CALLED US DIRTY NON-ENGLISH SPEAKERS for no reason. I don't recommend!!!! WORST WORKER IN THE PAWN SHOP IN BRADFORD!!!!!! SHE isn't kind and is not helping in any way!!!

I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. My partner has been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now. Staff have been so rude, not listening and constantly speaking over and have no manors at all. It's not like it's £20, it's a lot of money and the respect they show customers is disgusting. Will never shop here again Worst customer service ever experienced

Absolutely awful. Brought in a boxed and documented Omega speedmaster moon watch, approx value £3500 - £4000. Told they would call me in and hour, then 45 minutes or maybe even 30 minutes with a valuation. I wanted roughly £2800 or around that area. No call after an hour and a half so went back to this branch to be insulted with the offer of £1400!. Now anybody who was desperate these sharks would of been quids in with one hell of a mark up. Learn how to value something before wasting someone's time !!!!!!

This is just to say how H&T Pawnbrokers Bradford have looked after me over the years. From the very first time I entered the shop I have found their customer service very good and that is why I have given them 5 stars. They have helped me retain my items through out my time with them and they still doing so. Thank you to all their staff.

Took a gold Rotery watch case in and tolg the main body was not gold, the back was hallmarked, so he couldn't claim that was not gold, took it somewhere else and it is all gold.
