The staff were very kind and helpful it was my first time here all the way from Glasgow and I bought a few pieces of jewellery items and I was very happy, I loved there designs they were very unique and i would definitely recommend that you go a visit them.

Me and my husband went to this shop on Friday to buy some jewllery. We entered as the only customers in the shop. I asked to look at baby rings and chose the one i wanted. I also wanted bracelets, necklaces and karah, so asked to see them and so was reffered to the other gentlement. Was stood standing for 15 minutes with the man just looking at us and walking into the back and front. Im heavily pregnant so standing for so long was getting pretty tough for me, no seating area and in the end i was so fed up with the lack of service, we just walked out. A simple explanation apology and a realistic time frame given and we would have either waited or came back if he had other priorities. However he wasnt too busy to let further customers enter as we waited. As we walked out the gentlement looked at me smiled and said "what" in a way as to questioning why we are leaving. We went down the road to master jewllers and proceeded to spend over 3k. The service was absolutely ridiculous i cant comment on the designs as i was not shown them. Will never be returning.

Popped in today for the first time with the husband and my daughter to find her some studs& the young guy there forgot to ask his name gave such a good customer service! They have such lovely designs especially the Turkish rings and picked up beautiful 22ct studs for my daughter, will be back in sha Allah

Got my ears pierced and my little girls too. It cost only £3 for both ears!!! I got both ears pierced twice so £9 in total for my girl and I and to make things even better, I found out that Chacha Jewellers donate every penny from piercings to charity Alhamdulillah. Drove into bradford from Huddersfield in search of gold necklace for my 9 year old daughter stopped at first shop I saw Chacha jewellers the staff are very polite and helpful great advice and breakdown of price with complimentary discount of £15. Great people Will deffo return in future.

I had gotten my nose piercing done from here and would say that they do not clean it and I ended up with a really bad nose infection poor hygiene ☹️

The owners of this shop are very helpful and honest. I bought a few bits over a year ago, the service was great. I went today to have a hook repaired, the 1st person who served me said it had to be replaced as he couldn't repair it, he was going to charge quite a bit to replace it. I think it was one of the owners who took over and managed to repair it, he did this totally free of charge. Thank you.......
