I
wasn't
actually
going
to
do
this.....
however,
first
of
all,
The
owner
of
the
shop,
seems
just
lovely,
and
certainly
seems
to
know
his
trade.
I
decided
to
take
2
rings
i
have,
to
Perkins,
for
re-modelling
into
a
multi
stone
type
of
ring.
I
was
told
to
expect
some
designs
within
10-14
days,
When
i
called,
after
this
time,
they
told
me
they
were
a
little
behind
on
time(these
things
happen
occasionally)
after
another
call,
a
week
later,
they
had
forgotten
to
measure
my
finger
for
size,
so
i
popped
in
for
that
doing,
so
then
they
could
get
on
with
the
design,
and
pricing.
I
left
it
another
couple
of
weeks...
by
this
time
i
started
to
get
a
little
concerned,
i
tried
ringing
the
shop
a
couple
of
times,
without
answer.
Eventually
i
went
down
to
the
shop,
after
a
whopping
8
weeks.....
basically
to
be
told,
"he
hasn't
done
a
thing
with
your
rings,
and
they're
in
his
workshop
in
Leeds"
to
be
fair,
they
were
collected
and
returned
to
myself
at
my
home,
much
to
the
embarrassment
of
the
owner,
who
promised
that
another
supplier
Would
draw
up
some
draughts,
and
i'd
have
a
price
within
then
next
week
or
so......
guess
what???
3
weeks
down
the
line,
I'm
still
waiting.
Seem
like
great
people,
but
extremely
unreliable,
and
full
of
broken
promises.
So
disappointed.
