We
arrived
around
8pm
and
it
was
fairly
busy
in
the
restaurant.
The
seating
and
decor
inside
was
lovely.
Plenty
of
space
for
families
to
visit.
We
noticed
that
all
the
waiting
staff
were
young
people
which
was
brilliant
to
see,
however
they
do
not
understand
the
art
of
customer
service
yet.
We
waited
20
minutes
to
get
a
menu
and
we
had
to
ask
for
a
menu
ourselves.
Once
we
got
our
menu
we
were
served
by
a
young
lady
who
wasn't
the
most
experienced
in
dealing
with
people.
We
were
disappointed
that
there
were
no
lamb
steaks
available
so
we
ordered
a
couple
of
extra
chicken
steaks.
The
chicken
steaks
did
not
come
with
any
peppercorn
sauce
either.
We
spoke
to
a
manager
who
was
very
friendly,
apologised
and
explained
that
they
will
be
updating
their
menus
soon,
however
it
was
still
disappointing.
The
chicken
steaks
arrived,
they
were
a
decent
size,
very
thin
and
it
was
not
bad
but
a
little
dry.
I
know
you
will
be
updating
your
menus
soon
without
the
peppercorn
sauce
but
if
you
keep
chicken
steak
then
make
the
peppercorn
sauce.
The
lasagne
portion
was
really
small
(half
a
portion)
so
I
was
disappointed
at
that
as
well
for
£5.50
considering
there
are
other
places
in
Bradford
similar
price
but
give
a
very
good
sized
portion.
All
the
cutlery
we
got
was
not
wiped
so
we
spent
2
minutes
wiping
it
ourselves.
The
waiting
staff
saw
us
wipe
it
and
did
not
offer
to
get
any
others.
The
curries
we
ordered
were
decent,
but
very
salty.
The
curries
do
take
a
while
to
get
cooked
and
that
is
mentioned
on
the
menu
and
explained
by
the
manager.
It
was
only
near
the
end
of
the
meal
this
other
young
lady
served
us
who
was
really
friendly
and
answered
all
our
questions.
She
was
the
one
who
made
the
mocktails
so
we
ordered
some
more,
management
let
her
serve
the
customers
as
a
waitress
full
time,
she
is
brilliant.
Overall
it
was
disappointing.
Management,
hope
you
read
this
and
take
into
consideration.
