I'm an overprotective mother of a 12 year old who desperately wanted her ears pierced. This shop was excellent. I phoned in advance & she was very friendly, experienced & knowledgeable. There is a separate piercing room. All very clean & hygienic. Clear paperwork, explanations & aftercare. Very pleased & my daughter had no problems at all after. Highly recommend.

Sarah is a lovely lady, calming & professional. She talked me through all my options & made me feel completely at ease. Provided full aftercare information and insisted I return should I have any problems. Can get ''walk ins'' through most weekdays, but saturdays are pre booking only. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a piercing today for the first time in about 15 years so was slightly nervous on arrival! Sarah made me feel far more relaxed from the moment she met me in reception and the whole procedure from start to finish was superb. Her studio is spotlessly clean, and the briefing before the piercing was incredibly thorough. By the time the piercing came around I was feeling considerably more at ease, and the piercing itself was very quick and neat. Really happy with my new piercing and really happy with the whole experience from start to finish!

Had 3 piercings done here. Lovely atmosphere, clean and fresh. Sarah was so warm and welcoming, checking I had read and understood the aftercare and went through more details. I got my nose pierced by Sarah and was very impressed with the service she provided. Her studio is very clean and she is following all the Covid-19 guidelines. She was welcoming, friendly and ensured I was feeling ok before leaving. Would highly recommend.

I had a really good experience! Sarah is lovely and friendly. She made sure I could see the expiration date on each needle and that they were sealed and she wore a facial visor the whole time and made me feel really comfortable. Couldn't recommend her enough!
