The gold shop and Maurice came very highly recommend to us and I’m so glad we visited. A very warm welcome despite being a busy little shop. Hunting for the perfect engagement ring, Maurice couldn’t have been more honest and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, he invited us to try lots of rings on, answering lots of questions, his knowledge is unsurpassed. This gentleman scoured us exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction for resetting, valuations and insurance. Two more incredibly happy customers. Had my screw bangle posted out to me and received it before 1pm the next day. Amazing quality it’s so beautiful and just what I wanted and such a lovely piece for a really fair price. Beware !! Make sure you get what you think your getting I bought a bracelet it was not 18ct gold that it says on the receipt and it was not th Ct in diamonds that she told me it was. I admit I did pay a good price for it but when I rang to tell her that she has sold me 9Ct gold for 18 she was very unhelpful and just said bring it back and I’ll give you a refund , which I can’t do because it is now in another jewellery store being Altered her customer service skills is rubbish and all she was interested in was the sales I would say she works on commission. She wasn’t interested and very rude about her mistake.
