Avoid them!!! Very bad experience! I bought a ring from them in July for 368 pounds. They purposely did not give the receipt to avoid taxes on them. They promised that the ring has their stamp and I can take it back for exchange, etc. in future. Went to them yesterday (because couldn't go earlier due to the pandemic restrictions) to exchange for another ring, and they said that my ring is no more than 166 pounds! It's the same bloody ring, even the polish and shine are in tact. I am already planning a fraud complaint on their business. They purposely do not give receipts to avoid sale taxes on them.

Modern and beautifully laid out showroom with a variety of designs and styles for Men and Women. Staff are very friendly and helpful at helping you to find that right piece. Bought several readymade pieces & also had them design a few pieces for myself and the extended family. They were very helpful in the design process, honest about the practically and showed passion about getting the desired outcome. Also reassured that they would be able to help with the aftercare. Well worth the commute and would highly recommend them as one to use in Yorkshire.

Amazing service and hospitality by the all the staff and in particular the owner of Mangla Jewellers; my ring had broken so he made me a brand new one which I collected a few days later, really good service Thankyou so much ❤️

I bought a gold chain for £700 and went to return it to them and the sellers were very rude and told me that they do not accept returns. So I had gone to other jewellers and got it valued and they said that at brand new the chain is at most worth 450 Shopkeeper been very rude with us.

Not trustworthy,rude ,aggressive specially young lad son of owner extremely rude ,aggressive even don't know how to talk with customer's & elders.I been there 22 June 2023 2nd time first time I have purchased ear ring and returned got credit note when went back and choose other design young Lad said he will charge me price the day they issued credit note the reason that day price were higher which wasn't making sense .then I asked for receipt which was my right to get as customer but they start misbehaving by saying do you think we are thief. I was surprised well after arguments they perfered to do refund & refused to give receipt both father & son were using very rough language and keep de-grading Pakistanis by saying Pakistani women this tha etc.even they're also Pakistanis themselves shameful never again. If they deny this review I have all recorded will post on all social media aaps . They should apologies publicly.

I purchased a gold ring 4 months ago, and I realised I was sold a silver ring spray painted gold. The gold colour is rubbing off on the top half of the ring (and the ring has never been in contact with water), and the bottom half looks like they took it from an old ring and attached it to the ring I brought The quality of the ring looks so cheap, I would advice anyone not to purchase from this store.

These guys made my wife's diamond wedding ring for me. I went to a lot of top Jeweller's but they all either couldn't get me what I wanted or were charging way too much. The staff here were really helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. It was perfect and my wife loves It. A big thanks to the staff at Mangla Jeweller's. I will definitely be back.

The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. Avoid! Money isn’t everything, try making the customer service better, and treating people with respect. Went to get a birthday gift but was left insulted by the owner. Asked for a breakdown of the price quoted and he created a fuss. Been shopping at other jewellers for years but never been treated like this. We go to spend a hefty amount of money so least you expect is a bit of respect. Will not go again.

Very bad for ear piercing!! Went there for my baby ear pierce and asked us to mark it by self. Later I asked to check but the man told he will do it when do the piercing. Baby was crying after first ear done, he didn’t wait me to hold properly, did the second ear and the hole is way lower than the marked place. When we asked he told it will be okay later but I know if she wear a little big earrings, one earring going out of the ear. So had to take off the earring and let it to heal and redo it later. So annoying. They should be responsible and check before do!! Because came here for the second child it was good at first time with some other man, (I got a picture from the first time he did it) honestly he was so careful and friendly two years back.he had more time for us to finish his job correctly! But want to mention it was not the same man who did this time and My child is only 6 months, don’t want to lie here. This time he is not professional as the first time and he doesn’t even care anyone else!!

Got our rings made from here. They made my ring exactly how I wanted it. Thank you to the whole team for making sure I got my ring on time for my nikkah.

Faizan and his sisters are wonderful and helpful. Never make you feel rushed and will show you everything patiently! If you want modern and not south asian inspired items then ask them specifically. They will show you things not on display.
