get the appointment because he is no longer in the system. I'm so sorry he is only 2 years old. how can you kick random people out of the system?

Pathetic staff and very rude with no people's skills or Communication. I tried to call for an appointment at 08:00 am for 300 times to no avail. They don't pick up the calls . I have serious issues with my stomach and I don't know what to do. I went to Kensington Surgery to ask why they are not picking up the phones and they were so rude to me. Why is the NHS employing rude receptionist like that. Kensington Street Surgery receptionists are very rude and they don't know how to talk to people.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jeeya Khan.: Arrogant, rude. She does not listen to the patient at all. I am suffering from an illness with pain both physically and mentally and she sends me to work. I have a poorly developed hip joint, my leg is 2 cm shorter, and my leg and spine have been my whole life. I don't sleep with pain, I think about what will happen next, and she sends me to work. She is not a specialist nor has she seen my x-ray, how can she judge????

Worst medical practice when it comes to staff and their response. I have made more then 450 calls today and started ringing 8 o clock but the phone lines were constantly engaged. I need an appointment for my son who is not well but even after so many tries I couldn't get hold of one. I rang 111 in the middle of night as my son wasn't well and due to high call volume the OOH GP could not ring me within time and by then my son fell asleep under the effect of pain relief so I told 111 staff I will ring again if I need to or will try to get an appointment in the morning. But now I thought that I made wrong decision. I should have known my practice by now. This is not something happened for the first time even on previous occasion I have been told off by one receptionist that I should go to A and E if I couldn't get through the practice. I am a pharmacist and know when to attend accident and emergency. Its not for non acute conditions. What type of response common public is getting from practice staff, aren't they working for NHS? I strongly recommend that please please these reviews should be taken into consideration and needes to be actioned on.

90 time called in the morning to just speak with, the receptionist dont even listen properly what i was saying and told me to call the day after, the day after again spent 1H just to contact them and they give me appointment for next 30 min, i came at practice a still waiting from 1H, that not the fist time that i waited that long even for a booked appointment, last time i was waited for 45 min and the doctor came from outside!! She wasn't even in the building and was waiting all that time.. that's ridiculous, is not acceptable that i have to wait 1H, its soo hard to just book an appointment and after that waiting for soo long?! Dont keep registering people if you have too many patients and your sistem doesn't work!!!!

This would be the worst medical practice i have come accross since my 35 years of existence. No empathy or compassion, even if youre dying. Getting appointment is almost impossible and when you finally gets they will tell you that they have been fully booked.. I have been going here for the past 9months for a particular health condition and still nothing positive has been achieved. They always find a way to push you away. I have given up.

Yesterday, 26 of October at 15.15 I had an appointment with physician Ayma Hashmi in Lower Grange Medical center. It was my worst nightmare. The physician was totally uninterested to help me. Total ignorance was felt from her. When I explained my pain source she asked me something i was not able to conprehend. Then she stated that I need a translator and I was basically kicked out of the room. Felt humiliated and ignored. I hope that it will not happen to other people who are seeking for help.

The worst staff I've had in my life. First, they don't answer their calls. They totally ignore people who need help. Let it not be explained that there is no staff! You have to come in person and punch on the door for them to react. I do not recommend this clinic!!!!!!!!!!

Awful gp! One of the worst phone systems in the world where you can't get through for hours. However, if you visit the surgery you'll see the staff chatting away avoiding the phones! Deserves zero stars. You can see they've put fake 5 star reviews on to boost the rating but they are awful

Kensington surgery top one used to be Dr Iqbal and partners practise manager is Nicole- wanted to public aware that this surgery had definitely gone down the pan I have been struck off the patient list 4+ times each time they explain it’s the system even though I have not missed appointments- I’ve wrote to P/m Nicole stating I have been a patient for. 30 plus years 3 times I have managed to discuss and put back on patient list but even I’ve had enough- was totally different and consistent when Dr Iqbal was in charge now everyone is in charge . Requested a appointment with Nicole (p/m) never really see her whenever visiting practise so baffled me on what she is actually managing apart from adherence to shed patients by the bucket - word of advice for Nicole- β€œ it’s your patients that fulfil your surgeries existence- it’s people from the local community which uses your services No patients No surgery β€œ But do you really care if not change being part of PCT - you still do abide by your policies and procedures β€œ from a client patients point of view it doesn’t feel as though you do so more power to you- but do spare a thought the people your knocking down on yer way up , you’ll definitely meet in yer way back down.

Absolutely diabolical trying to get through on the phone. More than an hour to be caller 3, impossible to book appointments online too. That said, I had an e-consultation which led to a referral and fabulous treatment at St.Lukes, hence the second star.

Rude staff, my mum and dad went and they wanted to get my mothers blood perssure checked, staff was so rude and unhelpful. Told them to use the self check machines which i understand they are installed to make their lives easier, but my mum and dad and not good woth technology and asked if a member of staff coupd help them. None of the staff members helped them and another patient who was in the waiting room got up helped them. This doesn't end here, their machine ran out of paper so no results came out. Aske the staff memeber for help again and they rurned around and saod they cant do anytging if the paper has ran out including not tmreturning the money my dad paid fo buy the tokens. The reception is nothing but a bunch of incompetent people who do not know how do do their jobs properly.

Cannot make an appointment as the line is always busy once you get through the queue is around 18 and no appointments available. The online system for making appointments is useless aswell as there are no appointments when logging in at 8 am. Fix those issues it’s ridiculous

Rang the surgery to get an appointment on behalf of my elderly house bound uncle. The receptionist came across very rude and rushed, no empathy, no manners. What is wrong with these people! If you don't like doing what you're doing, go and find another job!!!, don't take your can't be bothered attitude out onto hard working folk who are only trying to get advice and at the most an appointment.

My 14 year old brother had an appointment today with a Female doctor in BD8 Kensington partnership, and after we left the surgery he said β€œno one ever spoke to me in such a rude way”.He was mocked at by the doctor for not speaking properly. I have never seen such incompetence. Atleast treat the child nicely.

Been coming here for 32 years. I remember it was way better in the past. Kind of hard to get an appointment nowadays. Hope it gets better.

😠 I would give zero stars if possible. The most difficult and inept surgery to book an appointment. They wont let you book an appointment in person, phone lines are engaged for over 1 hour.
