No less than 5 stars as I got my PlayStation 5 as expected from Game store. Console was reserved and picked up with no issues. Staff always on par with help and support!!

Well over the past few years going to game I have realised a few weird things firstly is due towards the management department as I hardly see any non caucasian staff members working here maybe the manager has their own opinions but dont want to be pointing any fingers, secondly its the attitude of the employees they have a fake fun game persona but you can literally see how dull and depressed they are and that shows when talking to them about anything you need. One thing which is very unusual about the GAME franchise as a whole is the returns policy... they dont let you return anything for your money at all... even if the product doesnt work they will only give you instore credit.. honestly CEX may be filled with weird emo looking kids but honestly the prices, atmosphere and returns policy seem way better (I dont even like CEX thats another story)

I've been coming to Game for over 20 years now, I much prefer to buy physical than digital copies as I don't want to see stores shutdown

Don't buy anything from here they rip you off when you buy a controller that's ment to come with ultimate they don't tell you the code won't work at all it's a advertising scam and I will be reporting to advertising standards agency

Absolutely shambles paid and reserved from store pick up and now there saying even though they have stock games distribution centre has to post my order to the store paid 5 to pick it up today and then told this Absolutely apaling like worst service ever and a major gaming brand wow I want to pick up my order today or its false advertising and me paying for a service am not getting am sure is against the law in the UK right now consumer rights and all that customer is Wright yeah

Go to game all the time bought a ps4 and a few games Excellent Graphics - runs like a dream, but the size of a Yorkshire Terrier Only con I have is it’s the size of a small, angry dog. Other than that it’s a fantastic, and long overdue replacement for my now asthmatic PS4. Astro’s Playroom is fantastic for everyone to get to grips with the controller and it’s new uses (included one in my purchase) The USB port charged my IPad 😂 without a worry - previously I’ve had the “too many USBs attached” when I plug the controller in on the PS4, so this came as a nice surprise when I tried it out of curiosity. It’s quiet when running, it has helpful hints and tips and you can make the kiddos their own non-PSN accounts - just remember they can’t use the PSN facilities. Thought I best point out the obvious as you (*I*) might (did) forget. Even so, if you’ve got a hungry Minecrafter on your team, this means as long as you’ve updated it on your profile they can use the same update without the risk of them being online with strangers. This particular purchase came with God of war - nice little prime day grab. It’s excellent but to get the most out of the graphics you are going to want a 4K TV- I must own Skyrim on everything (including my Alexa!) and nothing tops the beauty, it is *stunning* in 4K when played on the PS5. Great for families, brilliant for the lone gamer and cracking for multiplayer games. very good staff and very polite

Ngl the older versions of Game before Broadway was better, literally because of what they had to offer. Originally they allowed for buying and selling old and next generation games and consoles with solid prices, however now games are way too over priced and usually the wait to be seen is long because I've only seen at least one or two people working at a time.

Some staff very rude when a question was asked. Even blaming covid for not opening cases to look at pads for an X box. Doesn't deserve custom if this is what they think

Lovely place with lots of beautiful toys for kids. Recommend if you need Christmas presents for your kids stop by and you will definitely not be disappointed 😉.

I went to GAME beyond earlier today to play some fifa 22 on the PS5 , I was fascinated with the equipment provided . I was shown by the staff how to use them and It was really helpful.

Exactly what you'd expect from a GAME, Lots of choice in a varied range of products of course all video game related aswell as your main staples geared towards xbox, PlayStation and even PC Gaming with everything available from control pads to headsets, play and charge kits, DLC Cards and of course games.

For an old school guy who still prefers to own physical games discs to play in my console, Game is an essential shopping experience but when it's convenient and when I want to play online, there's the gift cards also. You can tell the staff enjoy being there which makes for a good vibe purchase and their knowledge towards games consoles and queries is admirable. It's nice to know and see that on foot shopping is still an option and that the busy store means business is still good away from online purchasing and we have the best of both worlds.
