I been living in their house for 10 years now... After all that time there was no house improvment , kitchen units in bad state, front door just need a good kick to break them , still got old gas boiler with massive water tank.... If you live in privet landlord that look after you, placed for people is just money making machine who don't care about they tenants!!!!

This group of "people" don't reply to their emails and if you ring their offices they simply cut you off. They are not professional in any way. And most of them.still sadly, work from home. They should be back at the office. What are these people afraid of? They are far from being nice and courteous. Best to avoid.

Bad customer service and they lie about being part of council house just for me to signed for they house

Had a small flat for 3 years ridden with damp and mold, you contact then numerous times, wait months, then they outsource work to another damp company that don't respond to calls or texts even tho I've been referred for damp 4 separate times, yet they quick to take the rent, make sure I'm keeping my side of the tenancy yet breaks all there's continously

Raised an emergency repair due to a drain blockage in the rear garden. One of them came over to fix it, but left it unfinished, and it's even worse now! Gave a call to a customer service who was completely unprofessional and ignored my message because when I rang them again, one of your agents told me that nobody from the team mentioned it in the notes. I am left with a blocked drain to the point where it's causing harm to everybody's health around it. 48 hours without being able to use a shower, toilet or kitchen sink is unacceptable. We can't even go outside because it's causing a strong headache due to a sensitive smell.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero I would! We inquired about several residential garages managed by this mickey mouse firm...after calling an emailing over 12 times and waiting over a month from our initial inquiry...no response...no return email or phone call whatsoever...nothing. In the end a so called colleague of the woman dealing with the garages phoned back and her pitiful excuse was the fact that Victoria has a large area to cover! Aww bless...like no-one else has stress in their lives...but unlike 'Vic' we all manage to carry out our jobs!!!! This company are a complete joke and if their Management had any idea of how to run a successful business then my advice to them would be to sack 'Vic' who looks after Bognor Regis and surrounding areas immediately as she is incapable of doing her job and is giving your company a worse reputation than it already has!!!

Lived in there property for 14yrs,no updating done in all that time,constantly get let down by them cancelling my repairs.left me without heating and hot water from 7/12/21 to 21/12/21.
