Unbelievable Attitude - Arrogant - Bully - Intimidating - very Poor customer service - wish they read all the comments from customers on their level of service. I was intimidated in front of all the customers to cover their mistake! And also asked to pay twice for their mistake! Member of staff knew they have made a mistake but oh my God THE BOSS with a chip on his shoulder was even very very horrible and intimidating to the staff in front of all the customers. Simply Unbelievable and completely un professional behaviour! Hope their head office will look into my official complaint and teach them some basic customer service skills!!!

This place has rules that make no sense and they do not consider their customers at all. I am disabled and rarely get out to the shops and all I wanted was 5x £1 coins so I could use my washing machine this week. I can get £1 coins in other cities but not Bradford. What happened to customer service aye??

There is a terrible thing about the employee’s bad treatment of customers, he went to them to inquire and their behavior was not nice, the first time this situation happened to me in Britain .

I was there to complete the necessary steps to obtain my SIA License. I arrived at the verification counter and was greeted by a lady who seemed annoyed from the start. She asked me what kind of documents I needed for verification and I replied with uncertainty, asking her to clarify what was needed. Her response was very unprofessional, as she abruptly told me to check my email and quit the line. Feeling confused and flustered, I followed her instructions and checked my email. However, I still wasn't entirely sure what documents were required. I rejoined the queue and waited for my turn at another counter. This time, the lady told me that I needed to provide an original bank statement. Four days later, I returned to the verification center with all the necessary documents. When I handed them to the lady at the counter, she immediately made her opinion known that they were not acceptable. I told her that I had brought the documents as instructed before, but she didn't seem to care. Then, a woman wearing a scarf came over and interrupted our conversation. She had been working at another counter but decided to abduct this one. She spoke to me in a condescending and racist manner, telling me to stop creating a scene and that it was my responsibility to complete the documents. I tried to insist that they at least look at the documents once, hoping they would realize they were indeed according to requirements. Finally, they reluctantly checked the documents and approved them. The whole experience left me feeling hurt and frustrated. I couldn't help but wonder what would have happened if the first lady had simply guided me politely in the first place.

I went to visit this post office for my money transfer through moneygram.i got my receipt and forgot to collect my change back which was £8.50 .when i went back the staff and the manager lady completely denied.Disappointed with their behaviour with customers.please becareful with these people they are not honest people.

I went to the post office to pick up my parcel with the card left by royal mail and identity card. The lady with scarf requested for my identification card which I presented. She came back and asked if I have any order name with the parcel, I told her and said the last name is the same. She claimed she cannot facilitate the delivery without Identification card with the complete name. So, i requested to show her another Identification card with both names from my phone to justify that I am the person in but she declined. At this time she was rude and raising her voice. So I requested that she gives me back the redelivery card since she cannot facilitate and that will come back with the identity card with my full name. As I was about to leave, she said do not ever come back and she will returned the item back.

I went to this post office earlier today complete an in person verification for a dbs check and one of the documents they needed to check is a bank statement. My bank HSBC does not stamp statements as part of their policy which I tried to explain to the workers at the desk. I also explained to them that I had just come from the bank and that the workers at the bank had just told me that statements printed out at home and statements the bank sends to you by post are the exact same however I was rudely interrupted by one of the workers and she escalated the situation by raising her tone with me.

If you want to meet an unprofessional people working in please visit. Specifically, the lady in scarf with attitude, even though she don't now how to speak to visitor. Please choose the other Post office

I met a lady for my brp post who wear scarf on head . She literally behave so so rude to me. And gave answer unprofessionally which seems insulted to me

This post office "sunbridge road" the worst! They are holding my parcel for no reason. I provided every evidence possible. To show I'm the owner. I live in london so I'm at a airbnb I've received a package here, my name is on the confirmation email for my short stay. But they did not give me my package. I even got the sender to confirm. Still they did not give it to me. Horrible people !!!!!!!!!!!

Reading the reviews, I was a little nervous before coming here. But the staff was polite and patient with me, even though I needed to step aside and fill out paperwork a couple times. I'm satisfied with the service I received and would come back for other international shipping.

Rude staff especially 2 women working there , I been there few times as I try to avoid it and go to my local post office instead. Anytime one of those 2 women will serve me with vile attitude for no reason or act not interested what so ever. Shouldn’t be working there
