I phoned up to get a home visit arranged as my grandmother is very serious and only main doctor knows how to treat her, Main doctor in on holidays and 1 week training, other doctor has gone to do home visits and my grandmothers name is not on the list for a home visit, some new receptionist has not added my grandmother to the list and i had to call in again to find out what happened about home visit, Kind lady confirmed no one booked her in and advised to wait for out of hours number or emergency GP number which doesn't work! i would have gave 0 but cant as there isnt an option for this, this isnt the 1st time this has happened, many other mishaps have happened. I feel sorry for other affected patients, Totally no value for patients, no care!, this isnt aimed at anyone in paticular, generally the whole surgery needs to learn and provide more care for patients, add value please!

These 3 stars I am going to give because of lovely lady called Michelle I believe she is an admin receptionist and she is lovely and kind makes you feel very comfortable and to all the doctors as they treat you with respect however as for other receptionists in previous times when I called or my mother they was very rude and also one of the doctors messed up a check with my sister which caused her pain for days and no apology for it either so besides them the surgery is great and would have gave it 5 if it wasn't for a few.

Plenty of parking space, clean and tidy approach along with the Building interior,My first visit, friendly and polite receptionist. equally, GP, and Nursing, all personnel help to make a visit to the Doctors less painful knowing that " They do care," or at least this set up does. If only ! all N.H.S.Surgeries where run on this basis, not only would we be known as Great Britain, but Great Britain and Great NHS. Ralph Karsten.

Absolutely garbage don’t give a toss about you if it wasn’t for the lovely receptionist Michelle this surgery would have been down the gutters ages ago.. they treat you like a smack head on the street no wonder the other reviews are soo bad avoid at all costs.

Only given five stars bcos of Michelle, shes a brilliant receptionist and always happy to help. Other times with other receptionist its not as easy to get your point across and I've had reason to sit there for 20 mins past my appt bcos the receptionist forgot to log me in as arrived.

Been trying to ring since 8,15am and left on hold for half an hour before an answer. Mum has had chest pain which is spreading to shoulder. Initially rang Friday and was given a call back and appointment for Wednesday evening which I thought was ridiculous and no priority was given to urgent appointments or patients. Rang up monday morning which is today and was told no you have an appointment for Wednesday. I'm sorry but how bad is it for receptionists to disregard something as serious as chest pain. Mum placed faith on the gp and managed with painkillers for several days now but when we ring and say its not any better and ask for an triage and appointment today I'm being told no. A very bad surgery with very few decent doctors.

Even 2 stars feels generous but the receptionists are lovely so it’s for you girls. The doctors are absolutely awful, dismiss what you tell them, roll your eyes at you and don’t even let you explain what your symptoms are and cuts you off. I had my blood taken too and it was a terrible experience, the lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing and left me with a massive bruise afterwards and my hand stuck in one place. Very worrying. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else.

The new receptionist is always in sleepy tone and very slow, she can't answer properly on the phone and will tell u stories. She doesnt knw what to do she needs more experience before sitting there. Thanks
