AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Incredibly inflated prices on jewellery you can buy in the Bradford Bazaar or Plaza. For example a £350 set in 'Laadli' will be £60 elsewhere. PLEASE don't be fooled by the wannabe designer label, it is the SAME quality sets. They have a strict return policy (because they know they rip you off!) and the 'son' is unhelpful and rude hiding behind some school girls at the checkout. but HEY - they'll throw in a cheap 50p anklet with your 'designer' set :)

Be warned non of the jewellery is exclusive and very over priced. Items sold based on high quality, exclusive to only laadli and gold plated, is whole lot of rubbish. I recently purchased a neckless set took it to a gold smith to see if it was gold plated, as mentioned by the laadli owner. Of course it was not .. on top of everything some of the stones fell out. Found the exact set in lot of other shops in a near by town, not only better quality, but £250 cheaper at £50, I was ripped off. Went back to return and get a refund the service was terrible and the son Asif Ali was arrogant, rude and spoke over you. Very intimidating. No respect for women and they are selling women jewellery. Obviously, the good reviews are family of the owner. Please do not buy from them you will regret it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a joke! I orderd contact lenses which were advertised by Faryal Makhdoom and when I received the contacts the solution was leaking in one of the lenses ...I emailed over a month ago roughly and have been sending emails since then and no reply....not even and acknowledgment email. Avoid at all costs! I want my refund!!!!!!! My order number is 1812!!!

The 5 star review by Asif Ali is a load of nonsense as he is the owners son. Overpriced costume jewellery which is low quality rubbish that is imported from Asia and relabelled with the "Laadli" logo and then overpriced to you the consumer. Contact lenses are not fully certified and therefore unsafe. Did I mention that the owner Mr Riasat Ali is a seriel bigamist???

I supplied goods worth 1500 and Asif is not paying me the money. He claims the goods were defective and when i asked for the goods back, he refused to give them back. He is a thief. He takes the goods and keeps them and does not pay for them.

Worst shop I've ever been to. Avoid at all cost. My sister ordered her bridal jewellery, the guy insisted he wanted full payment but after a lot of argument we settled on 80% deposit. No receipt was given at point of sale and a receipt via WhatsApp was promised on the same day. Waited 3 days for receipt and then tried to contact the shop. Me and my sister phoned the store around 25 times before we got through. A young girl answered the phone and asked us why we weren't given a receipt. She said she was going to send it immediately via WhatsApp. Waited for another 2 days before the receipt was sent. This was a very distressing experience. When ordering the jewellery the guy said ur jewellery can arrive either the next day or 6 weeks later which was very strange but we just took his word for it. Close to the delivery date we messaged the shop and were told the jewellery had arrived.we travelled 1.5 hours to collect only to be told it wasn't here and we could have the ex display for the same price. I knew instantly that these guys were completely unethical and fraudsters. Originally the guy was selling the set at the same price even when we had removed 4 items from the set and couldn't understand why we weren't going to pay the full price as we were only buying half the items! We also asked for 2 kareh which we hadn't paid for and were told he was going to order them and we could purchase them if we wanted. We tried on a 2.6 from the shop which was OK for size. When we finally went to collect the jewellery the lady was absaloutely vile gave us the worst customer service just wanted to get rid of us. When I asked about the kareh she pulled a box of bangles from the shop and said they were £200. These were normal plain bangles the same ones that sell for £5 with 4 kareh. I was collecting the jewellery for my sister as she was too upset with the customer service and quite frankly did not want to set foot in the shop. I ended up telling the girl in the shop that we only asked for 2 Kareh and she said that was fine and gave them to me for £45. The Kareh were not ordered in they were just picked from the store. When my sister tried the kareh on they did not fit. They had given us the wrong size. We have tried to exchange them and have been refused plain and simple. We were not after a refund just an exchange for a bigger size so that she could actually wear them on her big day. We live in hope that Allah swt serves these awful human beings with exactly what they deserve in sha Allah! I hope no one else goes through the horrific experience that we had.

***STAY CLEAR***. I shopped her with my 2 daughters aged 13 and 15 and I was really disgusted with the staff behaviour (felt very INTIMIDATED and UNCOMFORTABLE). Grown men pretending to be respectable but clearly ogling and perving on young girls. There is NOTHING exclusive about any of the items sold here or the service. You will find the exact same items considerably cheaper in the surrounding stores and elsewhere.

The best of service received by the female worker goes by the name Saima, went with sisters to get some bridal jewellery and although took time to decide was really helpful, helping to pick and out and order till the day it arrived got various other necklace and rings from the place which needed colouring in have to say quality and service was like no other, a big big thankyou for everything you do would highly recommend forget all the bad comments obviously hating jealous people for all your jewellery needs LAADI (Bride To Be) is the place to be 💯 may Allah bless your business with more success and business in shaa Allah
