Deleted previous review since opinion has changed. Although the gym is pristine and facilities are immaculate I left the gym due to feeling uncomfortable around a staff member. Numerous times I was made to feel this way so I left the gym as no one wants to attend a centre were they are made to feel like this. Disappointed as I had persevered for 18months but couldn't continue with that atmosphere

We took our 6 month old baby to the under fives session as our first visit here and we were blown away by the amazing facilities and, what really stood out, were the wonderful friendly staff - everyone we passed by or dealt with greeted us and smiled and it created the best atmosphere. Swimming with a baby is great - until you have to get them changed or dried. The facilities here are absolutely perfect for a family or parent with baby - the family changing rooms are so convenient and clean; and well appointed. It makes it so much easier to enjoy swimming with a little one when there’s such a considerate set up. Plenty parking, easy access. We loved it. Great place.

Always smells of wee, especially at childrens swimming lesson times! Children are clearly doing their business in the changing rooms and staff constantly blame the smell on the drains! Shower cleanliness appalling here. Used to be good but nobody seems to clean showers, benches or lockers which are also filthy. Disappointimg considering facilities are good here. Please improve and keep clean! We don't want another Richard Dunns!

What a great swimming pool for kids , several slots for family swim and under 5 swim. Good staff. Reasonable rate for session £5.25 per hour. Ample parking . Great changing and bathing facility . Been there several times for my 1 year old swimming sesh

Shut an amazing multi slide waterpark with a wave machine (Richard Dunn's) and replaced it with this boring square pool.

Lovely facility and helpful staff. Facilities are generally clean and tidy but there are occasionally exceptions where people leave mess in changing rooms. Great for under 5s and lots of parking too. Also noticed there are spaces for folding pushchairs which is handy.

Very nice,clean sport centre. Professional instructors, caring and motivating. Large choice of equipment and classes to choose from. Highly recommended

Brought my one-year-old baby girl for her very first swim today. Pool was great. Came for Parents and Under-5s session. The facility is modern, clean, spacious and well-designed. The staff were so lovely and attentive and really helpful. My little one loved it and we can't wait to come again.

Decent gym, not the best choice of music and it’s also too loud! Not enough water fountains, the ones that are there don’t hardly work and if they do it’s at the slowest speed. Entrance to the gym is a slow and a rigmarole. The sign in machine hardly works and when it does it takes too long to sign yourself in. Needs to be reviewed.

Clean and modern facilities. Great pool with activities for children / families in the holidays. Great range of gym classes with friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Ample parking.

Great Leisure centre. The swimming pool and changing rooms are very clean. Staff are so friendly and great with children. 10/10

Nice place, I use for gym only. Like most places you get good and bad staff, however here its mostly good for my experience. Unfortunately I see a lot of bad practice from trainers in the gym, for example loading up heavy weight on squat with bad technique for beginners is a common one, same for bench press, so be aware and get a decent trainer.

Nice pool and facilities. 2 things which would improve the experience is have a few more family changing rooms, 4 isn't enough and you find yourself strategically planning your exit to ensure you get the room you need and the temperature in the toddler pool is too cold. My daughter was shivering and because it's so shallow as an adult you don't get to move around too much do it spoils the pleasure of the time spent in the pool. Other than that great place lovely staff.

Visited for a Judo competition, site was super clean and organised, equipment was great and the changing rooms were really nice and well presented. facilities look awesome in other parts of the building. :)

This place is amazing…. Swimming pool, courts for netball etc, it has it all plus a huge car park which is free. We need one like this in every town including my own in Halifax but the way things are going, that ain’t gonna happen 😞

Full time member, love the classes and range. Gym for weights area smaller than some but come at the right time either morning or after 6 and there’s plenty of room. Always clean :)

Really cheap membership and well maintained place. Swimming pool with lifeguards and separate small pool for kids. Very clean and with lovely customer service. Only downside is the timetable for the swimming pool which is often out of use due to classes and bookings. But gym recompensate it.

Been to some bad gyms in my time. Not had a bad session here, staff have all come across nice and friendly! About 6 months into my membership!

It's such a nice pool. Thoroughly modern and clean. Fantastic changing facilities. Haven't been to the gym yet.

First time here for a competition. The leisure centre still looks brand new. Very clean and immaculate condition. Only used dryside facilities.

Compared to Bradford previous pool this is underwhelming. Facilities are very basic, no slides jor diving boards ust some novel floats. Showers are 1 out of 5 stars

On Sunday 24th September I took my colleagues to Sedbergh sports to watch wheelchair rugby 🏉 league and as you can see from the photos it was a very good game with Halifax panthers winning

Wonderful place with great facilities. Wish the swim times could be longer for the family Swim to be honest we have such a great time. I do feel the water is a bit on the cooler side though.

Having been transferred over from Richard Dunn the facilities are really good although could do with extra studios. Staff have always been pleasant and professional. The booking system needs looking at doesn't always work. Bradford council take note

Great staff, excellent range of equipment. We go about 07-08am and not what I would consider busy. Best gym I have been to. I would recommend it to anyone.

First time visiting. Only went to watch niece's swimming lesson so didn't use the facilities myself but plenty of parking, facilities looked decent, excellent seating area, seemed well staffed and all areas clean & tidy!

Best gym in the whole of Bradford lovely staff, brilliant gym equipment. Staff are polite including the manager (which you don’t see everywhere lol) Most of the staff members are the same ones from the legendary Richard Dunns that shut down a few years ago so it keeps it memories fresh. Overall 10/10

Love this swimming pool. Always relaxed atmosphere and staff are very pleasant. I used my passport to Leisure Card and the reception person asked me if I had the right card as she didn't think I was the age on the card..she made my day 😊

The sports centre offers a range of fitness and leisure activities. Great for family, groups, carers or fitness enthusiasts. They offer swimming, gym and other classes. A great place to choose.

Toddler pool was very Cold. My son was shivering in the water. The adult pool as overcrowded and had no where to swim. Everything else was alright.

Swimming with my 2 little ones, clean changing rooms and the water wasn’t too cold. Had a good swim first time wev been here will go again.

Smaller than Richard Dunn's but it's beautiful and new, clean and I liked it. They have a movable floor in the pool so it is probably used for snorkeling.

A great modern leisure centre with badminton and indoor sports courts, as well as a swimming pool and gym. The condition of the equipment is very good. Plenty of onsite parking. Just beware the steep speed breakers if your car is quite low. Best to book activities online as it can get busy.

The first time I have been to Sedbergh Sports and Leisure Centre. My visit was to attend my grandson's birthday, which took place in the Sports Hall. The football game and bouncy castles were supervised by Sedbergh staff and they watched and monitored everything that was going on. The party turned out to be a success and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Come here every week with my 5 month old usually the water is a decent temperature but this week I went and I was frozen and so was my little one . I only managed to stay in The pool 10 minutes, I’m very disappointed as my son loves swimming and this week he just wanted to get out.

Impressive new sports centre in Bradford. So far I've only used the early morning swimming sessions, but I'm sure to be using the rest of the facilities soon. Great, pleasant staff too, who I really appreciate 👍🙂
